The rooms are quite small. We had to upgrade to a suite just to feel comfortable. The in room dining breakfast is subpar. The late night money pizza is not great. Service workers are pretty proper, except for when I called the first time and waited on hold for 10 minutes. The front desk person picked up the phone and hung up on me. Very nice hotel in London located in the heart of the city, the bedding and the pillows are quite comfortable. The hotel also leaves a great impression walking inside.

Located right next to the London Eye, the location and views are unbeatable, and the breakfast service was superb.

The room was fantastic! We had an unbeatable view of Big Ben and the River Thames directly from our window. The room's size and layout were also excellent. Highly satisfied!

The room was decent. The à la carte breakfast was very good. I had booked a Big Ben view room, but it wasn't available, so they gave me a London Eye view room instead. However, you could only really see a tiny bit of the London Eye.

I appreciate the service from all staffs of this amazing hotel. During our visit, they always treat us so kindly. The hotel is located at the center of London, close to Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, which means that you could take public transport to any attraction in London. The hotel is a bit small but this is normal for a London hotel I supposed. Overall the hotel room is clean and has all the essentials. Special shout out to lobby bell boys who took the intiative to help us book a taxi to the airport. Cheers!

We spent one night there, all good, nothing to complain about, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast you can skip, it is a rather limited choice. It is a very nice area and you are close to public transport.

Myself and my friend stayed at the Dorset, weekend just gone for 2 nights. The rooms were clean.. super comfy and the staff really nice. There was a water station downstairs to fill up your water bottles. Its so close to the tube, we were there for country to country and it was really great. We would stay here again

There was no drinking water available in the hotel. I was told the hotel is new and does not yet have a water supplier, which is why they only provide water via a lobby dispenser. This was booked to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went out of their way to add some special touches to make the stay more memorable, which was very much appreciated. The room was amazing as was the pool area.  I would love to stay there again

Four Seasons Hotel has always been reassuring

The room is poorly soundproofed, everything else is good

I never expected that the room costing more than 10,000 Hong Kong dollars per night was so small that it was difficult to open the suitcase. But after all, it is an old five-star hotel, and the service is really good. The butler team will contact you via WhatsApp during check-in to respond to your needs at any time. The location is also good, I am very satisfied with it for a few days!

The hotel is located near Euston Station. Light sleepers might find it difficult to sleep at night due to the constant noise from motorcycles and police cars. The bedding is just average, and the bathroom is a decent size. However, there are no slippers provided.

The rooms were clean and it was close to the train station. However, the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse; we stayed for 4 nights and the food was the same every day.

For 2500 a night, the location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit dated, similar to a Hanting Hotel in China.

Had a lovely date night here. Annamarie was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a king size room when we’d only booked a queen! The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Delicious free biscuits and hot chocolate added to our stay.

Great location and very friendly staff who welcomed me with complimentary cookies. However, my first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with hair everywhere and missing basic amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, and a hairdryer. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor. I definitely prefer the DoubleTree by Hilton by Tower Bridge.

Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious (although the room I was initially given did not meet the requirements of the room reservation). The room facilities are acceptable.

I booked a hotel for one night before visiting my sister. The service was very good. They asked me if I needed a late check-out service. They also helped me upgrade the room type. If I needed a newspaper for the day, it would be delivered to the room. It was a pity that I didn't experience the spa. If I had to point out a shortcoming, it might be that my room had no window.

We decided to use the spa facilities but unfortunaely the swimming pool was closed . We used the sauna and steam room and decided to come back the following morning to use the pool.
