Novotel London Greenwich, London1 / 30

London, 173-185 Greenwich High Road (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is spacious. The restaurant offers a good breakfast and dinner. I booked on half board, so I received a £30 voucher for a starter and main.
The location of the hotel is excellent! Perhaps it might be a good idea of the hotel to replace the carpet as it looks quite worn. Apart from that, it was strange that the toilet is separated from the shower room. The toilet does not have a sink in it. Therefore it was quite inconvenient to move from the toilet to the bathroom just to wash your hands. We have asked for some slippers but only one have...
Great location. Super friendly staff. Room was great and bed was super comfortable. Great all round.
Nice and, clean hotel. Good location right next to Greenwich station and buses on the high street. Comfortable stay. Overall was a good stay
Good location. Nice breakfast. The only bad thing was the HVAC of the room! Was not working properly ans the room was extremely hot.
It is an nice hotel close to Greenwich park. Room was abit of smelly due to the drainage problem but the service team helped to resolve quickly. Parking is expensive 25 pound per 24h. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

The room is a bit small, but the location is excellent with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast options are limited but of good quality. The staff are friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
Well located, basic hotel, fine for one or two nights. Thin walls so the neighbouring rooms and hallway can be heard.
Amazing hotel, very clean and staff members were great. Excellent location. Nice room with all smart gadgets
Air con was broken in the room. Therefore very hot and got no sleep. Was sweating and very uncomfortable. Most horrible nights sleep. Stuck on 24 degrees although needed to be 17.
Nice room, nice leds… I think we got the room for handicaps but it was bigger in return, I messaged the hotel several times for booking doubled beds since I was going with a colleague but it wasn’t possible. Luckily enough beds were comfortable and didn’t transposed movements much.
Great location to all routes in and Around London, convient journey into central. Friendly staff. Will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The service was very good throughout our time there. We would also like to say a special thank you to Jerian for her exceptional customer care.
A great spot for a weekend city trip. The rooftop bar has a fantastic vibe and amazing cocktails—perfect for a date night. The room was sleek and modern with a very comfortable bed. Excellent location for walking to all the main sights and restaurants.
Fantastic location in Bond St, nice staff, nice room. No complaint.
Excellent location, close to Oxford Circus and Regents Street. Though the hotel was a bit old with some wear and tears, it was clean and tidy.
Just a few minutes walk to Underground. Next to the famous Bond Street. Value for money.
Everything was ok except I have not received my deposit back, and I couldn’t reach the hotel on its phone number listed with Trip despite multiple tries: I checked out from the hotel on 16 Feb and today is 26 Feb. I had prepaid the full amount for my booking on Trip but was charged yet another full amount at check in. I just want to know when the refund could be processed. Would appreciate it if anyone...

It’s so clean just a bit far from city centre
The hotel was ok, the walls are incredibly thin and you can hear what the people in the next room are saying. Heard someone taking the bins out at 6:55am on a Saturday Morning. Location was great, wouldn’t stay here again
Check in was very seamless using the online link that the hotel sent to my email. Staff were friendly. Though initially they did not include the dental kit and slippers in the room, they were very prompt in getting them to me when I informed the reception. The hotel allows for storage of luggage after checkout which was a god send as I had a day trip activity after checking out in the morning. Had...
Right near the tube, with a fabulous view of the river and right next to the o2 arena if you take the cable car
It was a really nice place to stay and cosy. Not too far from the underground, like 10 mins walking.
Good for a quick pit stop. Everything was clean apart from the carpet and it was really worn in places. The room is very small but apart from that everything else was ok

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, London1 / 27

The staff is what makes this hotel very special as they are truly a highly dedicated team all over their property. The location is perfect as it is near Tower Bridge and 1 minute from the tube station. Afroditi at the spa made sure to go above and beyond. Her service was absolutely phenomenal and she was the sweetest. I gladly appreciated everything she did for me while I was there. The front desk...
First time in London with a family of four on a vacation over Christmas. I obsess over finding the right hotel. I read reviews, I watch vlogs. So many choices and locations to consider. We do trust the four seasons brand. We booked 2 connecting rooms. Our stay was perfect. What is important for me is comfort and sleep. We didn't hear another person on our 6 night stay. We had tons of space...
While the physical hotel is gorgeous and impressive, it is the staff that truly sets this Four Seasons apart. Their attention to detail and personal touch transformed a standard business trip into an exceptional experience. A weeks long stay was made extremely valuable and efficient thanks to their staff, especially Constantine, Ashray, Celso and Rodrigo. Their proactive assistance with varied logistical...
We had such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. It was a birthday celebration for my spouse, and the staff were absolutely amazing — they thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. We received an early check-in and a room upgrade, and they surprised us with champagne and a birthday cake. Every single moment here was truly enjoyable. The wellness area is beautiful, the building is historic...
A polite and patient reception (check-in) is very important. The first impression is just the beginning. The hotel staff will smile and say "good morning" every day - this is a standard five-star hotel, which is necessary. Maybe I'm very lucky that they will play with my daughter. The room is very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space, it is easy to clean and prepare for the return...
Been there for afternoon tea and evening drinks, fabulous surroundings, excellent food and superb service. Friends who had booked to stay overnight in London, moved their belongings to four seasons as they were so impressed.

Clean room, excellent bathroom in my room that was upgraded. Smaller rooms had less space in the bathroom but ok for brief stays.
This is a solid 4-star hotel, and if it were positioned as such, the experience would be perfectly justified. However, it is definitely not a luxury 5-star boutique hotel. There is no doorman at night, no bar, and bottles of wine are left near the reception with a notebook where guests are expected to write down their room number and how many glasses they take—which feels quite awkward and not at...
It was extremely enjoyable, but your question about free breakfast has thrown me as we paid both mornings, can someone feedback on that.
Attention to detail. Modern amenities, centrally located. Wonderful food and excellent staff. Will come back!
Very clean and well equipped room with lovely bathroom and shower. The rooms are snug with a comfortable bed.
One of the best repurposing of an older building I’ve seen . Super clean and comfortable as well as very quiet . Staff takes great care of this hotel and are quick to help guests . Beds and linens are the best . The location ( near the British Museum ) is excellent and feels like a neighborhood with great restaurants and many cuisines . The location is very convenient and the price is reasonable. It's more like a domestic Atour or Ji Hotel. The room is a bit small, but it saves a lot of time for convenient travel.
comfy and cozy stay! loved the convenience and little embellishments to the room. mini bar was super well stocked too. highly recommended!!!
Great value for its location and cleanliness but overall, lacked warmth and felt very transactional.
The room was clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. However, the water from both the sink and the shower seemed to have oil mixed in with it.
Excellent hotel location and friendly, helpful staff. Would book again for a return stay.
Was great experience staying at Page8 London this time, first of all location is excellent and very convenient to go anywhere, Katie at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and also had great food and coffee almost every morning! For sure will be back again😆

I absolutely loved the hotel. Its location is excellent, with most attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, full of stunning architecture, cafes, and shops. Our room's window was initially locked, but we requested the front desk to open it, and it made a significant difference to have it open. The room itself was very comfortable.
Good location and clean room no doubts to stay again thank you
This is the best hotel! The location is superb, with everything within walking distance. The Elizabeth Line is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a direct journey to Heathrow. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
We had a pleasant surprise as the room was much bigger than expected than most London hotels in the same category. The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel ! The hall was nice to sit at night or to eat take outs. The staffs were nice and helpful. Facilities: The room was spacious with a minimalist British style. The king-size bed was two single beds joined together. There was also a small sofa bed, about 0.9 meters long. The hotel provided toothbrushes, but the hairdryer was quite old, and it took a long time to dry my long hair. Cleanliness: Honestly, the bedding was in a rather awkward condition. Great Rooms, great staff. Location wise can be a lil far from the train station
Decent size room but would be great if there are more lightings. The room is slightly dark given the furniture and carpet is on a darker tone. Breakfast was wondeful but same throughout the week, which is ok with me. It will be better if it can start earlier as it is too late for business travellers. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, while not as elaborate as a Turkish breakfast, was quite good for London.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was professional. The only concern was the location, which was a bit far from central London but the underground station was only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
This hotel is incredibly old, like something out of the 1990s in terms of decor and design. The entire room smelled musty, and the smell got even stronger when I turned on the AC, so I ended up not daring to use it. The bedding wasn't clean either; I broke out in rashes all over my body.
