This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated. The room was amazing as was the pool area.  I would love to stay there again

Four Seasons Hotel has always been reassuring

The room is poorly soundproofed, everything else is good

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. The location is also good, I am very satisfied with it for a few days!

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I had to carry two suitcases up and down three times before finally getting a usable room. • The first room I was assigned had the TV on, an unmade bed, and leftover food on the table. It appeared to be already occupied — possibly a double check-in. • The second room could not be opened at all. I suspect this may also have been a double check...

our trip to the gantry was amazing! first time in london and very sad to be leaving. the room was absolutely stunning looking out onto lovely skyscraper buildings. the staff were absolutely lovely and it’s very close to public transport. will definitely be back again!

The room was exceptionally good, clean, and hygienic. What truly impressed me was the provision of disposable slippers – a wonderful touch! The hotel service was also excellent, very accommodating to guests' needs. Plus, the transportation nearby is super convenient.

The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were good, bright, and new. However, the location is a bit out of the way, not ideal for those planning to visit museums. This hotel was in a great location and easily accessible from Stratford International station. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard and staff are extremely helpful. I would definitely book again !

This hotel is relatively new, located right next to Stratford International station and the Westfield shopping center, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. If you walk a bit further west, there's also a green park. It's quite recommended for business travelers or tourists in London who aren't in a hurry to see all the sights.

The drilling noise is very loud and I can't have rest in the afternoon, when I called the front desk they said they can't do any help but can offer me a free breakfast for the second day,but when I tried to have breakfast and the staff told me my breakfast is not included even I explained the situation to her, she said she was off yesterday,bad experience in Marriott

The facilities are a bit old and there aren't enough power outlets. However, the basic hygiene and service are good.

The room's hygiene was quite poor; it was dusty everywhere. The room itself was tiny and definitely not worth the price. Over 4000 RMB a night for virtually no amenities. I tried calling the front desk at 9 PM and no one answered—I nearly died of thirst! The soundproofing was terrible. They charged my credit card for a deposit, and I still haven't received the refund. Had a lovely date night here. Annamarie was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a king size room when we’d only booked a queen! The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Delicious free biscuits and hot chocolate added to our stay.

We stayed here a few years ago now, (just a month before the first Covid lockdown) and remember it being a pleasant stay with a large room with everything we needed, decent dining facilities and friendly customer service. Great location within short walking distance of Shepherds Bush tube station, and handy to Westfields and TV Centre.

Stayed here in 2021 in the suite (I edited errors in my review so says Sept 2024) . Lovely, spacious room with a lovely interior design. Overall very comfortable room choice. However, the room is not in its best standard. We have been staying at this hotel at each visit in London since 2002 and every time I felt like I was coming home. Great staff and breakfast never let me down. I love the spacious gym and lots of machines to do your workout with. Rooms are great and modern. I truly recommend it.

Loved my stay! Stayed the night with the Spa time package. Room was spacious, only slight problem was the TV started glitching after 11pm. The food in the evening and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing and also had the scrub and massage by Julia. She was lovely, professional and great technique! It was a great spa, the first I've been to in months, and I had everything I needed. The snow room was fantastic, and the snow was actually really clean. The steam room and sauna were fantastic, and the pool had plenty of chlorine, but just enough for what you need in an hour.

Another excellent visit to this well located, great customer service orientated hotel. We only booked last minute so knew allocation of our room was limited and perhaps not the best had we booked earlier. Nevertheless it was spacious, clean, relatively quiet despite facing High Road. Last spring my son and I visited Hotel Cate Royal for a few nights and had a spectacular stay. My family stayed at this hotel last month. This is absolutely the most amazing hotel in London. A great location, with unparalleled guest service. It is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and both in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff live up to the name and truly treat their guests like royalty. Look no further, this is the only hotel to stay at in London.

The spa is honestly incredible. Immaculate. Quiet on weekday afternoons. Had an incredibly relaxing massage. Hamam space was a highlight. It looks and feels exactly like the images and deserves the Time Out best spa in London award. I’ve paid more and got less. This spa is an oasis away from the noise of the centre of the city.

Only stayed 1 night but the room and reception area were very clean and comfortable. Can’t comment on the food as we did not eat here. The staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.

The hotel is located near Euston Station. Light sleepers might find it difficult to sleep at night due to the constant noise from motorcycles and police cars. The bedding is just average, and the bathroom is a decent size. However, there are no slippers provided.

The rooms were clean and it was close to the train station. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse; we stayed for 4 nights and the food was the same every day.

For 2500 a night, the location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit dated, similar to a Hanting Hotel in China.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located near Canary Wharf and has a great atmosphere.

The room is well-equipped and comfortable, with convenient transportation near Canary Wharf. There are many subway lines nearby and plenty of bars downstairs, making for a vibrant nightlife. The cleanliness is also quite good. It's suitable for travelers.

Only stayed one night on way up North. Room was typical Premier Inn. Compact but comfortable. Reasonable location, but bit of a walk to the nearest underground, especially with luggage. Breakfast options limited, especially for vegetarians.

First of all, the location was very good, but it was very difficult to ventilate because the window could not be opened. The bed, bedding, and even the cleaning were very good. But..the desk was too small, so it was difficult to do anything.

Had a lovely welcome upon arrival and our room was ready early which was a real bonus. The reception staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed . We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed again which was really disappointing. Nevertheless...

We love this hotel! Location is walkable to Battersea Power Station and really close to the park. Amenities are well maintained as well. Our only complain is only 1 lift was working during our stay. But the rest are perfect.

Excellent service with kind and professional staff. Very comfortable room, however some of the cupboards looked a little older which didn’t match with the rest of the room. For those who are more superstitious, bear in mind that the hotel is next to a churchyard. Great location within walking distance to underground stations and the Tower of London.
