Facilities: The room was spacious with a minimalist British style. The king-size bed was two single beds joined together. There was also a small sofa bed, about 0.9 meters long. The hotel provided toothbrushes, but the hairdryer was quite old, and it took a long time to dry my long hair.

Cleanliness: Honestly, the bedding was in a rather awkward condition. The sheets had frosted lint, which wasn't very comfortable on the skin and made my baby itch.

Environment: The surroundings were quite good, close to the train station (about a 10-minute walk), making it convenient for airport and train connections. Our room was relatively quiet.

Service: The service was acceptable. Check-in was quick, and even tissues were promptly delivered to the room, even though they weren't available. We only stayed for one night, and breakfast was a simple English meal with bananas and apples.

The hygiene is really poor. When I checked in, there were all kinds of stains on the bed sheets, and there was bloodstain on the quilt cover. There was a card saying that everything would be changed for each guest, but it was obviously not the case. I called the front desk, and they said they would come to change the bedding the next morning. I'm really disgusted. How could I sleep in such a situation? After repeated requests, they said they would come to change it, but they asked me to leave the room. This is the first time I've encountered such a request. The breakfast was okay, but it turned out to be exactly the same every day during the three days of my stay! I definitely won't choose this hotel again!

Decent size room but would be great if there are more lightings. The room is slightly dark given the furniture and carpet is on a darker tone.

Breakfast was wondeful but same throughout the week, which is ok with me. It will be better if it can start earlier as it is too late for business travellers.

Bathroom will be slippery after shower as the water gets out of area but they do provide a change in mat (if needed)

I don't like the mannerisms of Pierre Marco White but this restaurant is really good. Nice Italian food with a good range to choose from. The set menus offer very good value for money. Friendly staff top the experience off.

Service was mediocre at best and food was terrible! Steak overdone, calamari soggy, pastry on the tart soggy and undercooked and cannelloni was by far the worst as a microwave one from Iceland would have been nicer. Avoid like the plague. Had made a reservation weeks in advance for 8pm. Arrived promptly but was told the restaurant was fully booked and was seated in the hotel bar for 15 minutes before being seated in an empty breakfast area for the hotel (empty when we arrived). Another negative point....they only had London Stout on draft for beer. Overpriced and bad food.

I was there yesterday evening.
I purchased a deal on wowcher and I was absolutely impressed by the service I have received. The food was great! Well done to the chef and the waiters who brought us the food .
I hope the restaurant manager appreciates your hard work!

Menu choices were average. Food was good though..price is slightly higher than expected but with a group of 9, there were no complaints. Good selection of alcohol.
