My overall experience is good, a pity that there is no air-conditioning and fridge in the room.

Overall great experience, was very satisfied with the breakfast, and very satisfied with the location. Exceeded expectations by a lot considering it's hard to find a good place for a decent price in London, so I really recommend it.

The Bedford hotel is a hotel with a very traveler friendly and client oriented mindset  It has a good price quality rate and is a good place to stay in central London located close to museums and well connected

I stayed recently, and overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, including the rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. It was clear that the staff paid attention to maintaining hygiene and keeping everything in order. The room was tidy and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. It felt relaxing to stay in such a well-kept space.

The Location its in between a couple of stations but not exactly close to any. For a 3 star hotel it is maintained well and they actually have alot of amenities if you go to the front desk to ask for it. Quite clean the room. Towels not sure if they actually change it for me everyday, when i put it in the tub for it to be changed The 2 single beds were abit small and soft

Nice budget hotel next to Aldgate East tube station, practical to move around the city. Rooms are cosy with all basic amenities required for your stay. Lobby is nice to have breakfast, a meal during the day or a drink, and practical to work as well. Great value for money.

We booked this hotel after searching for an ideal one for a very, very long time, and I am so glad we found it! Very good for a short stay! We stayed two nights, and it is clean and cosy. Decorations and interior are fun, breakfast was good with a European variety to choose from. It’s a fair price for the service! The staff is very polite and supportive, I had a comfy room type, which had all the amenities as described. This is an excellent 3-star hotel. The beds are incredible, some rooms come with free breakfasts and it’s quiet! The rooms are surprisingly big - plenty of space, including places to hang clothes. The compact design means the frame of the bed has the tv at the bottom, plugs for chargers etc and glass holders, plus all the light switches (a feature I love - turning lights off after you’re in!)! ...

Great hotel we'll recommended to anybody, but especially if your visit is for attending the Roysl Albert Hall. So convenient, but essentially the hotel is staffed by great people, and run excellently. We booked a family room but got a standard room with 2 pull out beds squeezed in. No room to move in the room and only one chair. The only window opened up to a view of a wall. Rooms are dated and carpet needs updating and deep clean. Staff are pleasant , and breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connecting with public transport.

Excellent stay in a beautiful part of London, and close to Earls Court tube station. The staff eere very welcoming and helpful. We felt very safe in the surrounding area, and the streets were very clean.

Staff are lovely, but accessible rooms are on the third floor with no obvious means to get wheelchair users out in the event of a fire, and the rooms are hotter than hell with no air conditioning.

Air con was broken in the room. Therefore very hot and got no sleep. Was sweating and very uncomfortable. Most horrible nights sleep. Stuck on 24 degrees although needed to be 17.

Nice room, nice leds… I think we got the room for handicaps but it was bigger in return, I messaged the hotel several times for booking doubled beds since I was going with a colleague but it wasn’t possible. Luckily enough beds were comfortable and didn’t transposed movements much.

Great value for money with easy access to Heathrow and the city via a number of tube lines. The breakfasts are a huge added benefit because you can select what you love and set up for the day. The staff are constantly refilling the breakfast. Very nice stay. The room is very clean with bathtub. Good that all room with bathtub. The bed is very comfortable. Just 3 min to tube , very convenience. A lot of convenience shop nearby. The rooms aren’t cleaned every day! Not clear the rubbish bins! Not change the towels! If they can change this normal practice , the staff members actively change the towels and clean the rooms every morning , their service will be perfect and impeccable. Drive for one hour! I stayed for 10 nights, but cleaning was not done unless I requested it at the front desk in the morning. I wish they had explained this to me when I checked in.

Just when the heat wave came to London, the hotel air conditioning is very good,  staff try to travelers request, superior location next to the railway station, 25 minutes to the city center, the only drawback in the room is no refrigerator, overall good

Perfect place to stay if your going to the 02! 10 min walk at most,lovely reception staff and everything you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast included was a bonus as was the 11 am checkout. Plenty of parking which was reasonable for 24 hours!

I like the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. Apart from that, I am really impressed with the included breakfast. If there is anything that could be improved will be the air-con. I have set the temperature to 17c with full blast but it is not really hot. Maybe there is a need of the air-con to be re-gas or cleaned? Cheers!

The hygiene was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. It's also very close to the Greenwich Observatory and the Queen's House, making it convenient for getting around.

The hotel is a bit of a distance from the observatory, so the location isn't very convenient. Check-in is automatic; my Ctrip online order couldn't be found in the system, so I had to register manually. It's not very convenient. It's a standard business hotel.

We received excellent value for money booking this hotel for one night. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room 412 was very quiet as it is at the back of the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station and Westfields. The lobby is very comfortable with a nice bar and tv showing bbc news. We were offered a disability room which we didn’t want, the toilet looked like a hospital toilet, we asked for another room but we were told that the hotel was full! The hot water shower temperature was also limited for disability safety! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

This hotel was perfect for my move to UCL East. It's super close to the campus, just a ten-minute walk, and not far from Westfield, which has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The room was well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also pretty good.

It's a good hotel for a few days in London. Perfect location close to Old Street station. Rooms are rather basic but still good, one downside being that the bed is too soft. We had a street-facing room and were not disturbed y the noise. Heating system worked fine, nothing to complain. Breakfast is plain and not varied but it's still better than nothing and for a continental breakfast is good enough...

The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Additionally the hotel is situated perfectly, close to restaurants, bars and public transport. However the rooms aren't the cleanest and have a few maintenance issues which could be improved. Unfortunately the rooms also lack safes for your valuables.

Stayed two nights as we were at a gig at the stadium. Location is fantastic - right next to the stadium and station and near great shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
