I checked in at the Hampton Hotel on Friday night and had a fabulous stay. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be visiting again.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go to Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park, and it is also close to the subway entrance. The hotel staff are also very nice. The TV in the room had no signal, and they came over and patiently fixed it for a long time.

The hotel is right next to Hyde Park in the heart of central London..walking distance to the tube and bus stop for easy reach to the city. The room is large and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking but there is are meters near the hotel entrance for a short visit. When I checked into the room, the bed was not made!!! The rubbish bin was filled with trash and there was a used dirty towel in the bathroom!!!  I was appalled! The on-duty manager was helpful and offered me another room.

Unable to stay due to middle east air space closure. Have requested for a goodwill refund of at least 50%. Hotel replied coldy stating during booking, i knew it was a non refundable. I understand, but who will make a reservation knowing that a crisis will happen in 3 weeks. Non are predictable. It is already a sad situation that the whole trip cannot be completed. Very classic British hotel in Blackheath. Lovely location surrounded by greenery but easy to jump on transport to anywhere in London. The downside of the hotel is the rooms were hot. It was spring so not even summer. No aircon but we had a fan which didn’t do much.

I just live this traditional hotels, although some may say it is need to modernising, I feel its beautiful, along with the creaking floorboards. Traditional standards throughout, with really lovely staff.

Had a lovely stay at the Clarendon. We're not particularly that keen on London but, if we do have to go, we like to visit Blackheath and the location of The Clarendon is perfect. Staff are nice, breakfast is good and plentiful too and ye rooms are nice, comfy and clean.

There was an issue with our room being incorrectly allocated to start with, but the lady on reception sorted it straight away and found us 2 rooms opposite each other. Service was amazing, food was amazing, location was perfect, my only issue was the window would forcefully shut itself unless wedged open with something and there was nowhere to refrigerate drinks despite the insanely hot weather at the time of my stay, however my trip was amazing and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I had a pleasant time here at radisson blu by canary wharf. Roman and other staff were very accommodating and friendly especially that new male staff member with long curly hair in a bun he was very informative and nice, more than greatful to the staff and definitely will be coming back here!

I would recommend it but we had a 3 bedroom one and the 3rd bed as separate one, that was very small in size and not that comfortable.

Clean chain hotel in a convenient location, tube and DLR station is just across the road. Just one tube station to the O2, we were coming to London for an event there. The room is basic, the bathroom is small, but you have almost everything that you need for a short stay. Except maybe the mini fridge and a safe box. Would stay again if I need a hotel in that location.

Close to paddington station, you can easily get to the Elizabeth line and other lines you can travel in London. The breakfast servers range of food and saves you a meal if you are in a budget travel.

Very good location for visiting Excel London, very basic room, no fridge in the room. Food were not great my husband was poorly after had meatball dish, so he wasn't sleep all night. I don't want to complain just for your information. Breakfast is OK, staff morning shift very helpful and service mind if compare with the lady night shift.

For a budget hotel like this, I think it’s acceptable. You can’t expect any high quality food or good amenities coz this is what it’s designed for.

Considering the price paid (326 gbp for a two night stay) I did expect NOT to have to pay for both parking and WIFI! The room was ok but was on ground level and so having the curtains open was not an option and it was noisy late at night and early in the morning as customers arrived and left the hotel. We won't be staying again.

The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor. I definitely prefer the DoubleTree by Hilton by Tower Bridge.

We had a great stay here , the rooms are spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable . Breakfast was good value for money it was well cooked, presented , hot and well stocked . Maria was welcoming and helpful at breakfast and Jan was great fun in the evening in the bar and restaurant.

Stayed here quite a few times now, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is good and reasonably priced, this hotel is 100% family friendly and there is also free overnight parking on the road directly outside. Perfect if your looking for somewhere to stay close to Central London or Westminster thats not over priced.
