The hotel has a great location in a top residential area. We were able to explore the city by underground or even on foot. The hotel is very stylish and elegantly furnished. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still set to summer in January, and it took two days for the service to get our room warm again. Definitely not 5-star service.

The Location its in between a couple of stations but not exactly close to any. This is an excellent 3-star hotel. The beds are incredible, some rooms come with free breakfasts and it’s quiet! The rooms are surprisingly big - plenty of space, including places to hang clothes. The compact design means the frame of the bed has the tv at the bottom, plugs for chargers etc and glass holders, plus all the light switches (a feature I love - turning lights off after you’re in!)! ...

It is an nice hotel close to Greenwich park. Room was abit of smelly due to the drainage problem but the service team helped to resolve quickly. Parking is expensive 25 pound per 24h. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

We booked a family room but got a standard room with 2 pull out beds squeezed in. No room to move in the room and only one chair. The only window opened up to a view of a wall. Rooms are dated and carpet needs updating and deep clean. Staff are pleasant , and breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connecting with public transport.

Nice room, nice leds… I think we got the room for handicaps but it was bigger in return, I messaged the hotel several times for booking doubled beds since I was going with a colleague but it wasn’t possible. Luckily enough beds were comfortable and didn’t transposed movements much.

I absolutely loved the hotel. Its location is excellent, with most attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, full of stunning architecture, cafes, and shops. Our room's window was initially locked, but we requested the front desk to open it, and it made a significant difference to have it open. The room itself was very comfortable.
