I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. Good location. Good service. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station. 8 min by drive to Mayfair. Can’t ask for more really!

In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.

Looks like a luxury hotel hotel on the site, but we were staying in a room over the road from the main hotel. I do not feel we had had a 5* stay sadly. The room was so cold initially. Good location, convenient transportation

The location is good, the service is friendly, the facilities are average, the room is a little small for two people, but it is enough. Water and slippers are provided. There is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but the waiter will not come in. I have encountered this in two other hotels in London. The waiter pushed the door open and came in. I was a little speechless.

The best level of service experienced in a London hotel. High quality from the helpful doorman Mohamed, followed by an efficient check in receptionist. Very high level of security and excellent restaurant options. great location, 4 minutes walk to Elizabeth line. Definitely will revisit in the future.

Club Quarters St Paul's was great! Location was amazing - just steps away from St Paul's Cathedral and lots of food options and a Tesco just at your doorstep. Room was very clean and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly as well. Will definitely return next time I'm in London!

Right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, the location is unbeatable. Millennium Bridge is just across the street, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room itself was pretty standard. Despite being close to the road, it wasn't noisy at all. Overall, it was a decent stay.

This hotel is quite frustrating. I stayed for 5 days, and my room was only cleaned once. One day, I even specifically requested a cleaning by giving my room number when I left, but it still wasn't cleaned. I have to stay in this area for family - it’s a great area. There are better hotels for a cheaper price in this area - unfortunately I was disappointed by this place. The hotel also has a strange musty smell.

In room are clean and nice, perfect for families stay too. Location almost in center easy access to every where. Staff are also welcome and friendly.

Staff is always available at the reception to help with early check in, luggage storage, getting extra toothpaste. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. All the amenities are top quality. Modern and all electrical charging is made convenient. Will come back again.

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away. There's a slight issue with Ctrip's search function. We wanted to book a hotel near Victoria Station, but this one is located near Royal Victoria Station, which requires two subway changes to get to. That's £3.10 * 2 every day just for commuting!!!!!!

For this price in my home country, I could stay in a luxurious, high-end hotel. But in London, you shouldn't have such high expectations. The value for money isn't great, but then again, you can't be too demanding when you're abroad.

The location is great as it is right on Liverpool street tube and rail station. Room design is trying to be chic modern but the fixtures are starting to look worn out. The room I had looked inside the courtyard and was dark. And the shower floor was very slippery so had to be careful. With the price don’t think i will stay here again. There are other options also close to Liverpool street.

Had a fantastic stay at Andaz, facilties were great, very lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast time was a bit chaotic- waitress took coffee order and forgot, then asked another member of staff, they too forgot, finally asked again and after almost 20 mins coffee got delivered, however wrong order. Took over 10 mins for eggs to be served at table.

Everything was perfect. My special requests when booking were also taken into consideration. My family all agreed it deserved a five-star rating. We'll definitely book here again if we need to. The hotel's location is excellent.

Went to see Starlight express at Troubadour. Hotel was right on the doorstep. Very straightforward to get to from London Euston. Breakfast buffet was lovely with choice of cooked or continental.
