London, 2 Orange Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location great hotel. It was very loud throughout the night tho x
Our 4-night stay was a mixed bag. The Good: Incredible location for exploring Chinatown/West End and very polite, helpful front desk staff. The Bad: The room design is impractical. The bed is against a drafty window (leading to a cold) and against a wall, making it hard to get out without waking my partner. The bathroom design is unhygienic (hard-to-use soap dispensers and a flush button blocked by...
Very good location and friendly staff. Room too small.
Front desk receptionist Augustine was a little bit rude. Amenities were fine. Beds not too comfortable. WiFi not too fast. Location was perfect to see west end shows! Probably won’t book again as it wasn’t value for money.
The location is very good. It only takes three minutes to walk to the theater. But the room is very small London is expensive But this one is also relatively cheaper This is reflected in the room size and facilities There is free time for cheese and liquor in the afternoon But I didn’t participate because I had no interest in it. If you consider location and price, you can choose this one
I really like the location. Piccadilly Station, 5 minutes from Trafalgar London Eye, Big Ben bus stop 3 stops away It was in the middle of nowhere so it was very easy to move around. The staff were so friendly too! There were reviews saying the room was small, but for me, it was just enough for two people to spread out their suitcases!

We were assigned a large family room for my girlfriend and me. The breakfast was comprehensive and good.
Very convenient location, clean and tidy. Good value.
The service and hotel facilities were excellent. We initially booked 3 nights at this hotel, but after our experience, we extended our stay for another 6 days. The front desk staff and hotel service personnel were very helpful. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the transportation was very convenient.
My room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which was clean and tidy. The room had a kettle, and they provided coffee, tea, and a full set of toiletries, but you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The receptionist was very friendly; we even chatted a bit when we bumped into each other in the elevator the next day. The hotel's location is perfect, near the Natural History Museum and...
Does the job, bed not very wide
Good location, affordable and reasonable price. The room was clean and tidy. Though they do not provide toothbrushes, toothpastes and slippers, it’s still the best choice in the area.

A very good 4 night stay. Clean, had all ammenities that i required. Only one criticism , i like a window to a room that opens, if only slightly. Room was a bit hot and stuffy at times, and adjusting air conditioning didnt really help.
I recently stayed at a Premier Inn and was genuinely impressed by how smooth and comfortable the whole experience was. Check‑in was quick and friendly, with staff (Siraj) who actually seemed happy to help rather than just going through the motions. It set the tone straight away. The room was exactly what you want after a long day: clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious. The bed lived up to the hype...
Stayed only a night after landing from long journey and had wonderful stay here. Location is excellent.
Eh, gonna write a review for Premier Inn Hendon, eh! 😊 I'm just blown away by the incredible service I received from Krupaben and Ashwariya, they're the real MVPs, eh! 🌟 I checked in and they made the process super smooth, and the dinner service was top-notch, I mean, it was actually really good! I spent 5 days at the hotel and the room service was straight up awesome, they were attentive, friendly...
The breakfast was quite good; the small portions were sufficient and served hot, so it wouldn't get cold and taste bad. The room was average.
Overall clean and reasonable price. Have air conditioning but windows cannot open.

London, 21 Hertsmere Road (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's facilities are very advanced, the entrance and light switches are excellent, and the cleanliness is very good – both aspects are excellent. However, the double room has extremely poor foot traffic; there's practically no space to move around. There are only two shelves at the foot of the bed, taking up the only available space. I went to the reception to argue with the staff and requested...
Really nice venue in Canary Wharf. Didn’t sleep much because of the noise from doors opening and closing and people up and down the corridor. Room was very clean and although petit, contained everything you needed for an overnight stay. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, would just bring ear plugs to help sleep
close to Canary Wharf and a few minutes from the tube station , clean and practical
The Air Con wasn’t working. I raised an issue and have been told sorry and thanks for bringing it up
My friend and I were not satisfied with our experience at this hotel. We were shocked to learn that the hotel operates on a “first come, first served” policy, which was never communicated to us in advance. Due to a delayed flight, we informed the hotel that we would be checking in late, after midnight, and the staff assured us that it would not be a problem. However, upon arrival, we were told that...

The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the Hammersmith tube station, just an 8-minute walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel includes breakfast, but you'll need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste!
This was our second time staying at Holiday Inn Express, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
Cosy stay in London! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is just steps away from the train station and shops, which made everything so convenient. We wished we had more time to explore the nearby Asian halal food booths, but overall it was a lovely short stay.
nice big room and super helpful reception. great location and just a short walk to the tube. will choose this hotel again when i am back to london.
All the hotel staff were friendly and kind. The location is very strategic, with many shops and a mall nearby. The hotel is generally clean; however, the room cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day, but during my 6-night stay, the carpeted floor in the room was never vacuumed. As a result, there were small bits of dirt or dust on the floor throughout...
Location is perfect. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and it’s close the subway station. However the room rate changes too fast at the beat unexpected.

Hotel was nice and clean, in a good location (couple of minutes to Bayswater tube). Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a cold buffet. It was fine. The only downside was the room was too hot (in November). The radiator needed a thermostatic radiator valve so the temperature could be controlled, currently it was either fully on or off.
the hotel corresponds to the description, very safe, traditional breakfast, the staff is very friendly but not very attentive to the guests, the hotel is very quiet, there is air conditioning in the room! I think I will come back to this place again! 🩷
The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby. However, I wouldn't book it again. The rooms lack air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, making them uncomfortably hot during warmer months and too cold in colder seasons. Additionally, no bottled water was provided in the room. While it may be acceptable for a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t rate it as a 4...
A bit dated, but clean. The elevator was slow. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly.
Great for business travel - Excellent customer service and free car parking .
The reception at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. As soon as you entered the door, you could know which guest you were booked for. It was quite surprising. The check-in procedure was completed very quickly. The hotel is still as clean as it was 5 years ago. Although the room is a bit small, the check-in experience is okay! The breakfast is still the same as before. It is amazing that the...

Overall location and room cleanliness was excellent. The staff from Mumbai, India - Bavik was very friendly and helpful. He offered me a fan to manage air circulation in the room as the Ac is on heater mode since its winter. Other staffs were not helpful. When we asked for cutlery with room service they said come down and get it yourself. That spoiled everything!
Comfortable Stay and located close to the tube station. Polite staff, clean rooms with good amenities and proximity to public transportation are the main highlights!
Good location, tube station is 5 mins walk away, Westfield Mall is within 10 mins, plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants around there, located in a busy area but the hotel is quiet enough. The room quality is fair, clean and big enough, not the top class but reasonably good. Staffs are helpful and nice. Good value for somebody looking for a hotel in the west side of London
Prime locatoon next to Westfield and tube that gets you on the northern line easily.
The location is great, the room is clean and good size, however no fridge in the room.
The bathroom smells horrible. The cleaning lady banning the doors really harshly and made my whole bed shake. I ask for iron and was given one but it does not work. Did not feel totally relaxed there at all.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.
A decent budget option with some friendly staff, but currently held back by poor maintenance and lack of soundproof rooms. Value: A solid price point for the Kensington location. Service: The receptionist was highly welcoming and helpful, stepping in to assist when the self-check-in tablet glitched out. Room Condition: Our lower-ground room felt visibly tired. Hotel location is very good. Near from underground earls court. To Heathrow air port only 1 once.
This is my fourth stay here, and overall I'm satisfied. The location is definitely the biggest plus. The room size isn't ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Basic amenities are all there, and the front desk staff are quite helpful when issues arise.
I stayed here on my last trip to London too, and this time I booked a single room which is just perfect for one person. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. I got a room facing the street and absolutely love the way the sun streams in. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I come back to London!

Very reasonably priced hotel in a good location. I didn't expect to find a hotel at this price anywhere in London. Quite basic but superb for the price.
Good value for money Polite, friendly reception staff Comfortable beds Clean and tidy. ROOM 12 Wobbly toilet seat 😬 Bedside shelf between beds breaking off wall 😬
The place is nice, easy to find with buses either 220 or 295 coming towards shepherd's Bush. The hotel is okay for any kind only thing is you have to carry your luggages upstairs cuz there's no lift. Room is okay also, so overall it's good.
I had a lovely experience at Plaza Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was basic but had everything that I needed, and the price was really good for the great central location.
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and gave the information I asked for. The bathrooms were in good condition apart from the walls. Fair price for what you get.
When I arrived at the hotel there were a few things missing from the room (due to a new cleaning company who had just been employed) but the EXCELLENT staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and quick to rectify all of the issues straight away. Fab place to stay as it’s literally 5 mins from Paddington. Great value for money and actually pretty decent sized rooms for London. Faultless check in/out service. Defo my go to hotel when staying in London (via the train)
The location of this hotel is great- just a 5 minute walk from Paddington which in turn is just two stops on the Tube from the west end. You are also less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kensington Park. Service at reception and in the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast is really good with a wide choice that includes boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese. The rooms are spotless...
The hotel is just few minutes away from London Paddington train station & underground station. Also, it's close to some restaurants. Very convenient.
I was very satisfied with Royal Eagle Hotel. I can't fault anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
The room was tiny, barely enough space to turn around, and once we opened our suitcases, they completely blocked the door. As for the shower, it was barely usable, just enough to get by. The upside is the incredibly convenient location. It's right next to Paddington Station and the tube, making it super easy to get anywhere. Hyde Park is just a few hundred meters away – perfect for a stroll through...

Great location, Easy check-in. Everything as described and as expected. Would definitely re-book.
We took an early flight to drop off our child, so we checked into a hotel near Stansted Airport a day in advance. The hotel was new, had convenient dining options, and was just a few minutes' walk from the airport, making it very cost-effective.
Sleeping was good; it would have been even better if there had been a window.
I stay here every time I come, it's very good. The breakfast is also delicious.
Tidy, but some urine smell in the toilet. The double bed is made of two separate single bed mattress so there is a gap in between. Everything else is good.

The best hotels to stay in London is a good price compact rooms but have a fantastic amenities and great please
Great budget hotel clean and well located. Just don’t get the room in the basement under the passage it’s a noisy all night and but if you bring ear plugs and and eye mask and you want an inexpensive hotel and the location is more important the. This is for you.
Excellent location and good service. Recommend.
Excellent location for a short stay in London. The rooms are small but pristine and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, roughly half way between Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations, giving access to multiple key landmarks. The only thing missing that I would have liked is a mini-fridge in the room, but this is easy to live without.

Staff were fantastic but problem with Cc payment. Charged twice and we could not get a refund from hotel. My husband was given head office details and had to do all the work himself to get the second payment refunded through barclaycard no apology despite several emails to head office. Disgusting service.
The exterior of the hotel may be one of the worst I've seen. A converted office block. It's seem better days. Areas of the hotel are uncared for and not in the best shape. The location of the Premier Inn Victoria is perfect in the city centre. We took the meal deals for the dinners and the meals were delicious and it was perfect after a tiring day in London. The bedroom was clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, always smiling and wishing to help us. We hope we will come back soon in your hotel!

The room was clean and located on the 3rd floor with lift access. The water pressure from the shower can be improved. The lift does make a bit of a noise going up and down and made it wonder if it will break down 😬
