Front desk receptionist Augustine was a little bit rude. Amenities were fine. Beds not too comfortable. WiFi not too fast. Location was perfect to see west end shows! Probably won’t book again as it wasn’t value for money.

I really like the location. Piccadilly Station, 5 minutes from Trafalgar London Eye, Big Ben bus stop 3 stops away It was in the middle of nowhere so it was very easy to move around. The staff were so friendly too! There were reviews saying the room was small, but for me, it was just enough for two people to spread out their suitcases!

Good location, affordable and reasonable price. The room was clean and tidy. Though they do not provide toothbrushes, toothpastes and slippers, it’s still the best choice in the area.

Really nice venue in Canary Wharf. Didn’t sleep much because of the noise from doors opening and closing and people up and down the corridor. Room was very clean and although petit, contained everything you needed for an overnight stay. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The bathroom smells horrible. The cleaning lady banning the doors really harshly and made my whole bed shake. I ask for iron and was given one but it does not work. Did not feel totally relaxed there at all.

I have used ibis hotels before and the are a great no fills hotel and this was no different. Only down side was the drain smell in the bath room but other than that it was great and would use them again.

This is my fourth stay here, and overall I'm satisfied. The location is definitely the biggest plus. The room size isn't ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Basic amenities are all there, and the front desk staff are quite helpful when issues arise.

I stayed here on my last trip to London too, and this time I booked a single room which is just perfect for one person. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. We took an early flight to drop off our child, so we checked into a hotel near Stansted Airport a day in advance. The hotel was new, had convenient dining options, and was just a few minutes' walk from the airport, making it very cost-effective.

The location is perfect, roughly half way between Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations, giving access to multiple key landmarks. Bed was comfy, staff were friendly and reasonable price although did book 6 months in advance to get a good price, the condition is f the bath and over bath shower however were poor, aged and worn and gave which gave appearance of being dirty, as this is the part of tue room you use to get clean it wasn’t good

The room was clean and located on the 3rd floor with lift access. The water pressure from the shower can be improved. The lift does make a bit of a noise going up and down and made it wonder if it will break down 😬
