Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall the place isn't bad at all for the price. Few issues with the doors being damaged and quite a large gap under them so it was incredibly noisy with other guests coming and going throughout the night.

I had such a great stay at the St. George Hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax after a long day out exploring London. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to help with directions or recommendations. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.

It's a single room, compact, inexpensive, and feels like a student dormitory, but it's a relaxing room. It's convenient and has good access to tourist spots.

The room was carpeted, so it did not feel very clean. The shower was bathtub and there was not enough place to put our clothes and creams however, with the price that we pay, I think it is OK and we cannot complain too much.

The room was a bit small, which is typical for European hotels. The bed was a standard 1.31-meter bed, quite rare in mainland China, and definitely a tight squeeze for two people – so cramped you might even fall off! Great hotel location, easy access to Lancaster tube station. Breakfast is really good in quality and price with warm croissants and pains au chocolates. The coffee is also from a proper machine with many choices. A particular thanks to Sebastian from the reception who went beyond and above with his customer service! A truly enjoyable stay!

The location is perfect, and the reception staff are polite. The room is clean. However, for Asian guests, i think, the facilities may feel too basic — there are no dental kits, no slippers, no room tissues, and the bath towels are only changed every three days.

I am very pleased wirh my experience. Host welcomed me warmly, explained everything I needed to know about this area and helped me with my luggage on the first floor. Hotel is a room i stayed in was nice and the beds are very comfy with a good ceiling fan which was a life saver due to the heat. Only issue was the remote did not work but thats minor. Area around is not ideal as very residential but it near a train station with easy access so another positive. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay just outside of central London. The closest train station is a 2 minute walk to the end of the road with fast, frequent and cheap transport to London. A 25 minute stroll to the O2 is also a big plus. Had a few beers at the Angerstein Hotel as it was the designated pub for Wrexham fans when playing Charlton Athletic,the pub does not look much from the outside but inside I had a surprise it was very nice and the service was second to none they even had Burgers etc at decent prices a pint of Stella I think cost me £5.Only a mile walk to the ground .

The hotel is well situated in Kensington, although a little bit difficult to find. The shower was really nice. The room was quite warm particularly for this time of year (end of Feb). It was clean and well presented, and is a good option for somewhere to stay for a quick sleep. No issues.

Hotel is quite run down. With markings over walls and so bad in the room that you could see the plaster board. Was clean but certain amenities such as the kettle we couldn't use as so rusty. Pillows are super thin but overall was an okay stay for one night

Got an upgrade, which was so appreciated . Location is perfect. Easy access to lots of different neighbourhoods. Rooms are dated. Front desk isn’t consistently staffed but the sister hotel of Westbourne Hyde Park is directly across the street. Once the car traffic dies down, it’s extremely quiet given how central it is. The placement of this hotel is pretty good. However, a pipeline has been broken down which is unfortunate since the 22nd January. Having a room on the 4th floor the water pressure has been almost inexistent (extremely hot showers, no cold water to balance it). Nevertheless, the room was pretty small.

Booked this at the last minute, check in was simple and staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean. For a room in central London it was very reasonably priced and felt we got more for our money with booking this hotel, as it’s also very close to the station and centre.

The room is really tiny, but near Hyde Park, the price is really cheap in London. . Friends with big suitcases are not recommended to book this hotel because there is no elevator, you can only take the stairs, and the stairs are very narrow, only one person can pass through. Our stay two night was fine. We didnt get a twin room we booked, but it was no problem for us. After reading previous reviews we checked in with the cleaning wipes and clean bed sheets and own towels. This however was not necessary, if you are not super picky you would not have noticed couple of black hairs in the bed sheets or like washed but little bit stained towels. We stayed in the hotel the night before the Queen's funeral and had to check in late due to queueing for the lying in state. The location is good, close to shops and food places, short walks from Shepards bush. The first room was small and the bed was bad, springs were digging out and hurt my back! We paid GBP15 for the early check in because we thought its reasonable. I wanted to perform Zuhr prayer before going out to city center and that was helpful. Hotel is good but unfortunately has no parking although states that has parking. Which is very disappointing if travelling with kids, also for the safety of your vehicle. Us parking on the street far from the hotel can be terrible.

Booked this hotel for a night match of Tottenham. Premium plus room was just as expected. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent connectivity of the location to central London. The overall area is being gentrified and there are growing decent options for a quick bite around the hotel.

Some things should be better: cleaning room (table never cleaned), one lift out of service for 5 days (all the stancy, but there was only one working). Buffet for breakfast with not so much to choose but food fine. Personel some of them kind and anothers not so much... Hard to speak for non english speakers...
