Excellent value for money, centrally located and friendly accommodating staff. Extra bonus welcome drink at a local bar connected to the hotel serving a good selection of alcoholics non alcoholic beverages.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. They will assist and provide related information needed.
Good location just 5mins from stations.. It was a good stay unable to check in early without Top-Up payment.. but in opposite the hotel allows you to check out late till 12pm.. we were given 2 drinks voucher in their bar. That’s kind and nice treat! Will visit again
The hotel is located near Paddington, convenient for airport access. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making supplies easy to obtain. The rooms are small and had a slight odor, but for London hotel prices, it offers good value for money with air conditioning and an all-you-can-eat breakfast. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to London.
The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington Station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Clean, easy to access, good breakfast. Staff is friendly and prompt
Rooms are always clean and cosy, very kind staff always hospitable and in a great location. My usual go to hotel when all else fails!
Very good service and friendly staff, reasonable price and the room was quality and lovely. Highly recommended.
The room was very spacious with a bathtub, and the next morning I was very impressed with the beautiful view from the window.
Great location with free parking. We stayed in a larger room, which was very spacious with a balcony.
Very good place for a single traveler, being relatively good value. Comfy room , comfy bed, nice ensuite. I didn't eat there . About 40 minutes from central London by rail. My second time staying there and I'd stay again

Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip to London for my Daughters 18th Birthday. On arrival after checking in we noticed the TV didn't work. I went to reception to inform them of this, the guy on reception came up to try and failed to get it working, he left and said he was going to get maintainence to come, after 15 mins of waiting the maintainable guy appeared but also failed to get the TV...
The room was clean. The bed seemed small for a double. The bathroom was also small.
Excellent location, just minutes from Paddington. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and have all the amenities. Very friendly staff Mari available 24 hours a day.
Lovely tiny room in the heart of Westminster. Bed very hard and lumpy. Otherwise a gem.
Good price, the staff were very kind. Mari, thank you for your attention. My room was very comfortable and cleaned every day.
The hotel was a great home base of operations for our trip that had multiple legs of our journey - plane, train, automobile, plane.

Henrietta Experimental, London1 / 30High rating

London, 14-15 Henrietta Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It’s true: the rooms are quite small, it can get stuffy if you don’t run the AC, the walls are thin (but you’ll be fine in room 15 if your neighbors are adults about being considerate) it’s probably incredibly worse during the summer (I’m here during march) and the bathroom is barely separated by a glass wall so if you use it especially for #2 it’s quite intimate… but wow the location really cannot...
My husband and I have stayed here a number of times now for work. We continue to return to this particular one as it’s always such an easy and comfortable stay. The hotel staff are great! They’re very kind, extremely helpful and provide a great service. There’s a nice relaxing bar area with a good selection of drinks and small selection of food. The rooms are compact but clean, which is great. Anything...
I’m making this review purely because of Hadika. Hadika has been an absolutely amazing person throughout our entire stay. We stayed here for two nights and have stayed here frequently beforehand but I’ve never felt the need to leave a review. However, Hadika’s service was so good that I couldn’t let it go unacknowledged. She’s a total asset to the business - she has been so sweet, so helpful and so...
I stayed here for one night and I will definitely stay here next time I go to London. The room was small but perfect for someone traveling solo. The location could not be more perfect it is right by covent garden which is one of my favorites areas. The staff were nice but I wish the security was better and not everyone could just walk in and take the elevator. That would make me feel a little more...
Friendly welcome and appreciated early check in. Central Covent Garden location on quiet no-traffic street; close to train/tube and many sights. Small but stylish room, very smart and clean (in second building across the street). Breakfast tasty - small buffet and cooked-to-order eggs. Good shower. Room would benefit from a chair and fixing early sash window. Not cheap but enjoyed my stay.
Quirky and superb. Room was really excellent- very comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Coffee, good TV etc. Staff were brilliant. Cocktails v good. Location just superb. Pedestrian street so no traffic noise. Cannot recommend highly enough for a boutique hotel option.

YHA London St Paul's - Hostel, London1 / 26

London, YHA London St Pauls, 36 Carter Lane (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
No self-catering facilities, there is hot water for making tea though.
It's a budget accommodation in one of the most expensive cities in the world, so not much should be expected. The location is perfect, and the hostel is easy to find. Their reception is 24/7, and I've personally checked in quite late (after 8pm). However, this process took very long. I'm not sure why, but the booking made through Trip.com was almost impossible to be found by the receptionist, and...
Convenient central location and good facilities for guests.
I stayed overnight in the middle of December 2025, and booked with my annual YHA Membership subscription. The YHA has been a lifesaver for London commuters like myself during London's train strikes since 2022, which peaked in 2024. I've stayed mainly at the other three London locations because of their proximity to my destinations: Earl's Court, Central, Oxford Street (since sold to Astor Hostels)...
My stay at the YHA St Paul's was very good. Great staff and central location. Good value for money
Located near St Pauls Cathedral, this YHA is somehow located perfectly with walkable distance (30mins near River Thames) to London Eye or London Bridge. Staff are nice and you can get tap filtered drinking water in kitchen. Toilet and bathroom are separate. Nearby you can find supermarket, QSRs and TSRs. However if you are a person that needs silent, then please be alert that every 15mins the cathedral...

The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park. We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor. It was very warm and we didn’t use AC. Wi Fi was good The bed is a bit small, but for 2 nights ok. We had coffee and tea bags. It was clean The staff was very friendly The only thing we didn’t like is...
It was nice place to be, very close to Queensway and Bayswater Train stations but the facilities are a bit old although they are actively renovating at the time of my visit.
The hotel is just at the front block of 2 metro stations and close to a few bus stops. There are many restaurants and grocery shops from different countries around the world. Kensington Palace, Notting Hill and Portobello Market are within walking distance. Westfield shopping mall is also within the neighbourhood. Very convenient place to stay.
My experience was wonderful. I stayed in a premier single and it was very clean and just what I needed. The location is spot on close to nice restaurants and the tube. I would definitely recommend
After a bad start to our trip Reip.com came to the party and changed our hotel to the Berjaya hotel which we were very glad they did. Old still London style hotel great location 200m from Bayswater station and a quick hope to all locations
Unbeaten location to move around London city. Two nearest Tube station which are Bayswater and Queensway. Plenty of Halal food owed by Malaysian. Recommend.

It is smaller than it looked in the photos... much smaller. I took the elevator up carrying heavy luggage, only to be shocked to find the accommodation located on the 0.5 floor, which requires going back down half a flight of stairs. It was difficult because I didn't see the notice stating that the room was located half a flight of stairs. The rollaway bed looked very flimsy, and it was difficult...
The location is great, staff are great. My only comment is, the beds are small and the bathroom lights are bright. Location is fantastic and everyone there is really friendly. The beds are doubles not long or queen size, this could be my room only so do check, the wife and I were ok. The pull out bed was comfortable for my 9yr old. I would stay again.
Breakfast was good enough for us. The hotel met our price-quality expectations. The window has a big gap to the outside, cold in winter. The mechanisms at the bottom of the shower cubicle are dirty. Is there a smell of detergent in the room?
The location is excellent, but the facilities are old and barely slept well. The price would be lower to be considered cost-effective.
The hotel is very close to Victoria Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Very convenient, because I have to take an early flight, so I chose this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. The only downside is that the room is too small and there is no refrigerator.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to Victoria Station The front desk service is very good The room is close to the road, and the wooden structure is not recommended for those who have requirements for sleeping environment. I hope the hotel can check the sewer, the drainage is a bit slow

Very close to LCY airport, and the room was well-equipped. The only downside is that it's quite near the DLR, so you do feel an occasional tremor, but it didn't affect my sleep. Good value for money, especially if you have an early flight.
The hotel is great, the attention, the furniture, the cleanness, the service. But it make sense if you need to stay close to LCY airport because you will be a little bit away from London attractions. However, it will be a very nice place to stay if you choose it. Bed, bathroom, cloths are comfortable, clean and good. Amenities are fine. Wifi is not that fast and you need to be patient in some. moments...
Location very good, staff friendly and helpful. Responded well to inquiries re car park and I was able to reserve a place via email. Good breakfast choice and plentiful good quality food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying form London City.
The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute drive to the airport and the light rail station. Plus, they offer a wide variety of breakfast options.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. However, the shower was very poor because the temperature fluctuated a lot going from cold to very hot and back again several times. This is dangerous and needs the plumbing to be fixed quickly!!
I was looking for a place to stay near my friend’s house, and this one was very close — also conveniently located near London City Airport. It was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

No one on reception on arrival and had to kook for them.We asked for extra pillow and tea bags.. Never came. The room was noisy and suffered from kitchen smells in the morning. Bed mattresses are not very good
I would not recommend it for business travels. It has a bar below that is very loud.
The room isn't big, not the newest too, but the location is really great tho. The biggest nuisance was the noise coming from the outside. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. Overall, an okay place for just spending the nights.
This old villa hotel is charming and traditional, with an elevator and a wide variety of breakfast options. It's located in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere.
Well located, easy check in, quiet room, comfortable. Not the biggest room but fine for the central area and building style
Room doesn’t look like pictures Hot water not working at all Charging £3 for luggage storage I don’t think the room is clean because there’s a lot of dust on surfaces and the bathroom smelled I was on holiday for a month travelling in 6 countries This is the worst hotel

Polite staff, well equipped room, v clean. Not the most soundproof of rooms but slept very well and would return.
My second stay at this location. Still amazing. I found the single room a little claustrophobic after travelling for an extended period of time and with alot of luggage however the staff were exceptional and helped to organise an upgrade to a larger available room. Apart from the lift not working I cannot fault this property and will return again!
Good location, awesome staff and great amenities
Extremely damp, and the bed is very hard. The bathroom has a faulty level, preventing water from draining properly, and the floor is very slippery. The poor ventilation system contributes to the high humidity in the room.
Clean room with great location, didn’t like that there were no trashbags in the trash bins. Also weird smell when entering room, unnoticeable after a few minutes. The location was very good, convenient to get to all places in london.
The hotel location was superb. The room was comfortable but small and therefore a bit stuffy, however an open window provided ventilation. One of the bed lights was constantly flickering which meant we could not use it. When I reported it and received an appreciative thankyou. These were minor matters and I would happily stay again.
