Great value for money with easy access to Heathrow and the city via a number of tube lines. The breakfasts are a huge added benefit because you can select what you love and set up for the day. Location is fantastic as the hotel's location is pretty close to the victoria station. However as the Victoria station is huge, it might get a bit confusing as to which exit to use. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast although rather expensive at £13.95 a head. Rooms smaller than expected and better suited to single travellers rather than couples. Did not like the shower/toilet glass partition - lack of privacy. Would stay again as a single traveller but not as a couple.

Z Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. Right by High Street and the train station, the location is fantastic for both daily life and getting around. I've stayed here multiple times, and the price keeps going up 🤭, which just shows how popular it is. The room isn't cramped, and the facilities are complete. The location is excellent, being very close to Sutton train station and just across the road from Sutton High Street, making it incredibly convenient. They also offer a washing machine for guests' use. The only downside was that the bathroom surprisingly lacked shampoo and body wash; I had to ask the front desk for them, and they were only brought up upon request.

Location is accessible to the train station. Room size is quite spacious however the bathroom is too small for a family. The oven and other utensils are not well cleaned. In general, it a bit over price in terms of the cleanliness. And we have left something in the room after check out, we have sent 2 emails to the hotel but no reply at all. Very nice hotel , but bed was smaller than average double and duvet didn’t actually fit bed . When we come into hotel staff was actually sitting at lounge tables having a chat and eating not a good impression.

Perfect place to stay if your going to the 02! 10 min walk at most,lovely reception staff and everything you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast included was a bonus as was the 11 am checkout. Plenty of parking which was reasonable for 24 hours!

We received excellent value for money booking this hotel for one night. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room 412 was very quiet as it is at the back of the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station and Westfields. The lobby is very comfortable with a nice bar and tv showing bbc news. We were offered a disability room which we didn’t want, the toilet looked like a hospital toilet, we asked for another room but we were told that the hotel was full! The hot water shower temperature was also limited for disability safety! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

This hotel was perfect for my move to UCL East. It's super close to the campus, just a ten-minute walk, and not far from Westfield, which has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The room was well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also pretty good.

Good location near Russell Square metro station with pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room wasn't very big and overlooked an interior courtyard. There was noise from the ventilation pipes. The elevator wasn't working on arrival or departure. They offered to take our luggage to our room on the 3rd floor. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. The hotel needs renovations.

Hotel ok as a base, staff friendly, breakfast the usual continental and English selections. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities. Unfortunately for the duration of our stay the lift wasn’t operating and being on the 5th floor was a little inconvenient. Windows not double glazed so noise from outside of an evening kept us awake.

Double room has only queen size bed. Impossible to sleep for 2 adults . Size of luggage room for such a huge hotel is minimum. Very polite and nice receptionists but enough personnel : when needed to pick up my luggage wirh taxi waiting outside has to wait a lot cause she was alone and complete overwhelmed wirh phone calls, food deliveries among other things. Hotel was comfortable and charming. Food was great, service was excellent. However, a bank of recycling bins nearby attracted some homeless people and trash pickers. Great hotel we'll recommended to anybody, but especially if your visit is for attending the Roysl Albert Hall. So convenient, but essentially the hotel is staffed by great people, and run excellently. We booked a family room but got a standard room with 2 pull out beds squeezed in. No room to move in the room and only one chair. The only window opened up to a view of a wall. Rooms are dated and carpet needs updating and deep clean. Staff are pleasant , and breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connecting with public transport.

It was just okay. The room had no windows, and there were two doors at the entrance, which was strange and inconvenient when pushing a large suitcase.

The room is room, but it is London we are talking about. I chose this hotel mostly because of it's convenience to Gloucester Road tube station which has 3 tube lines going pass- District/Circle/Piccadilly. It is in a nice neighbourhood and is close to Sainsbury's supermarket. The only thing not good is the staircase to climb to reach the reception.
