We stayed here for 4 nights and it was just ok. The rooms (and bathrooms) are exactly the size and layout of a cruise ship room. I knew it would be tiny, but it was smaller than expected. The front desk was not very friendly and gave us trouble for only wanting new towels but not cleaning services. I assumed it would make things easier for them to not have to clean our room, but they insisted if we...
Great value for money with easy access to Heathrow and the city via a number of tube lines. The breakfasts are a huge added benefit because you can select what you love and set up for the day. The staff are constantly refilling the breakfast. We had to wait for 3pm before rooms are made available to guests but knowing that now, we would not have arrived back at the hotel early afternoon being told...
My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Earl's Court was a great experience from start to finish. Although we arrived late at night, the check in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained with everything in good working order. The beds were incredibly comfortable which made a big difference after a busy day. One of the highlights for...
I stayed here last week and had a wonderful time. The room was very well cleaned and had a decent view out to the main road + the matresses were soft and comfortable. I really enjoyed their free breakfast as well. The next tube station is just a 10 minute walk away which is super convenient. (Bus even less with just a 2 minute walk) The staff was very pleasant and even assisted me with a call when...
Very impressed with this hotel. 1. Buffet breakfast has really good bacon and sausages. 2. Bed is ultra comfortable. Fantastic night's sleep. 3. AC in the room. Perfect right now with hot weather outside 4. Staff really good - very impressed. All the other items (clean, modern rooms, shower great) got can take as read.
As always at Holiday Inn. Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and excellent. An enjoyable night's stay

It was great, location and hotel is good.
The bed is a bit soft and the sound insulation is not that good, a bit noice…
Both Counter and Room Service staff are helpful. Given Room 304 which is on 3rd level isolated near the staircase. Construction works which were posted by others are completed, so pretty quite. Room is small and dated, but is clean and sufficient for a short stay. Can't beat the location, within walking distance ~18 minutes to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway Tube Stations which allow you to travel...
Prime location but construction was very loud early during my stay.

Room is very small but great location
Sufficient and does its job. No real Complaints at all. Though may not stay again
Location is fantastic as the hotel's location is pretty close to the victoria station. However as the Victoria station is huge, it might get a bit confusing as to which exit to use. When coming out from the platform, look for a restaurant "Itsu" or McD. With Itsu on your left hand side, just go straight until you exited the station. Afterwards, turn left and you shall see a traffic light and in front...
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast although rather expensive at £13.95 a head. Rooms smaller than expected and better suited to single travellers rather than couples. Did not like the shower/toilet glass partition - lack of privacy. Would stay again as a single traveller but not as a couple.
Z Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. (Margot Robbie) Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m back in London! :)
Location is great!! 3 mins walk to Victoria tube station. Room size is very small and can’t find a place to open my hand-carry luggage. Staffs are very helpful. Overall is fine for a short weekend stay.

Nice pet friendly hotel with a decent kitchen with equipment , and I really appreciate the bar table in the open kitchen ! We will definitely come back for staycation with my dog ( extra fee required ,£10)
Always stay here when I come to the UK. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. A plain blus to be able to have washer and dryer.
Right by High Street and the train station, the location is fantastic for both daily life and getting around. I've stayed here multiple times, and the price keeps going up 🤭, which just shows how popular it is. The room isn't cramped, and the facilities are complete. There's a kitchen, and with supermarkets nearby, it's really comfortable for a short-term staycation.
The hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. Each room boasts a washer-dryer combo and a fully equipped kitchen (though a spatula was noticeably missing). The environment is lovely. It's about a 7-minute walk to Sutton train station, making it very convenient for commuting to the city center. Nearby towns are also easily accessible. The area has a significant Hong Kong population, resulting in...
The location is excellent, being very close to Sutton train station and just across the road from Sutton High Street, making it incredibly convenient. They also offer a washing machine for guests' use. The only downside was that the bathroom surprisingly lacked shampoo and body wash; I had to ask the front desk for them, and they were only brought up upon request.
Location is accessible to the train station. Room size is quite spacious however the bathroom is too small for a family. The oven and other utensils are not well cleaned. In general, it a bit over price in terms of the cleanliness. And we have left something in the room after check out, we have sent 2 emails to the hotel but no reply at all. This is a bit disappointing as a hotel group!

Good location, staff great, we opted for a windowless room, quite small but as only staying 1 night it was adequate, Breakfast was nice good choice and fresh would stay again but only if it was 1 nights I. That room choice
Lovely experience. We was well served by Tosin and her co worker.
Good price but the bed was not very comfortable. Only one pillow. I asked for more in advance but they do not have
Very small room, was not value for money and difficult if there is more than one person staying. The hair dryer was already broken in the room and the bathroom was small and dirty from extensive previous use. Would not stay here again since there are cheaper hotels which are much better value for money.

Very nice hotel , but bed was smaller than average double and duvet didn’t actually fit bed . When we come into hotel staff was actually sitting at lounge tables having a chat and eating not a good impression.

Excellent customer service with great professionalism. Very clean, perfect location if you are attending the O2.
Nice stay, comfortable room. Breakfast good and included in the price. Great for catching a gig at the O2.
Perfect place to stay if your going to the 02! 10 min walk at most, lovely reception staff and everything you would expect from a holiday inn. Breakfast included was a bonus as was the 11 am checkout. Plenty of parking which was reasonable for 24 hours!
Reception is really kind and nice ! Everything is great
I like the simplicity of the check-in and check-out process. Apart from that, I am really impressed with the included breakfast. If there is anything that could be improved will be the air-con. I have set the temperature to 17c with full blast but it is not really hot. Maybe there is a need of the air-con to be re-gas or cleaned? Cheers!

We received excellent value for money booking this hotel for one night. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room 412 was very quiet as it is at the back of the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station and Westfields. The lobby is very comfortable with a nice bar and tv showing bbc news. The breakfast was a bit crowded with limited selection as no cheeses...
Great nights sleep. Very friendly staff. Had problems with the heating in our room it was sorted out straight away. Good breakfast. Will stay again.
We were offered a disability room which we didn’t want, the toilet looked like a hospital toilet, we asked for another room but we were told that the hotel was full! The hot water shower temperature was also limited for disability safety! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
This hotel was perfect for my move to UCL East. It's super close to the campus, just a ten-minute walk, and not far from Westfield, which has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The room was well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also pretty good.
This hotel offers great value for money — it’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Stratford Station and right next to the shopping centre. The breakfast here was absolutely the best!
The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Stratford tube station, and very close to the Westfield shopping center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was small but perfectly formed, with all the essentials.

Came down for a couple of days for an exhibition. Location was great - easy to reach from Gatwick airport. Nice room, walkable (around 5 mins) from the station. Some nice restaurants around the corner. Friendly staff. I’m happy :-)
Decent hotel close to Victoria station. I had a small room and it really is small so it’s not suitable if you have a lot of luggage. For a solo traveller exploring London most of the time it’s really fine. The amenities have improved since I last stayed and TV and Wi-Fi are now included at no extra cost which is nice. The beds are comfortable and the smaller rooms in the basement have no windows...

I can't fault the location, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Easy to check in. They let you bring your own food and eat in the communial area. I like that the beds have rubber mattresses more hygienic that way. The last time I stayed here my room had curtains on the beds for privacy, but not this time, so I used my duvet and sheet, it' helps block out light if someone arrives late. The toilet...

I am writing to complain about my recent stay. My wife was very uncomfortable due to the receptionist’s disrespectful behavior toward her. Additionally, the service was poor, and our room key failed multiple times. Despite complaining to the front desk three times,
Comfortable room with modern amenities, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for couples, highly recommended overall.

Location is good, near metro, there are lot of resturants near around. The room is clean but there is no table or side desk.
First, the pros: It's incredibly hard to find a hotel with free laundry facilities in the UK, and this place has a simple washing machine (no dryer, though). Luckily, the air conditioning was strong enough to dry everything overnight. Now, for the cons, which are pretty obvious: the room is tiny, and the bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. Even for a petite woman like me, it felt very...
Great location , very easy to commute in and out to London , close to High Street , plenty of shops. Staff are very friendly and nice. Hotel is clean and smell so nice when we enter the reception area.  One thing let us down was the toilet , shower and toilet are separated , shower cabin was very small, need to change clothes outside the shower room.
This is an economy hotel in Fulham, London, and it's truly budget-friendly. Firstly, the room size is quite small, though most London hotels, apart from luxury ones, tend to have compact rooms. Secondly, you have to leave towels by the door with a note if you want them replaced, otherwise they won't be. Thirdly, breakfast is provided, but it's comparable to the packed lunches you'd take on a primary...

The front desk staff was very patient and helpful with our check-in, even going out of their way to explain how to use the sofa bed in our room. The breakfast was also good.
The room is a bit small, I wouldn't recommend it for a family of three adults 😭. The sofa bed and regular bed are very close together. I really don't recommend it, the room is tiny. It would be much better for just two people. There's a lot of food nearby and it's convenient to get to Borough Market. Transportation is also good.
Friendly, efficient check-in. Foyer was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Rooms were more spacious than expected; well equipped, clean and comfortable. The room size and facilities were pretty average. However, the surrounding area was quite nice, and it was super convenient to get to the River Thames. You can easily walk along the river to many attractions on both sides, so the location is definitely a big plus. Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable cost. Would stay again.
Some front desk staff were rude and inefficient. Breakfast was good, but the elevator was out of order, and there were no slippers in the room.
Good location near Russell Square metro station with pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby. The room wasn't very big and overlooked an interior courtyard. There was noise from the ventilation pipes. The elevator wasn't working on arrival or departure. They offered to take our luggage to our room on the 3rd floor. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. The hotel needs renovations.
Hotel ok as a base, staff friendly, breakfast the usual continental and English selections. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities. Unfortunately for the duration of our stay the lift wasn’t operating and being on the 5th floor was a little inconvenient. Windows not double glazed so noise from outside of an evening kept us awake.
Wished to change stay dates But would not let me. Used it one night in a three night booking.

Location was good! Easy to get to nearest train station at Golders Green via short bus ride. My main issue was on the dustiness of the room which triggered my asthma despite the daily cleaning that the hotel staff said was being done. Blower was also not operational. Asked front desk to replace or fix but wasn't done. Would still recommend this for those on a budget though! Hope the hotel addresses...
The soundproofing in the room was terrible; it was way too noisy. The room itself was very old and outdated, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it. Plus, it's not even that close to the subway station. I definitely won't be staying here again on my next visit.
The room is not very big overall but basically clean. It is not recommended for those with large luggage, and there is no elevator. Room was very small and extremely hot. Breakfast not worth it. Hotel was clean, bed comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location to underground station and walk to Kensington High Street
Double room has only queen size bed. Impossible to sleep for 2 adults . Size of luggage room for such a huge hotel is minimum. Very polite and nice receptionists but enough personnel : when needed to pick up my luggage wirh taxi waiting outside has to wait a lot cause she was alone and complete overwhelmed wirh phone calls, food deliveries among other things. Need definitely more front desk personnel
Great location. Super close to Hyde Park, Paddington station, other stations! Nothing fancy, but we were barely there!
Staff was ok, they put us in a room where the elevator was not accessible to our floor with multiple luggage bags which was very inconvenient. The room was clean. Check in process was so so as they wouldn't check us in without providing more personal details that weren't ever needed at other hotels.
Hotel was comfortable and charming. Food was great, service was excellent. However, a bank of recycling bins nearby attracted some homeless people and trash pickers. Sometimes during the night, we would hear the lids slamming and people arguing. Certainly not the fault of the hotel but we wondered why the city put it there.
A nice hotel in a good location. There is a complimentary coffee machine by the lobby sitting area that you can make your own coffee . Hotel is nice, clean and located in a quiet street . Hotel use intense room perfume in the lobby without good air circulation which you don’t find that in most modern hotel .

The staff did an excellent job, my personal experience they made me feel so welcome as quest.Special thanks to Dawn and uneka Marcella the housekeeping manager and Elizabeth reception manager all deserves five star rating. I will recommend overseas to book Premier Inn Earl's Court 👏.
We booked a family room but got a standard room with 2 pull out beds squeezed in. No room to move in the room and only one chair. The only window opened up to a view of a wall. Rooms are dated and carpet needs updating and deep clean. Staff are pleasant , and breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connecting with public transport.
Excellent stay in a beautiful part of London, and close to Earls Court tube station. The staff eere very welcoming and helpful. We felt very safe in the surrounding area, and the streets were very clean.

Brilliant location at a fair price. Our room had a private outside seating area which was ideal for us to catch up not sitting in room or foyer. Clean and well equipped room with a comfortable bed
Hotel room tidy and clean. Easily accessible to Gloucester station, just opposite to the hotel. A lot of fast food and restaurants nearby.
The room was very clean and hygienic, and the service was satisfactory.
It was just okay. The room had no windows, and there were two doors at the entrance, which was strange and inconvenient when pushing a large suitcase.
The room is room, but it is London we are talking about. I chose this hotel mostly because of it's convenience to Gloucester Road tube station which has 3 tube lines going pass- District/Circle/Piccadilly. It is in a nice neighbourhood and is close to Sainsbury's supermarket. The only thing not good is the staircase to climb to reach the reception.
The location is very good and the room size is bigger than other hotels.
