The hotel is great, nothing to complain about, considering it's significantly cheaper than most comparable options closer to the center of London and breakfast is even included. The only caveat is, that the breakfast selection is limited and the coffee could be better. But all in all I'd recommend this hotel.

A comfortable stay, rooms were clean although amenities were a little barebones. Location was good.

The hotel is very clean and good located. Many stores near by, but the only thing that is not so good is the breakfast. Is not that good, not many foods to choose from, especially for people who enjoy having breakfast is too poor. The rest, I was satisfied.

Booked 2 rooms for family of 4 with a request of connecting rooms but staff didn’t meet our expectations to make this happen. There are free parking near hotel after certain time at night.

It was clean and good but was little cold and small room

The room was very basic, with no desk and only two hangers. The shower pressure was low, and the room temperature was cold at night, making it chilly to sleep. The bed was 1.5m, and the duvet was small, not quite big enough for two people as it left us feeling a bit exposed to the cold.

Good location, near the train station. It's close to the river which is very nice.

That’s pretty nice of its location, however the plugs are not working for the first few days. But they did try to solve the issue asap, no bad for the efficiency.

Value for money if you just need a simple and clean hotel room to stay. Location is in centre of London and hard to beat its low cost.

Bathroom had black spot mould growth, reaction upon entry sore throat and coughing. Reported, new room not given, clean offered. A clean wouldn't have resolved, not an issue of house keeping, this is a result of profit margins first and not customer 'no maintenance or refurb etc'. Our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect for getting around central London, with everything right at your doorstep. However, what truly made the difference was the service we received. We would like to give a special mention to Raluca, who looked after us during dinner; she was lovely and treated us wonderfully, making the evening very special. A 10/10 for her and the hotel!

Stayed for a show at the London Palladium, great central location, fantastic beds and perfect blackout for sleeping, but you pay a lot for that. Room fairly spacious but it’s always the bathrooms that need replacing. Breakfast was delicious. Ashan is a great manager ever present but not in your face. Nazeera was also friendly and helpful on checkout.

The room was carpeted, so it did not feel very clean. The shower was bathtub and there was not enough place to put our clothes and creams however, with the price that we pay, I think it is OK and we cannot complain too much.

The room was a bit small, which is typical for European hotels. The bed was a standard 1.31-meter bed, quite rare in mainland China, and definitely a tight squeeze for two people – so cramped you might even fall off! Great hotel location, easy access to Lancaster tube station. Breakfast is really good in quality and price with warm croissants and pains au chocolates. Had to book this hotel last minute because of train cancellation. For the price, really can't complain at all. Clean room with comfortable bed, fresh towels with hot shower and AC with heat mode. Good location, affordable and reasonable price. The room was clean and tidy. Though they do not provide toothbrushes, toothpastes and slippers, it’s still the best choice in the area.

It's located nicely, only a quick walk away from station victoria, some stores and restaurants and the centre. The rooms are what you'd expect for the price, for the heatwave there were fans which were helping just enough. Otherwise a clean hotel and nice breakfast. The rooms are small and had a slight odor, but for London hotel prices, it offers good value for money with air conditioning and an all-you-can-eat breakfast.
