Great place to stay. Breakfast also really good
Excellent room - superior king. You get free mini bar with this.
Shower over 4 foot bath disappointing.
Breakfast average.
Great location for accessing west end and Kensington by bus.
Amazing hotel in a great location by Victoria Station.
The inside and outside of the hotel was just incredible.
Breakfast was a disappointment, as we found the staff were not engaging.
We stayed at another London hotel and the experience was totally different.
We are now in Melaka Malaysia in another five star hotel enjoying an incredible five star experience.
From our experience The Clermont London...
Really nice stay and great xmas decorations. Great location next to the station.
Our stay at your hotel truly exceeded expectations. From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the delightful surprise upon entering our room – spotless floors, fresh-smelling linens, and new tea bags thoughtfully placed on the small tea table by the window – every detail was incredibly touching.
Every day, housekeeping would quietly tidy up our belongings, replenish bottled water and...

Had a wonderful stay at Canopy. The room was very clean. Bed was soft and comfy. I really like how you could hang your coats and jackets on the open rack, once you entered the room.
Very good selection at the breakfast buffet.
Also very convenient to bus stop and train station.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
The location is fantastic! The hotel is right outside Algate station, making it super convenient for getting around by tube. The hotel itself is quite new, and the cleanliness and service are top-notch. They even helped me track down my power bank after I left it behind, which I really appreciated. For the price, the value for money is excellent.
While the stay was pleasant overall, the half-board experience was not satisfactory. The dinner options were very limited for vegetarians, and the absence of included drinks was surprising, as this has not been my experience with previous half-board bookings.
Though it’s allocated in the far end of London, it’s more spacious and worth the buck than The Standard.
If you are looking for a quiet location away from the tourist attractions and shopping, then this hotel fits the bill. The hotel is unable to keep your big luggage for a couple of days even though you are coming back to stay after a trip beyond London.
Checking in for the first time , found out that cleaning staff left the cleaning towel in the bathroom and paper in the toilet. Reported to the receptionist, and their manager provided solutions immediately, which makes me feel welcome and better. Great location!

The hotel was almost empty — at breakfast in the mornings there were no more than three tables occupied at the same time — yet we were assigned the furthest corner room, which felt more like a narrow corridor than a proper hotel room. The view overlooked a dirty rooftop. Given the low occupancy, it was obvious that the hotel had the option to offer a more comfortable room.
Breakfast deserves a separate...
The room was incredibly small; once the luggage was in, there was barely any space left to move around. The welcome experience was non-existent, and the separate restaurant had no staff in the morning. When running hot water, the room made a sharp, screeching noise. At night, the room temperature was too high, and the air conditioning was very loud. Most importantly, the room had no soundproofing—I...
One of the best hotels in London
The room was spacious and clean, the front desk staff had a good attitude, and the bar downstairs was pretty great.
My favorite hotel in London! This is my second stay here after a few years, and the location is absolutely fantastic. You can walk to the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Chinatown, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the subway station. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and the breakfast is delicious!
My stay in London this time was very satisfying. The hotel has a long history, but the renovations are still well-maintained. The breakfast room seems to have been recently renovated; it looks very new and stylish.

Very good location in London. Near to train station or tube Great Portland Street. Very convenient.
However, the hotel is designed like a maze. If you are unlucky and have rooms away from the lift, you may need to walk for about 3-5 mins. For location, I fully recommend. But for the price, I think you can find somewhere else smaller so you don't have to walk 3-5 mins to your room.
Seriously, avoid this place if you can. The only upside is its convenient location, but beyond that, I can't think of anything good to say. You'd be hard-pressed to find a hotel this outdated even in a fifth-tier city... I'm almost too embarrassed to even post photos.
The biggest advantage is the convenient location! Everything else is really hard to describe! I already reviewed it in my previous comment…
The room was too small, the facilities were old, and the shower pressure was very low. All in all, I don't recommend it.
It's okay, but you can't compare it to hotels in China. For London prices, it's decent. The cleanliness is pretty good, and someone will clean tomorrow. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or soap in the bathroom though.
The check-in process was quick, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. They also offer luggage storage.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Food choices were good and well presented but flavour was unfortunately quite bland
Very good option for London with an excellent restaurant.
Good experience. As expected from a 4-star hotel. The location is convenient for LBS business travelers.
Good, spacious and comfortable room. Great location with easy walking distance to the tube station and the bus stop while also easy to get a cab on the main road. However, the hotel room lacked amenities, such as slippers, laundry bag, shoe horn. Also, the basic room looks a little bleak and bland. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I will definitely be back to stay again.

“Old school” hotel in the sense that they care for customers and have everything you need. Location not so good for sub grounds but very nice environment. I enjoyed my stay here.

Absolute wonderful! Great location great breakfast great hotel
The best hotel in London!!
Honestly I cannot describe into words just how amazing the team are here at St Ermins. The moment you step in, you feel like family, excellent service throughout, from the afternoon to, to the Caxton grill for dinner or drinks, and of course being welcomed by the reception and staff at the doors.
I always love visiting st Ermins and even if you’re not staying at the hotel...
We had a really great 3 night stay at St Ermin’s. Beautiful historic place in a great part of town. 5 minutes to parks, close to palace and even closer to Big Bend and river. We had a great meal at the pub too and service was excellent. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Interesting historical points in lobby from WW2. Lovely unique entrance for a city hotel!
St. Ermin's Hotel exceeded any and all expectations I had. To start the location is perfect. It is centrally located and about an easy 10 minute walk from the must see locations of central London including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. This makes it easy accessible while also providing a quiet environment without all the noises of city. Additionally, there is a taxi stand right...
I cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel and the staff. In the Westminster section of London, a perfect location close to attractions and full of history. The hotel was decorated beautifully for what the Brits call the “Festive Season” - and they really outdid themselves. The breakfast buffet is abundant, the rooms spacious and clean, and the staff are top notch in hospitality. I’d especially...
St. Ermin's is a beautiful property with staff who go above and beyond. I said to my husband multiple times that I had never encountered a friendlier hotel staff! Every time we would interact with someone I'd think they couldn't be any friendlier...then we'd interact with another staff member and they would be! Their staff is truly above and beyond. They are the best part of the hotel. The property...

Great stay.

We have been very glad about our stay at the hotel. Cleaning which is important for me was good. Also, we could reach everywhere we planned to see very easily. Checi in & out was very quickly handled. Hospitability of staff was also perfect. Esp Mr Luis, thank you :) Only view of the room was not good but it was our chance I guess. Would like to stay at my next visit too.
The hotel staff were very patient in communicating with us despite our English communication difficulties, and the security guards were also very professional. A very good, long-established hotel.
The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, and the rooms and services are great! The only surprise was that when I checked out, I found that the hotel charged an extra room cleaning fee of more than 12 pounds per day.
Very good. The room is quite big.

We were very happy with the service , we would truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, I had heard lot about the breakfast there and was expecting a very big spread .. But it was pretty average .. otherwise it was a very good experience
Room was beautiful, we got upgraded to a bigger one and the service was amazing. Value for the price, will book again when I’m in London.
Great location, and you can walk to all the sights. The breakfast buffet is awesome.
Average stay, breakfast service was so slow. And was mediocre at best. One working lift from lobby to our rooms meant we were waiting forever for an empty lift as everyone was jumping in on every stop.
Location is near Buckingham Palace, rooms include necessary provisions such as toothpaste, toothbrush, bottled water, jar of snacks, robe and slippers. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Only slight dislike is the strong fragrant smell of bedding the room.

Not bad. Just average. Breakfast was good
Staff was friendly , there is some issue about toilet blocking but hopefully that will sorted out for next costumer,
This is my second stay this year at this hotel and it’s lovely however when I came in January with my husband our room was lovely it had a fridge and everything and was quite large but this time I stayed with my daughter a twin room it was much smaller and no fridge and was more
Expensive I guess it’s to do with the type of traveller you are and the time of year. Was still an enjoyable trip
Room was ok, clean and bright, only downside was the bathroom, it was a tight squeeze for my daughter as she is 6 ft and it had wall that jutted out by about a foot so very tight to wash her hair in the shower.
Did not meet my expectation especially with the value I paid for 3nights! Even the staff was supportive to help me finding proper room, but it seems it was a wrong decission of me from beginning.

London hotels have a common problem, expensive and small, a very ordinary hotel, but generally quiet and ok to sleep. Breakfast is ordinary and ok, hotel service is ok, if you ask, they will be very nice to help you answer.

The facilities at this hotel are appalling. There was no air conditioning at all, and I was expected to rely on a single fan throughout the night—absolutely ridiculous for a modern hotel.

hotel 4 times or almost every year when ever we traveled to london.
If you need to be in West London with access to transport, this is a really good location; it's also easy to get to Heathrow early in the morning as we had to. We found the staff helpful, well-trained, and competent. Maybe the hotel hardware is a bit worn out, but it seems like they are overhauling things - the shower was new. For exploring West London or getting to Heathrow, we'd return without doubt
