Close to the nearest station and with plenty of restaurants nearby, this hotel is perfect for those who prioritize convenience and can overlook the basic amenities.
This hotel was a perfect choice.
The price was really reasonable considering the good quality of the rooms and the perfect location.
If I have the chance to book it again in the future I will.
Thank You.
We had booked this hotel for its location but also that it mentioned to have breakfast. When we arrived at the facility they informed us that it did not include nor they served breakfast
The room was a bit small and the facilities were a little old, but the cleanliness was acceptable. There's an elevator and the location is just right – not far from the city center and very close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around.
Good hotel for the price point.
Close to Metro on Elizabeth Line. Was able to leave luggage. Excellent service.

Close to train station and nice restaurants
Check in was easy. Despite being an older.property it was well maintained although the ancient lift had some worrying quirks when the doors could.not make up their mind whether to open or not.
Stairs from.3rd to 4th floor are narrow and steep. Awkward even with hand luggage.
Plenty of hot water for the shower and the room was warm.
Main problm for me was that there was no breakfast before 7.30 and...
Keeping the price point in mind, this hotel did the job. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The staff was lovely. Luggage storage was fantastic both before and after check-in. I understood that it's an older, converted building. I was still surprised to be woken up by a neighbors alarm over multiple days, from different rooms lol - very thin walls.
Everything was clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpful even late at night. The hotel was handy for Paddington station, there were good restaurants nearby.
Will recommend this to friends!
The location is perfect! Right up to Paddington to get anywhere and right down to oxford street; the staff is very gracious - prices good. Property is a little worn and could use refresh, but still clean. Breakfast according to my father was perfect.
Clean, convenient location! Stayed for one night on my way out of London and it did the job. Slightly more spacious than other similar places in the city.

I stayed for two nights with my brother and both our rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The reception staff were really friendly, and also the ladies who were working in the breakfast room. The location is very good for the Albert Hall where we were attending a concert.I would definitely stay here again and it was value for money compared to a lot of other London hotels!
Another great stay at The Troy hotel. Perfectly situated opposite Hyde Park and 2 minutes walk from the tube (Queensway, Bayswater or Lancaster Gate) when in London, we would never stay anywhere else. This is a friendly, safe hotel which is always clean and bright, rooms are comfortable and spacious and serviced daily. Buffet breakfast offers cereals, fruit, yogurts, croissants, bread rolls with eggs...
Had a 3 night stay at the Troy. Nice room, nice bathroom, small shower though ! Breakfast continental, no hot food. 5 min walk to the tube and nice restaurants. Nice hotel in nice area.
I would recommend this hotel. The reception staff was helpful. The room is nice and clean with no unpleasant odors. There is a desk with a chair, king sized bed, refrigerator, luggage rack, nice closet, two nightstands with storage, and a hair dryer. There is no air conditioning and the heat hasn’t been turned on yet. Troy Hotel had no thermostat in my room. There could be a problem for someone...
Fabulous! For the price; bear in mind that the Troy Hotel is not the Savoy. However in the price range it is very good. Although it is not a hotel for users of wheelchairs. I have mobility issues but I managed and the staff could not have been more accommodating to me; the lift was not working properly on our first night and we were accommodated in an available room, then re accommodated for the rest...
Basic but comfortable although my room was very warm, although it was 24 degrees outside. I had to prop open the sash window as it would sometimes close itself and when I tried using the ceiling fan the whole thing shook and looked like it was about to fall off ,so I switched that off. Aside from that staff were friendly, room was dated but clean and breakfast was good.

The staff members in this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that we checked in and out well. When we requested to store our baggage and asked for slightly later checkout, they were super understanding. Thank you for your service. The hotel room was also really nice, with a spacious toilet which comes with a tap that has drinking water.
The staff were friendly and all ways reday to help
Not bad, convenient transportation
I totally enjoyed my stay here. It has good value for money and is within walking distance to everything I wanted to do.
The room was recently renovated, so the facilities are relatively new, very convenient to use, and very comfortable to live in. The overall experience is good!
The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the subway, and the streets along the way are clean; basic facilities are also provided, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness; the staff are smiling and polite!

I was so happy to get a hotel that was close to Paddington, but on a quiet street. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
Great stay. Perfectly located comfortable room and a good price is hard to find these days. Will be back again and recommend staying here to anyone wanting to stay in central London.
Dated, and didn’t expect to check in at reception, then have to walk round the corner to another street to get into the room. Also don’t believe it was sufficiently clear that it would be a shared bathroom room.
What a lovely little hotel. We stayed there on two separate occasions, and while the first room was adequate, the second room was stellar. Our only complaint was that the pillows are in dire need of replacement. Otherwise, a beautiful place to stay, and an excellent location. I highly recommend this hotel.
Location wise, very handy for Paddington Station & Tube connections. Room was fine - Double Deluxe - for 3 night stay.
Pros- area was fantastic. Close to lots of restaurants, a stone’s throw away from Hyde Park and Paddington station for underground access.

Everything was wonderful. Very kind staff, very comfortable bed. The room is equipped with everything.
Smooth check in, small reception.lift to rooms. I stayed in a very tired very small double. It had half a window with some non blackout curtains. The room was clean, bed and pillows not enormously comfortable. The room was very tired, chipped paint and ripped wall paper in parts. Bathroom tight but good shower pressure. You get what you pay for, it’s cheap in a great location. Would I stay again,...
It was good. Except there were some noises at early morning.
Had a wonderful stay at The Jade. Location was perfect. Very close to the underground and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Clean, everything we needed. Good value for money would stay again.
A room priced at 1,200rmb a night is at the level of a domestic guest house! ! (Even better...?) The only thing I can say is that the location is really good, 3 minutes to the subway station. The bathroom is quite clean. In fact, the service attitude is not bad. We checked in at 5 o'clock on the first night and were given room 103, 7 square meters max? I will never forget the low ceiling and the bed...
The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with an open view. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. There is a supermarket nearby and the location is moderate. The transportation is also easy as there are two underground stations nearby. There are many restaurants close to the hotel and dining is convenient.

Very polite, friendly staff. The hotel was beautifully clean. Easy to find. Much quieter than expected considering it's right next to a tube station.
Very recommended for families. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel is just next to the subway station and O2, it is really convenient! Friendly cleaning staff, but the guy at the reception seems to be not satisfied with his job :/
Lovely hotel, the shower was wonderful and the bed super comfortable! The room had tea, coffee and some biscuits which was a lovely touch. The tv had airplay so I could play music and watch shows.
Would def recommend 👌 the staff were amazing and friendly and accommodating to your needs .
I had an embarrassing situation but they treated mer with dignity despite waking up late to check out and not being able to leave the room abit more tidy everything else was perfect

No problem booking in reception is 24 hours in the hotel next door. Rooms are an interesting layout, we had to go downstairs across the breakfast room and back up stairs to get to our room on the street level. Stairs are very narrow and bow in the middle . Beds ok a bit soft but nice size as 2 singles pushed together. Some street noise to be expected in London but not too bad. Noise from upstairs toilets...
The room is nice, the staff is friendly. The only bad thing is the noise produced by the water from rooms next to ours. Maybe they can put some hours restrictions
There is no isolation or resistancefor cold weather, wall and windows feel all cold weather. Location is perfect, reception, people and service are good enough.
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The room was compact and cute overall, and the hygiene was excellent. Although the breakfast in the morning was simple, you could tell it was made with great care given the limited budget.
It's a relatively small hotel. If you stay on the first floor, you might be bothered by street noise from cars. The cleanliness could be slightly better, but the location is great and the service is excellent.
The hotel's location was good, but because we were assigned a room in the adjacent flat, every time we wanted to leave, we had to go down to the basement first, then up to the main entrance of the flat. The stairs were also quite narrow and inconvenient.

The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. The location of the hotel made it easy to get to city center.
Room very small, especially if there were 3 people in it!! Otherwise clean, basic, staff helpful and friendly. Close to amenities. It has a lift. There was no cooked breakfast. Would stay again for location.
The staff were very helpful, polite, the room was clean no complaints about the accommodation from me
The staff was very friendly and
accommodating. Great location near the Queensway and Bayswater underground stations and restaurants.
The rooms are very small to fit luggage comfortably, but it's London, and you'll be glad to be near “the tube” after being out and about enjoying the city. Recommended!|

The room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean. I really liked that the room had a tiny fridge and an electric water heater.

Convenient location for getting around London. Sometimes felt a bit exposed because there is a cafe at the ground floor, with no control over who can enter the hotel. Helpful and friendly receptionists. Entering the building and room was a bit fiddly at first, but once you get used to the "smart" locks/system it was fine. Cleaning service was not included in the room price, but additional towels/toilet...
The hotel is well located in London. However, the condition of the rooms is not great. The carpet was stained and apparently not vacuumed. In addition, there was a leak in my bathroom. The water was running through the spotlight in the ceiling, which isn't very reassuring...
The staff I met at reception were friendly, although little was done to resolve the problem. The rooms are also fairly poorly...
Excellent hotel! The room was clean, the beds are comfortable, and we loved the location. Check in was super easy using the app, and I liked using entry codes rather than physical keys. There was a little road noise, but it's a central London hotel so that's to be expected. We'll be back!
A good experience. Rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The check in is unusual but not complicated. And the access from the Costa cafe isn’t a problem. An overall good establishment.
It was a great hotel. I don't know why people complaining about this hotel. It was really easy to check in and your free to go and comeback with a password. The rooms are small but perfect. Only thing of service. When people stay longer cann you make the rooms clean after maybe 3 days or something. It's a small tip!! Maybe see you next time.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff and great location
A nice room, very clean and the setting of the hotel is lovely. The walls however are very thin and the rooms are cramped together; I would recommend good earplugs. Expect a wait for the shower and the toilet in the morning.
The property is very close to transport and access to most hostoric sites eith ease. Just the bsthroom which was a little small. The hosts were very welcoming and very responsive to our needs. We have certainly found our go to place in London!
In a fantastic location with tube, bus and Holland Park right at the doorstep. Very well kept grand hotel spacious and comfortable. I had a shared bathroom - this was OK for the reasonable price.
Room and bathroom were clean. Didn’t expect shower room and bathroom to be down the hall, I thought it would be closer to the room; made it awkward when showering. Shower had low pressure and the temperature wouldn’t change from blistering hot. They do give you soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and the linens were all very clean. More of a hostel vibe than a hotel

We had a really great time there. Locationwise the hotel is near london central and everything is in walkable distance, the staff was helpful and even provided us a power adapter for free (since we forgot ours at home). They cleaned the rooms every day and each day we were greeted with biscuits / paistry in our room. The booking contained free breakfast wich was freshly made and was really delicious...
Very welcoming hotel with a perfect location in Paddington. The staff service is 10/10, everyone is very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is quite good and ideal for starting the day with energy. Clean and comfortable rooms, and very good value for money for London. Highly recommended.
Room was spotless and a great size. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing location and room had all we needed, including treats and water, hairdryer, shampoo, kettle and fridge. Could not fault this place, will come back every trip. Location cannot be faulted. So central and easy to get around with plenty of shops and food.
We loved it here. My friend and I booked single rooms and we got lovely cosy rooms, very well equipped and extremely clean.
Could you please thank the kitchen staff as the breakfast was 100% perfect 👌
And the lovely man who worked overnight on the check in desk was amazing and sooo nice. Thank you, Will book to stay again.
We stayed at Hyde Park Hotel at the end of July and we had a great time. The location near Paddington station is convenient and strategic for getting around. Inside we had all the amenities as well as numerous restaurants. We were initially offered a small room due to high demand, but the staff were readily available to provide us with a more comfortable option. In any case, both rooms were very clean...
Everything is average, the bathroom is small, it is difficult to turn around, the corridor is narrow, it is difficult to go upstairs with large luggage, the sound insulation is average, the location is next to Hyde Park, it is OK. Hotels near Hyde Park are more expensive, if you have a limited budget and spend a long time outside, you can choose this one.

Decent breakfast
Comfortable bedding
Cleanliness
Cons: Small, old elevator that sometimes gets stuck on the floors
Tiny bathroom
Facilities: Very old, with a vintage feel.
Cleanliness: Very clean!
Environment: Great location! The environment is also nice!
Service: Excellent service; the owner and staff are very welcoming.
Thanks to everyone at Ctrip!
The hotel is quite old and the soundproofing could be better. Its location on a main road makes it rather noisy in the evenings, which limits relaxation. Otherwise, however, the hotel is fine.
Nice hotel, different to the usual chain of hotels with nice individual touches. Breakfast included which is always a bonus, with vegetarian options, Twin room was quite tight for space but fine for a one night stay
It's small and cozy, the service is kind, and it feels like a small home. The building is relatively old, but the health and facilities are decent. There is an old-fashioned British elevator, which is very impressive!
There is a lot of garbage on the road outside, and the British are not that particular about hygiene.
Good location, friendly staff, clean and nice rooms even if it's not very fancy. Really nice breakfast! Complimentary tea and coffee/ espresso / cappuccino in the lobby.

The hotel is great, nothing to complain about, considering it's significantly cheaper than most comparable options closer to the center of London and breakfast is even included. The only caveat is, that the breakfast selection is limited and the coffee could be better. But all in all I'd recommend this hotel.
A comfortable stay, rooms were clean although amenities were a little barebones. Location was good.
The hotel is very clean and good located. Many stores near by, but the only thing that is not so good is the breakfast. Is not that good, not many foods to choose from, especially for people who enjoy having breakfast is too poor. The rest, I was satisfied.
Had a great stay, will definitely book this place again next time. It's truly excellent value for money.

The Hotel is in a central location of London. We stayed in an apartment for three adults. The couple stayed in the bedroom and the third bed was a put up bed in the lounge. The hotel room could do with being updated but was adequate for our needs.

Location so nice. Breakfast was fantastic.
Room was a good size for London and everything was clean and well ordered. The staff were friendly though service at breakfast was a little slow. That said breakfast when it arrived was excellent.

No food ordered, we were just staying overnight prior to an early morning Eurostar departure. Super convenient for St Pancras International.
.
Great hotel opposite King’s Cross station. Ideal for a one night stay before getting an early morning Eurostar. Staff friendly and accommodating. I had a very heavy bag so they put me in the only ground floor room they had due to rhem not having a lift:
Room was spacious, clean, with a kettle, fridge, tv and en suite. Bed was very comfy. There was a low rumble of train nose but this didn’t bother...
Had to book this hotel last minute because of train cancellation. For the price, really can't complain at all. Clean room with comfortable bed, fresh towels with hot shower and AC with heat mode. It's literally 2-3 mins walk from St Pancras International which was what I needed. Front desk manager was friendly and respectful too. Would definitely stay again
The location is excellent, right next to the train station. However, the facilities are quite old. The door was broken, and the bathroom door wouldn't slide open. We were also staying in what felt like a basement. But the price was relatively cheap.
Location is right next to St. Pancras and King’s Cross station, convient for those who need to travel with international railway for a 1 night stay. However, the hotel itself did not seems very safe for solo travellers. Room door can be shut yet you can see through outside with a gap, privacy is a concern here !
