Good location just 5mins from stations.. It was a good stay unable to check in early without Top-Up payment.. but in opposite the hotel allows you to check out late till 12pm.. we were given 2 drinks voucher in their bar. That’s kind and nice treat! Will visit again

The hotel is located near Paddington, convenient for airport access. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, making supplies easy to obtain. The rooms are small and had a slight odor, but for London hotel prices, it offers good value for money with air conditioning and an all-you-can-eat breakfast. It was nice place to be, very close to Queensway and Bayswater Train stations but the facilities are a bit old although they are actively renovating at the time of my visit.

The hotel is just at the front block of 2 metro stations and close to a few bus stops. There are many restaurants and grocery shops from different countries around the world. Kensington Palace, Notting Hill and Portobello Market are within walking distance. Westfield shopping mall is also within the neighbourhood. Very convenient place to stay.

I took the elevator up carrying heavy luggage, only to be shocked to find the accommodation located on the 0.5 floor, which requires going back down half a flight of stairs. Very close to LCY airport, and the room was well-equipped. The only downside is that it's quite near the DLR, so you do feel an occasional tremor, but it didn't affect my sleep. Good value for money, especially if you have an early flight.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. However, the shower was very poor because the temperature fluctuated a lot going from cold to very hot and back again several times. This is dangerous and needs the plumbing to be fixed quickly!!

My second stay at this location. Still amazing. I found the single room a little claustrophobic after travelling for an extended period of time and with alot of luggage however the staff were exceptional and helped to organise an upgrade to a larger available room. Extremely damp, and the bed is very hard. The bathroom has a faulty level, preventing water from draining properly, and the floor is very slippery. The poor ventilation system contributes to the high humidity in the room.

The hotel location was superb. The room was comfortable but small and therefore a bit stuffy, however an open window provided ventilation. One of the bed lights was constantly flickering which meant we could not use it. When I reported it and received an appreciative thankyou. These were minor matters and I would happily stay again.

It's about 5 minutes from Paddington Station, there's a pub nearby where you can watch football, the staff are friendly and the room was clean! I didn't need a lot of space so it was perfect, but if you do, I recommend booking a more expensive hotel! Thank you!
