What an excellent hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, and offered an incredible view that truly enhanced the stay. The spa area is impressively large and located in a separate building, which adds to the sense of tranquillity. One thing to note is that you do need to step outside in your robe and slippers when heading to the spa from your room.
The gym is fully equipped with high-quality equipment...
Amazing stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond and upgraded our room which was fab
Spacious room with river view.
Very friendly and kind staff members- the concierge staff made us feel so welcome and helped make our stay a memorable one.
A really pleasant stay and really good service. Ighodalo on the front desk was particularly helpful and kind and made my stay.
Spa facilities were really good and food was decent.
Room was good condition, clean and spacious. All the staff were nice and helpful.
Hotel however is overpriced and absolutely not worth £300 a night, minibar prices are okay for soft drinks. Spirits very expensive.
Restaurant lacked choice and was £20 for a small bit of stone bass.
Room was spotless, The use of the Virgin gym facilities was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and brough a kettle to the room when asked. It was very quiet on Friday but sadly it was noisy and difficult to sleep on Saturday night due to the cars racing around outside the hotel in the underground area of canary wharf. Better to be on the River side that the city side of the hotel during the weekend

The furniture was very old. Perfect location.
Very clean room and good breakfast served. Close to facilities
Perfect location, actual hotel is not so. Hotel looks tired and in need of good clean. Ou room was ok size, perfect for 2 people, it was 30 degrees outside but our room was nice and cool, most positive part of the stay.
Upholstery in our room was filthy, the arm chair is covered in brown stains, tv wasn’t working. Bed mattress had coil springs that poked in the ribs. We didn’t use any services...
Very stategic location nearby underground green park and tourism attraction. Cleanliness 9/10. All amenities completed. Room just nice and comfortable.
Excellent location and convenient transportation
The room facilities are outdated and the breakfast service is poor. The water supply was cut off at night during the stay. The hotel has a symbolic remedy---mineral water is placed at the corner of the elevator entrance. The hotel is conveniently located.

The hotel's location relative to the subway is a bit awkward – not too close, not too far. It's a bit too long to walk, but not really worth taking a cab. The same goes for shopping nearby; it takes about ten minutes on foot. The room itself feels old, and the windows are even older and let in a draft. The view outside the window is quite unkempt and run-down, which really dampened my mood. The room...
The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Paddington Station. The staff were really welcoming, and while the room wasn't huge, it was quite clean. Breakfast was excellent! 👍 Great value for money.
Close to paddington station, you can easily get to the Elizabeth line and other lines you can travel in London.
The breakfast servers range of food and saves you a meal if you are in a budget travel.
Excellent reception team, very friendly and welcoming. Received a room upgrade upon arrival and a free bottle of Prosecco! Very comfortable bed and spacious room, with a very modern and sleek design. Great location with easily accessible shops and public transport nearby. Cleanliness was spot on, and the free provided breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Definitely will be looking to stay if ever in...
The room was ok and the location is pretty close to Paddington station. There were stairs to the elevator. It was quite difficult with heavy suitcase.
Everything is okay ! Quite shock that our room has a microwave, easy for us to cook our ready to eat food ! if i go to london again, pretty sure i will book this hotel again !

This is a very new hotel with a strong artistic vibe. It's quiet and clean, which made my inner clean freak very happy. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes, and the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. Ordering takeout is also super easy.
Very good, I'll stay here again next time.
Very clean, spacious and modern hotel. The area is safe and quiet. Close to borough market. I had to leave hotel early like 6:30 am on one day but breakfast started at 7am and the receptionist Katarina was very kind and she helped us to prepare the breakfast before that. Service is excellent. I love how they have water fountain on the floor so that I can bring the glass bottle to refill.
Also I stayed...
The room facilities were excellent, the aesthetics were great, the environment was comfortable, and the service was superb, especially the staff at the front desk.
The location was also convenient, with a pleasant surrounding neighborhood. It was safe and tranquil.
The staff's service attitude and competence were generally very good. However, the staff at the breakfast restaurant could need improvement...
The room was a bit small. I stayed there for nearly a week. The average price was just over 5,000 RMB. The location was quite convenient; the London Eye is about a ten-minute walk away. The room I booked didn't include breakfast. Four days of breakfast for one adult and one child cost over 1,800 RMB. The bill showed three days of breakfast and one day of lunch, but I'm not sure how the billing was...
The room facilities and location are good, just across the street from Blackfriars Station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The downside is that there are not many breakfast varieties and the restaurant staff are not very enthusiastic. In addition, the direct drinking water bar on the floor was always showing that it was under repair and could not be used during the stay (3 nights...

Very classic British hotel in Blackheath. Lovely location surrounded by greenery but easy to jump on transport to anywhere in London. The downside of the hotel is the rooms were hot. It was spring so not even summer. No aircon but we had a fan which didn’t do much.
I just live this traditional hotels, although some may say it is need to modernising, I feel its beautiful, along with the creaking floorboards.
Traditional standards throughout, with really lovely staff.
Had a lovely stay at the Clarendon. We're not particularly that keen on London but, if we do have to go, we like to visit Blackheath and the location of The Clarendon is perfect. Staff are nice, breakfast is good and plentiful too and ye rooms are nice, comfy and clean.
Nice place. Good for families.
Second time staying at this hotel. Fantastic location and service is great. There was an issue with our room being incorrectly allocated to start with, but the lady on reception sorted it straight away and found us 2 rooms opposite each other. Lovely rooms and very good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
Service was amazing, food was amazing, location was perfect, my only issue was the window would forcefully shut itself unless wedged open with something and there was nowhere to refrigerate drinks despite the insanely hot weather at the time of my stay, however my trip was amazing and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Location is great - right around Holborn.
Near LSE - very quiet environment but still pretty safe for late night walks.
Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful. Definitely to come back.
I booked at a time when the price was more than double the usual price. Considering the price, it's a shame that the room doesn't have a kitchen where you can cook. Perhaps the definition of a "simple kitchen" is one that can only be used to boil water and wash dishes. For the regular price, I think this hotel is very reasonable and worth the price.

Clean chain hotel in a convenient location, tube and DLR station is just across the road. Just one tube station to the O2, we were coming to London for an event there. The room is basic, the bathroom is small, but you have almost everything that you need for a short stay. Except maybe the mini fridge and a safe box. Would stay again if I need a hotel in that location.
Excellent location right in front of the metro! Impeccable and pleasant service! We'll definitely be back!
The location is good and just next to the underground station. Just a minute's walk to supermarket.
The service was good, and its biggest advantage is its proximity to the exhibition center. However, the price is quite steep, making it poor value for money.
We've stayed at this hotel about 10 times since it opened and we've always had a wonderful time.
However this time we were put in room 911 and I've not had a worse night sleep in a very long time.

The room cleanliness was really subpar; I hope they can improve it.
The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Victoria Underground and train stations, and within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. The hotel's buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices 👍
Gorgeous hotel spotless and nice size rooms breakfast was delicious and loads of options would definitely recommend and would stay there again
Easily walkable from Victoria station. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in our room, even though it wasn't ready yet. Person who guided us to the room was also very kind. Room was clean, shower had good pressure, beds were comfortable. Would stay again!
Hotel is well located near the train station and amenities. However, there was a lot of noise at night coming from the inner courtyard where the heat pump fans are located.
Good location, very close to Victoria Station, and there are many shops in the area. Our room was in an annex building in the basement, and it was tiny. The worst part was the sewer smell we had to endure for all four nights of our stay. I expected something much better from a Best Western hotel. Poor value for money.

Excellent service, friendly staff and clean rooms and a really good breakfast
Nice location near Hyde Park. Some food choices within walking distance. Hotel seems aged but still decent for this price point in London
The hotel is right next to Hyde Park in the heart of central London..walking distance to the tube and bus stop for easy reach to the city. The room is large and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking but there is are meters near the hotel entrance for a short visit. The only drawback is breakfast but acceptable.
Fabulous location - close to multiple tube stations, wide range of eating options in walking distance. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Rooms were larger than expected and well equipped (especially for charging devices and hanging clothes). Bathroom was function with hot, strong water pressure. Breakfast was average - good selection of pastries, breads, spreads, cold meats and yoghurt however...
Service was ok. Staff were approachable. Restaurant staff helped fill up our water bottles.

This hotel made it impossible for me to choose any other hotel.I really love this one
My second stay was again perfect. The breakfast was excellent in variety and quality, the waiters were attentive, and the reception was very welcoming. 10/10
Opposite Trafalgar Square, the location is very good, the hotel is very clean and tidy, the decoration is also good, there are free drinks and water in the room. The service staff is very good.
Good location, just opposite the art museum, about 10-15 minutes walk to Chinatown. Except for the small room, everything else is good
Apart from the good location, there is nothing special about it. It is very unremarkable. The facilities in the room. No one replenished the small soap. No one replenished the toothbrush. No one replenished the bath salt. The quilt was asked for an extra quilt on the first day, but it was taken away on the second day. Compared with this price, the cost performance is very low
This hotel has a great location. It is located in Tradaga Square in the heart of London. However, apart from the location itself, the other software is very lackluster. Lovely hotel, very comfortable and stylish. Tube station very close and shops not far away. You have to pay extra for the breakfast but its worth it. The staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay there again if I return to London.
Stayed here quite a few times now, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is good and reasonably priced, this hotel is 100% family friendly and there is also free overnight parking on the road directly outside. Perfect if your looking for somewhere to stay close to Central London or Westminster thats not over priced.
Really friendly staff, great price, excellent location.
Negatives, room was small and lacked storage, but we were fine with that.
If you need somewhere to stay and its just to sleep and wash, this is ideal.
If youre after luxury, this may not be your best option.
Staff were very friendly though. So I'm not complaining.
The hotel was great. It had two single beds and one double bed. Everything was spotless, and they even provided coffee, tea, and biscuits for breakfast.
Disappointed, a four star hotel apparently. Staff ignored me when looking for my booking, issue due to names been mixed around. Within half an hour of been in the room there is someone coming in to finish preparing the room for guests.
