I’m a regular business traveller and this hotel is perfect. Good location. Good service. It’s close enough to the main Oxford Street by foot, and 5 min walking distance from Bond Street tube station, 20 min by car to Marylebone train station. 8 min by drive to Mayfair. Can’t ask for more really!

In a city that has so many overpriced hotels, The Marylebone is by far, the best VFM. Its location, service, staff, everything is excellent. I love going there.

A standard chain hotel, comfortable and convenient. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was quiet and not noisy at all. The surrounding area felt very safe, and the location was great, making public transport very accessible.

Club Quarters St Paul's was great! Location was amazing - just steps away from St Paul's Cathedral and lots of food options and a Tesco just at your doorstep. Room was very clean and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly as well. Will definitely return next time I'm in London!

Right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, the location is unbeatable. Millennium Bridge is just across the street, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room itself was pretty standard. Despite being close to the road, it wasn't noisy at all. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Good hotel at a great location. Air conditioning were broken so rooms were extremely hot. Staff were very responsive but limited in what they can do.

One day, I even specifically requested a cleaning by giving my room number when I left, but it still wasn't cleaned. Firstly, I disagree with the whole other posts saying ‘the room is too small’ it’s not - it’s an older hotel thus the rooms are pretty big. We can fit in 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones perfectly and can still walk around. Second myth debunked ‘it’s too noisy’ the windows are double layered - you can’t hear anything. Good location, convenient transportation

The location is good, the service is friendly, the facilities are average, the room is a little small for two people, but it is enough. Water and slippers are provided. There is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but the waiter will not come in. I have encountered this in two other hotels in London. The waiter pushed the door open and came in. I was a little speechless.

I have to stay in this area for family - it’s a great area. There are better hotels for a cheaper price in this area - unfortunately I was disappointed by this place. The hotel also has a strange musty smell.

Not my first stay and definitely won’t be my last. Always love staying at The Westin on the river. That beautiful signature scent as soon as you walk in sets the tone straight away. There's a slight issue with Ctrip's search function. We wanted to book a hotel near Victoria Station, but this one is located near Royal Victoria Station, which requires two subway changes to get to. That's £3.10 * 2 every day just for commuting!!!!!!

Booked the Hop Off Londoin Bus Golden Tour bus from the front desk and it is walking distance to the Eye of London and National Theatre.

Booked a Premium Room but was checked into a Standard Room before being rectified from the second night which hindered the hotel experience. Hotel breakfast was good and fitness room was okay. Close to the attractions such as Tower Bridge and The Eye.

The welcoming from the Doug on arrival is always like your family. Checking in fast and quick with prosecco.
