It was an excellent experience for my husband and me. The Staff is wonderful. Zorro was specialy kind with us. The location was very useful and near of an metro station. The town is pretty. I will be back when I will can be again in London.

Westbury offered everything I was looking for. A room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and all the essentials. I never seek big rooms cause all I do is sleep in them. Excellent location, very convenient for the British Museum, and easy to walk around. There's a Tesco nearby, so you can grab breakfast and head straight to the museum's south entrance.

It's a historic building with no elevator. The front desk offered to store my suitcase, so I only took essentials up to the 3rd (or 4th) floor. No amenities were provided, but towels were available. The room wasn't exactly spotless, but for a central London location within walking distance to Euston, I can't really complain.

I can’t find a down-side: less than 5 minutes walk from Paddington station, a nice well-kept hotel, outside and in, in a nice road. I could leave my bag there before check-in time, which helped me as I’d an event to go to, and the desk was still open to properly check in when I returned around midnight. Keeping the price point in mind, this hotel did the job. The location was very convenient and easy to access. The staff was lovely. Luggage storage was fantastic both before and after check-in. I understood that it's an older, converted building. I was still surprised to be woken up by a neighbors alarm over multiple days, from different rooms lol - very thin walls.

Everything was clean, the reception staff were friendly and helpful even late at night. The hotel was handy for Paddington station, there were good restaurants nearby.

This was the worst twin room we’ve ever stayed in. So tiny. No tables near beds. Not even a phone in room. Bathroom soooo tiny. Very noisy late with people coming back to rooms. Very noisy from 7.00 a.m with people banging doors and talking very loud. For the money charged £145 was disgusting. Wall Lights near beds didn’t work and tv would not turn off. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location although not great soundproofing to outside noise. It was helpful to have usb charging as well as standard plug sockets in the room. 2 extra pillows provided in the room and very clean towels and bed linen. The curtains could have done with being a bit thicker so if you wake easily from the sunlight, consider wearing an eye mask.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and quite near to Pancras station. However, the stairs made it hard to carry the baggage around. Other than that, no issue. Pretty decent for a one night stay.

We stayed at Princess Hotel London St Pancras only for a few hours as we needed to catch an early morning train. The location is very convenient, especially for St Pancras Station. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was really quite small for two people. Suitable for a very short stay, but not ideal if you have large luggage or plan to stay longer.

Amazing value for money based on the location. Perfect for early morning travels from St Pancras. It’s a clean shared bathroom with the other rooms. The rooms itself are as you would expect for then cost. You can hear the trains/tubes every 10 or so mins due to location (as you would expect).

I was so happy to get a hotel that was close to Paddington, but on a quiet street. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Dated, and didn’t expect to check in at reception, then have to walk round the corner to another street to get into the room. Also don’t believe it was sufficiently clear that it would be a shared bathroom room.

What a lovely little hotel. We stayed there on two separate occasions, and while the first room was adequate, the second room was stellar. Our only complaint was that the pillows are in dire need of replacement. Otherwise, a beautiful place to stay, and an excellent location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! It's just a 5-minute walk from the British Museum, so we ended up visiting twice. Public transport, both buses and the Tube, is super convenient from here. The English breakfast was a nice bonus, and it offers good value for money. Definitely recommend staying here.

I arrived early and was arranged early check-in as soon as the room became available, received a room on the ground floor, recently updated as pictured. Front staff was gentle and humorous; room was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the British Museum.

Good location near Russell Square metro station with pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room wasn't very big and overlooked an interior courtyard. There was noise from the ventilation pipes. The elevator wasn't working on arrival or departure. They offered to take our luggage to our room on the 3rd floor. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. The hotel needs renovations.

Room and bathroom were clean. Didn’t expect shower room and bathroom to be down the hall, I thought it would be closer to the room; made it awkward when showering. Double room has only queen size bed. Impossible to sleep for 2 adults . Size of luggage room for such a huge hotel is minimum. Very polite and nice receptionists but enough personnel : when needed to pick up my luggage wirh taxi waiting outside has to wait a lot cause she was alone and complete overwhelmed wirh phone calls, food deliveries among other things. Staff was ok, they put us in a room where the elevator was not accessible to our floor with multiple luggage bags which was very inconvenient. The room was clean. Check in process was so so as they wouldn't check us in without providing more personal details that weren't ever needed at other hotels.

Hotel was comfortable and charming. Food was great, service was excellent. However, a bank of recycling bins nearby attracted some homeless people and trash pickers. Sometimes during the night, we would hear the lids slamming and people arguing. Certainly not the fault of the hotel but we wondered why the city put it there.

A nice hotel in a good location. There is a complimentary coffee machine by the lobby sitting area that you can make your own coffee . Hotel is nice, clean and located in a quiet street . Hotel use intense room perfume in the lobby without good air circulation which you don’t find that in most modern hotel .

Great value no St Marks isn't the most lavish hotel London has to offer the rooms and bathrooms can be small however it is great the staff are so helpful and kind it was the perfect place for what we needed I described it as 2 steps up from a hostel so I'd say younger couples or groups of friends might love this place as I did and would definitely come back !!!

No problem booking in reception is 24 hours in the hotel next door. Rooms are an interesting layout, we had to go downstairs across the breakfast room and back up stairs to get to our room on the street level. Stairs are very narrow and bow in the middle . There is no isolation or resistancefor cold weather, wall and windows feel all cold weather. Location is perfect, reception, people and service are good enough.

The hotel's location was good, but because we were assigned a room in the adjacent flat, every time we wanted to leave, we had to go down to the basement first, then up to the main entrance of the flat. The stairs were also quite narrow and inconvenient.

The hotel is quite old and the soundproofing could be better. Its location on a main road makes it rather noisy in the evenings, which limits relaxation. Otherwise, however, the hotel is fine.

It's small and cozy, the service is kind, and it feels like a small home. The building is relatively old, but the health and facilities are decent. There is an old-fashioned British elevator, which is very impressive! There is a lot of garbage on the road outside, and the British are not that particular about hygiene.
