London, 35 Great Cumberland Place (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Good location, staff helpful and friendly. Room was quite small, was a bit dated. There was quite a strong smell of smoke in the room. Given the location, earplugs may be a good idea.
Great location for easy access to shopping, museums, sights etc. Hotel has seen better days so don’t expect luxury. Sort of one step up from backpacker accommodation.
It's really average, if it weren't for the close location, I wouldn't choose it
The location is good, close to Hyde Park, the room is relatively small, no air-conditioning, the hotel manager is very nice, specially reminded us that it will be very hot during the day, we chose the first floor instead of the top floor, anyway, only one night, the next day after sleeping Just go to other hotels. The design pattern of the hotel is quite strange. It should be that the owner converted...
Nice location in the heart of London. Right across Marble Arch and a stones throw from the Hi Streets, Oxford and Regent Street. The rooms are very small especially the bathrooms. The breakfast spread is also very skeletal.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast which could have been better. The room was perfectly clean and fonctional. Thank you
Good small rooms .very satisfied for small stay.
Good location because of near by restaurants.
When I arrived in the White House hotel. There were a notice said to check in at the corner Hôtel Seymour. It was okay experience but abit confusing when you were arranged to stay in another hotel. Hotel Seymour.
Really convenient place to explore London, as it is close to many transport options and supermarkets. The place is quiet and clean, and it includes a small breakfast, so nothing to complain about.
My second visit to the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Good simple breakfast and good location.
The service was good and the hotel was clean and lovely and warm.

Nice friendly welcome.Staff helpful in all needs. No lifts in hotel.Room was very noisy. So glad it was only a one night stay.Sorry Columbus
Great budget friendly hotel. Helpful staff. Great location
The hotel is clean, they provide you everything, good size room, quiet and easy to check-in and out. Breakfast is good and it is nearby the underground.
Perfect for central London and Paddington. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and Andrea who welcomed us was super helpful. Bathroom was tiny but it served its purpose. Free continental breakfast was welcome. Wifi worked well. Would definitely return.
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with all necessary services. Warm room but controllable with an opening window to allow some fresh air entry.
We found places for dinner very near by. Room was clean and tidy. Staff very helpfull and informative.

Went here for a couple of days to go to a concert at the Tottenham Stadium. It was nice place to stay. It was very clean apart from the floors were a bit dirty. We were waiting at reception to check in for about 20 mins as there was nobody at the desk. Breakfast was available. Plenty of towels, a mini fridge and basic facilities. Plenty of buses so it was easy to get around. Overall it was a good experience
Great stay
Great experince, very helpful staff!
Recommend this hotel for a short stay. Nice and clean hotel room. Good beds. Nice with free water and tea, and soda in the fridge.
Some traffic outside the window towards the road, but this is expected. Only negative is that there should have been curtains in addition to the blinds!
Just finished a lovely stay here, a special shoutout to Marli the housekeeper who was amazing! She really couldn’t do enough for us, the room was spotless, drinks added to the fridge everyday and Marli was just overall so lovely! We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay! Thanks so much again Marli!
Lovely hotel great location for totenham hotspurs ground for concert also great link to london oxford street and kings cross. Staff lovely and friendly would definitely stay here again.
The room was lovely although paintwork needs attention.
The bed was very comfortable; the bedding and towels were spotless and soft.
The tv remote and aircon remote didn't work, probably just need batteries replaced.
There wasn't any english breakfast tea bags or milk or hairdryer.
The toiletries were of a really good quality.
The socket in the bathroom needs attention and the view of the 'stuff...

Staff were friendly and accommodating when a request was made. Room was nothing flash but had all the basics covered and was suitable clean and tidy. Meals were ample but the dinner menu had many items unavailable which made eat in over many nights quite mundane
Nice room, comfy bed, break ok
Away from the downtown, cost-effective, great experience
Very good location for visiting Excel London, very basic room, no fridge in the room. Food were not great my husband was poorly after had meatball dish, so he wasn't sleep all night.
I don't want to complain just for your information. Breakfast is OK, staff morning shift very helpful and service mind if compare with the lady night shift.
For a budget hotel like this, I think it’s acceptable. You can’t expect any high quality food or good amenities coz this is what it’s designed for.
Considering the price paid (326 gbp for a two night stay) I did expect NOT to have to pay for both parking and WIFI! The room was ok but was on ground level and so having the curtains open was not an option and it was noisy late at night and early in the morning as customers arrived and left the hotel. We won't be staying again.

Great location, train station is just a few minutes from the hotel. Though the room is really small. Not suitable with those with larger built.
The hotel is clean. It's location is wonderful as it is very near to Kong's Cross Station and St. Pancreas Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the Stations from the hotel. Convenient to take trains to other cities from these stations.
Attending a gig at Scala, so I wanted a hotel within walking distance. This hotel full filled this... good price too. The staff were all very helpful and friendly...extra towels milk etc ....no trouble. Checking in and out a breeze. Great to beable to leave luggage untill train departure time.
Would recommend and stay again.
A great little hotel in the heart of King's Cross. Within a few minutes walk of the station and underground, it's the perfect place to stay if you want easy access to all areas of London. Federica on the front desk was kind, helpful and informative. The room was clean and tidy and has all the essentials you'll need - hair/body wash, heated towel rail, complimentary water, hot drink making facilities...
The location is quite good, but reminder to bring our own slippers.
Good room, convenient travel, highly recommended, especially if you have to go outside the city.

It’s was great here. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size it was much more spacious than I expected. The entire place was clean with no unpleasant odors. The location is also perfect, surrounded by great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!
metro was really close, about 5 minutes walking. Room was nice but not really clean, there were some hairs in the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, but the room was a little bit cold. The service tried to fix it but only in the second day the room was little bit warmer.
Convenient with West Kensington and barons Court tube stations and with some pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff, the rooms are cosy but would be small for two people (double is comfy for 1).

Very good for short stay. Room is small but all I need is there. Very clean. Bed was nice and comfort. Location was prefect for my event at Hammersmith. Highly recommend for short stay.

Generally the food (carvery) is good but when I queried the portion and the omission of some vegetables I was told it’s reasonable despite it being minimal. Furthermore, I had to ask for more gravy and make sure it was added to the staff’s reluctance.
Located a short walk from Ealing Broadway Station the room was clean and service was good just watch the water pressure in the morning.
Brilliant experience from start to finish. A lovely welcome from Caroline and the location is ideal. Right side Ealing Broadway and shops and the Tube station also. Loads to do nearby. Bedroom clean and breakfast very tasty! We had drinks one evening in the pub below and there was a lively atmosphere with sport on big screens.
Couldn’t get the tv to work but apart from that everything perfect and coming back in a few days again
Met by lovely guy when we arrived, staff there are amazing. My sister in law and i stayed in room 8, the beds were so comfortable best night's sleep had in a long time. Breakfast is basic but get's you through until lunchtime. Had a lovely sunday lunch there, must be very popular as was getting very busy. We were both pleased with our stay. Tube station is about 10 minutes walk away.
The staff were great & the pub. Good location for the tube and bars ect. The room was a little outdated and tired but would not stop me going back 😊

We had a great experience- only thing was it was advertised as an ensuite bathroom but it was actually outside the room. Great otherwise! Thank you for all your help
Very clean , spacious room and bed , very convenient location.
Location is ideal if you’re to walk to Victoria coach station for your next destination. It’s also very convenient to walk to the nearby interesting spots like the Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park etc. Overall it’s a small space for a budget traveller.
It was easy to find and suitably located near Victoria underground to get to places you needed to go in London, we had a twin room wasn't a big room but cosy enough. The beds were comfortable and there was a coffee or tea station in the room to have a drink in the morning. The bathroom was situated in across from our room which was solely ours and not shared with anyone else.
Overall I would stay...
Flies came out of the shower trap, the push button on toilet was broken, supposed to have balcony and didn’t, mold, unsafe staircase, broken usb charger ports.
Location was great, near the victoria coach station which was we were aiming for. The room was spacious for our group of 4 and room was quiet enough, occassional door slams from the room beside us and footsteps from the floor above. You can leave the luggages before and after your stay. Staff were helpful always smiling. Will still stay here if we need somewhere near victoria

Walkable from a few Undergrounds having easy access into London centre. Plenty of places for food and a large shopping centre (westfield) within walking distance. Efficient for my solo stay without a vehicle. Thank you!
The single room was a great value. Although it was on the top floor without a lift. Difficult journey to the top with full luggage. Best for younger travelers for a single night.
It was ok, but there was smoking everywhere even though they say strictly non-smoking. The rooms are difficult to get into with luggage, and the people above us were so loud I thought they might come through the floor.
We stayed in the room by the front door and you could hear everything that happened in the street. Lots of police, ambulances and fire engines pass up and down the street. The room was tidy, but shows signs of age and is tired.
A cheap, average hotel for a short stay. A little more care should be taken with cleaning.
I had a wonderful stay! The best thing about this hotel is the staff — they are exceptionally polite and professional, which made my experience very pleasant. Checked in and checked out with ease. The beds are also wider and more comfortable than those in other hotels in the area. The location is perfect, close to all amenities including shops, the tube, restaurants, and even a church. Highly recommended

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower performance was good. The shampo/shower gel was nice quality.
Well it served a purpose and was cheap and
cheerful. Pros.. near kings x and euston and theres a brilliant patisserie on the corner. Bedding and bathroom very clean.Cons.. the room was taller than it was wide and a bit scruffy nothing a lick of paint wouldnt sort bit bedding was clenxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I was really scared after reading reviews but it was absolutely fine, lovely clean room, we did have the basement and I was nervous for my 13 year old but it was clean and had all we needed, the bathroom outside the room was absolutely spotless with clean towels and shampoo/soap provided. The staff were absolutely lovely, I didn’t get his name but a guy on reception so pleasant and let us get into...
The bed was not really comfortable. A bit of mold in the shower but overall, it worked for us due to the great location.
BASIC but reasonable value, ~£60 for the night. Good as place to get your head down for the night. I checked in just before midnight and had to wait for 10 mins for the receptionist to come from another property to let me in. Small room. Subtle odour like an old worn-out shoe! Otherwise, all good; you get what you pay for.
Nice and affordable! Very beautiful area close to king cross station!

Great experience, near British museum and Euston station
Cheap (ish) for London. It's a converted townhouse so rooms small, but clean and functional. Decor is dated, but when you're out and about all day and you just need somewhere to sleep...perfect. Clean bathroom, comfortable beds.
Be warned there is no Aircon, so the rooms can get stuffy and hot.
Good size room for London, very helpful staff, decor a little aged but very clean.
It was fine for what we needed. If you don't mind lots of steep stairs, the attic room where we were was small but adequate. Rather dated but clean and friendly.
Nicer than expected. Shame about the cold shower
The room was surprisingly roomy and was clean. I was only staying one night after a business meeting and didn't really spend time in the room, so didn't need any amenities.
The one big let down is that there was no hot water, so had to take a cold shower in the morning.
Have stayed here many times over the years when it was owned by a private family but now it is run by a company. They have discontinued breakfast however it is well run and good value for the money particularly because of the excellent location

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the train, metro, bus, and even the bus to the Harry Potter studios – less than a 3-minute walk. Excellent location, attentive staff, and spotless cleanliness!
The tiniest single hotel room you've ever seen, but for a simple (relatively) affordable overnight in the middle of London, it does everything that's needed.
The staff are friendly and attentive, and the room is kept spotless and hygienic.
I definitely recommend the Beverly Hotel to friends and family!
Good clean room, on the small side but that was expected from the photo - no complaints.
However, the radiator wouldn't switch off as it wasn't clear how to reduce or increase the heat on the dial. The front desk staff member kindly came up to my room and helped, having to switch it off completely for the night because they also couldn't figure it out.
Otherwise, no issues.
Nice area, good beds and nice service, but the room was very small and we stayed in 4th floor without lift.
My stay was all around great. The room was perfect - spacious & clean - with a great shower. Staff was super helpful & genuinely nice with a good sense of humor. Location was excellent with many attractions, restaurants & pubs in walking distance. Also, Victoria Station & 3 tube lines within a short walk. Safe & quiet neighborhood.

A very pleasant stay, and the best part was the staff's service. They were very attentive and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out and were able to rest until our train departed.
I needed a room for very specific requirements. Flexibility, convenient and reasonable priced. This feels those purposes. Some things i did wish was an extra pillow, possible better air circulation and a shelf in the shower. Other than that I was sorted
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception team was extremely kind and welcoming, and Loay at the front desk was especially helpful and genuinely thoughtful. He made everything so easy and comfortable. Thank you for the great hospitality!
The place is good for its price and its location. Expect an average experience. No room cleaning. But there is complementary breakfast; coffee, orange juice, and some bread and sweets.
We experienced a theft of an expensive pastry from the storage lock in the receiption.
First time stay here. Room was very basic. Single bed. Empty of anything, no chair etc. Because it was tiny, on the top floor. Can’t remember last time I’ve had a single bed in a hotel. Bathroom tiny, so shower was tiny. Decor absolutely basic. Someone said backpacker and that was my sense of it too. Breakfast was pastries, or slices of cheese. No wish to return. Ok I guess if price good and you...
Excellent location close to Kensington Gardens and public transport. For history and luxury enthusiasts. What a great breakfast included in price. A nice surprise, because they say "continental" and indeed in that style but with great class! Freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, selection of cheeses and cottage cheeses, jams, various sweet and savoury pastries, bread, fruit, yoghurts. Yum...

This is a budget- no frills hotel. Perfect for my overnight attending a match. The staff were friendly, the place was warm and importantly, the room was clean and bed comfortable. Public transport just out side and a big shopping centre across the road. Loads of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. I will definitely be staying here again .
Rooms were a bit tired but they were clean good value for the price also drinks in the bar were very well priced overall we enjoyed our visit
I don’t know what some people expect for the price they pay. Yes, rooms are small and dated, maybe the tv didn’t work (I didn’t try it), but it’s dirt cheap, it wasn’t filthy and I didn’t see any mice/rat traps. Yes there’s a party vibe in the garden, some kids smoking a little ****, but some might quite like that . If you have a problem there’s an insipid premier inn up the road for twice the price...
Basic room, not much to say. Cheap room and well positioned for Finsbury Park. But no frills.
Others complained about noise, but didn't hear anything to complain about.
Just stayed one night i was treated well got upgraded to a better room would stay there again very nice ?
I went here for a drink with some friends who live nearby. It's a fairly standard pub, with a reasonable array of your usual lagers, a fair bit of seating, a couple of pool tables and TVs to catch the football. It was understaffed when we went, with only one poor guy manning the whole bar, but it was still decent for a beer and a relax.

It was a nightmare. Luckily I stayed day only one night. The room was a very tiny room behind the reception area with a lot of banging and noises, there was no air circulation (no oxygen), it was very hot inside bedroom despite outside was cold. I had to put a mini fan all night and all day, also the fan was extremely noisy. The only good thing about it that the bed and bathroom they were very cean
I liked, that room was cleaned everyday.
Good value for its price. No breakfast included. The stairs are very narrow. Staff quite responsive.

The Hotel itself was very clean and tidy.
A little more attention to detail required in our room though, there were small marks and stains on the bedding.
The room was on an upper floor, but the windows were very dirty, even the condition on the inside could been taken care of.
Small and quaint but nice for a weekend stay in the heart of the city. Lots of stairs tho :/
could not get to reception as the door was closed. had to ring and no one was answering. eventually after 20m someone came. the hotel was dirty and shower was cold.
Hotel well located in the exclusive neighborhood of Pimlico, next to the most tourist areas. But the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of comfort, the rooms are small and with horrible carpet, so the room is just right for sleeping. I have missed a place to have breakfast or common areas to sit and sit.

It's clean and nice. It's close to Paddington Station, so it's convenient for getting around the city.
The room, although snug was well appointed and bed comfy. The staff v helpful with parking
The shower head was leaking and one of the shower doors was coming off the hinge. Some mould on the bottom of the shower door and bottl
Hotel in itself was great, wonderful customer service. Location was convenient and ideal for outings and attractions. Only downside was that no communal area in hotel and no fridge in room. Room was airy and cool, didn’t need fans or ac as the windows enabled natural cooling. The room was lovely and spacious. Would recommend
The location is superb. I only need to walk to prominent tourist destinations.
We recieved amazing service from Salem! The property was not very clean and not modern, the bathroom was incredibly small, and there was no AC. The area around the Hotel was very nice. However, our highlight was amazing service from our Host Salem!

If you want a good location for not so much money and you just need the most necessary, this is a great hotel. The rooms are small and simple, the bathrooms are tiny, the cleaning is not great. But the staff were nice. We had some complaints on our room, but could change room without problem and we were much more satisfied with that room.
We paid extra for the Executive Lounge access which we had done previously with wonderful success. It was a haven for the family. But they have really minimized the experience in the last year or so. The offerings are more limited, it is no longer the same elevated experience and they NO LONGER SERVE SCONES at alleged “AFTERNOON TEA”! It was all the talk in the lounge….where are the scones? Come...
We've spent 3 nights in the Exhibition Court Hotel 4, stuff is very friendly and helpful also the location is very good.
The room we got was very small, but after all quite comfortable. The biggest downside of the room was the bathroom - unfortunately dirty and also we had a problem with window, which let in the cold.
Was a nice room, staff were friendly and helpful the only thing was the water had a funky smell to it everytime you use the tap
The staff is really nice and you take tea, coffee and water whenever you want for free. The room was clean and the position is very good, well-connected with metro and buses.
The really limitation are the room and the bathroom sizes, which are really small.
I was unsure to give them 3 or 4 stars, but let’s go with 4 because they are very nice.
