London, London County Hall (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms are quite small. We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great. Service workers are pretty proper, except for when I called the first time and waited on hold for 10 minutes. The front desk person picked up the phone and hung up on me. Meanwhile, I’m making international calls. The other thing I was not...
Extra charge us GBP 100 , check out said everything clear, no additional charges. So trouble that need to email to hotel follow up!
Price not competitive!
Very nice hotel in London located in the heart of the city, the bedding and the pillows are quite comfortable. The hotel also leaves a great impression walking inside.
Located right next to the London Eye, the location and views are unbeatable, and the breakfast service was superb.
The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!
The room was decent. The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye.

Great location in the city. Slight dated but overall good stay.
I appreciate the service from all staffs of this amazing hotel. During our visit, they always treat us so kindly. The hotel is located at the center of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, which means that you could take public transport to any attraction in London. I highly recommend anyone visiting London to choose this hotel!
Great location, but the facilities are just okay and it's overpriced. They were also quite slow in refunding the deposit.
The facilities are so-so, and they're slow to return the deposit.
Viza (Sorry if I did not spell his name correctly.) desires more than five stars. We missed a uber to airport, he ran to the end of the street to get a taxi for us. Impressed with the service.
The hotel is a bit small but this is normal for a London hotel I supposed. Overall the hotel room is clean and has all the essentials. Special shout out to lobby bell boys who took the intiative to help us book a taxi to the airport. Cheers!

Great services provided by William & Steven. Food is good.
We spent one night there, all good, nothing to complain about, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can skip, it is a rather limited choice. It is a very nice area and you are close to public transport.
Best Cantonese restaurant in Canary Wharf
Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. The rooms were clean.. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles. Its so close to the tube, we were there for country to country and it was really great. We would stay here again
Very good one night stay for husbands Birthday. Rooftop bar with lovely cocktails, hotel very nice, comfortable and great location.
There was no drinking water available in the hotel. I was told the hotel is new and does not yet have a water supplier, which is why they only provide water via a lobby dispenser. However, when I needed water at around 1am, the dispenser was empty as well.
When I asked reception for assistance, I was told they’re going to refill the water dispenser and after making me wait for about 20 minutes I was...

This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated.
The room was amazing as was the pool area.
I would love to stay there again
It was such a lovely experience. And they were so kind and thoughtful as we were celebrating a milestone. Very clean hotel and family friendly amenities available and an extensive Halal menu, which was helpful.
Outstanding service, located Central of London, super friendly staff!
Love this hotel, the views, the rooms and the service is amazing.

efficient and easy check in at night. friendly service
It keeps the four season’s hospitality so we do enjoy the stay here in London!
Four Seasons Hotel has always been reassuring
The room is poorly soundproofed, everything else is good
I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. The location is also good, I am very satisfied with it for a few days!

Everything was great, especially the hotel staff's service. A special shout-out to ADA and MARIA!
The hotel is located near Euston Station. Light sleepers might find it difficult to sleep at night due to the constant noise from motorcycles and police cars. The bedding is just average, and the bathroom is a decent size. However, there are no slippers provided.
The rooms were clean and it was close to the train station. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse; we stayed for 4 nights and the food was the same every day.
For 2500 a night, the location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit dated, similar to a Hanting Hotel in China.
Good overall service, will visit again

Very good hotel clean and good service.
The drilling noise is very loud and I can't have rest in the afternoon, when I called the front desk they said they can't do any help but can offer me a free breakfast for the second day,but when I tried to have breakfast and the staff told me my breakfast is not included even I explained the situation to her, she said she was off yesterday, bad experience in Marriott
The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.
Hygiene: Good
Environment: Convenient
Facilities: Old
Overall: 3 stars
The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities. I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund. To top it off, at check-out, there...

Okay okay place - they charged money but took long time to issue receipts
Convenient access to the center of London by underground. Many restaurants around the hotel. Good for both business and pleasure.
Courtesy and responsive. Good biz hotel. Nice breakfast.
Good location, very convenient to the city centre ! In front of the hotel is the bus stop for two directions and not far away is the metro station. The room is big and comfortable ! I’ve requested for a higher floor when book but ends up not. Breakfast buffet is good and many varieties!

Always like any property with Mariott, great location and amazing room sizes, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Location is good, only few minutes from both Gloucester Street station and Earl Court station. The room or area above us was so noisy even though it was quite late in the evening. Helpful receptionist, great amenities
Quite new hotel, friendly staff, good location, close to the transportation, quick trip by jumping onto the underground to the Centre London. We have lived here a few times, will definitely go back again.
Only stayed 1 night but the room and reception area were very clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. The staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.
Had an amazing experience with my mom and daughter was the best place to stay for our 2 days visit to london highly recommend
We had an amazing stay
Room was always clean the beds were comfortable + it has a kettle with tea and coffee bags restocked everyday🥰
Great location the circle line underground was only 5-6min away by foot a few stops to notting hill and about a 20min ride to the city center
There's Grocery shops and a few restaurants nearby

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended.
Nice staff, decent and close to the underground!
The best view in London! Staying right next to Hyde Park was a dream. The hotel is stylish, quiet, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Special thanks to the team for the excellent hospitality.
Great location and very friendly staff who welcomed me with complimentary cookies. However, my first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with hair everywhere and missing basic amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, and a hairdryer. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.
Nice Hotel
Good location next to the most attractions in London
Friendly Staff
The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor. I definitely prefer the DoubleTree by Hilton by Tower Bridge.

The family I come here with have been coming for decades. This is the top most, personable hotel in the world in my opinion. You will be treated like a queen/king. Today was my birthday and I was brought a gorgeous cake and card by a lovely man called Ion. And then I was spoilt further by the delightful Pablo and Jasmin at the terrace!
Genuinely beautiful souls service you at the Berkeley!
A special thank you to Austin and John, who were exceptional. They went above and beyond by suggesting a smart solution for my luggage: instead of shipping an empty suitcase back to Jordan at a cost of around £200, they kindly recommended storing it securely at the hotel until my return. It was thoughtful, practical, and clearly done with my best interest in mind. That level of consideration is rare...

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious (although the room I was initially given did not meet the requirements of the room reservation). The room facilities are acceptable.
I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.
The hotel is more than great! friendly staff , food , and on top of all the hotel location is amazing!!! Especially for people who like to walk , piccadilly , trafalgar square, oxford street are all very close.
I highly recomend the hotel.however, if you want good rates avoid peak time as its going to be crazy expensive.

Loved the check-in experience, the location and whilst the room wasn't super lux, it kind of felt it with the adjustable mood lighting, infinity bed and overall allocation of space. Really great spot, would happily stay again
The Hotel reception area is very nice, same as MOXY style(Marriott) but not like a MOXY Hotel!!! the Hotel does not want one to know it is a Hotel. WOW. I recently stayed at the W Hotel in London to celebrate a very special occasion namely my 50th birthday! The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is stunning, and the on-site dining and bar are exceptional—with beautiful views that make the experience even more memorable. The W is one of my favorite hotel chains. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at the past few months, this hotel made me feel the most welcomed and appreciated as an Ambassador Elite member. I stayed here 4 and 5 December, 2025. I knew I'd be arriving late in the night for check-in, so the hotel confirmed a late check out weeks ahead of time for me so I'd secure some additional time at the property....
I'm not used to the design of this room. The wash sink is not in the bathroom but in the room. If you want to get up early to wash, it will definitely affect the sleep of others. The lighting is too dark. In addition, I went to the restaurant at 7 o'clock in the morning to order coffee to take away but was told that there were no paper cups. In short, it is not the standard of a five-star hotel, and...
