London, 324 Gray's Inn Road (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
🥲 Definitely a 3-star hotel. Don't set your expectations too high just because of the 'Preferred Guest' certification. 🗺️ The location is actually pretty good. It's about a 6-8 minute walk to King's Cross tube station 🚶, and public transport is convenient too. It's three bus stops from Euston, about 7 minutes, or a 20+ minute walk. 🍽️ Nearby, there's a Morrison's supermarket, KFC, and McDonald's...
Love this hotel and will definitely return. We were only there one night but the roomroom was amazing. Love the mood lights
Unfortunately we arrived extremely late to check in 1.30am due to our flight delay and found the service to be very good, the room was clean and tidy but on the small side we did not eat there as all we wanted was our bed.
Truly blessed to have stayed here, especially after some unexpected incidents. We were able to enjoy some great offer rates at nearby restaurants. My partner felt secure throughout our stay. Plus, the location is super convenient, accessible to many places 😊
Staff was kind and courteous and the room, though small, existed as described and was a fine and relatively enjoyable stay with good adjustable air conditioning and a comfortable bed, an adequate shower and bathroom.
We loved the location which was within walking distance to a few train stations and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was a lovely hotel excellent service Moni in particular was so kind and accommodating at the breakfast  Would def recommend it value for money good
The Clayton Hotel City of London is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in the city. The hotel’s location near Aldgate East is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to the Underground while being just a short stroll from the vibrant energy of Shoreditch and Spitalfields.
The hotel's location in the City of London is great, but the cleanliness was off-putting. There were stains on the faucet and the bathroom floor.
We had a fantastic experience in this hotel, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, spacious shower room as well, very easy to check in and check out.
Fab location just opposite tube station. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Nice touches in room, having a recycling bin and complimentary snacks and drinks. Low light in bathroom was great for night light and perfect for trips to bathroom in middle of night. Shower had great pressure too. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice hotel, just a few minutes from the subway. Although it's a new building, my room was comfortably furnished.

The hotel itself is very special and the staff are friendly and attentive in an unassuming way.
Amazing hotel for afternoon tea. Had an old friend from the USA come to visit and we started at Parliament Square, walked through St James Park to Buckingham Palace and then to the Goring Hotel for afternoon tea. It was her first time in London and was an absolute treat. The sandwiches were all very tasty, balanced, and unique. The scones and cakes were lovely. A great selection of tea, and tea service...
It was really nice, right when we walked in the restaurant the Hostess Sofia was so sweet and she definitely deserves a raise. Overall the service and food were wonderful would definitely recommend and meet Sofia if you want top service.
The service was exceptional, the hotel was beautiful, and we've found our new favourite hotel in London.
Everything was as good as anticipated. Wonderful staff and great ambience. A special word of praise for Bella on Reception.
What can I say...we had our wedding at the Goring 3 weeks ago. Absolutely outstanding in every way. Staff amazing, rooms fantastic, service incredible, decor perfect, food delicious. Many of their team have shown passion and care for what they do. What an incredible place. Trying to find an excuse to have another big event there again. Thank you - Love James & Jenay

Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd's Bush by IHG, London1 / 28

London, Richmond Way (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We stayed here a few years ago now, (just a month before the first Covid lockdown) and remember it being a pleasant stay with a large room with everything we needed, decent dining facilities and friendly customer service. Great location within short walking distance of Shepherds Bush tube station, and handy to Westfields and TV Centre.
Stayed here in 2021 in the suite (I edited errors in my review so says Sept 2024) . Lovely, spacious room with a lovely interior design. Overall very comfortable room choice. However, the room is not in its best standard. For example, there was ash between the window ledge (pretty shocking) and the toilet seat wasn’t securely fixed to the wall (very unfortunate and uncomfortable for me). Additionally...
We have been staying at this hotel at each visit in London since 2002 and every time I felt like I was coming home. Great staff and breakfast never let me down. I love the spacious gym and lots of machines to do your workout with. Rooms are great and modern. I truly recommend it.
I recently stayed at the K West Spa Hotel in London. The receptionist upgraded us to an executive room, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The hotel is located in a good area, close to Shepherd's Bush Underground Station and Westfield shopping mall. There are also a number of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at the hotel...
Loved my stay! Stayed the night with the Spa time package. Room was spacious, only slight problem was the TV started glitching after 11pm. The food in the evening and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The spa was relaxing and also had the scrub and massage by Julia. She was lovely, professional and great technique! Would definitely go again!
It was a great spa, the first I've been to in months, and I had everything I needed. The snow room was fantastic, and the snow was actually really clean. The steam room and sauna were fantastic, and the pool had plenty of chlorine, but just enough for what you need in an hour.

Really lovely hotel and friendly staff. Doors banging throughout the night regularly though (the room doors don’t close quietly).
Welcoming hotel, great vibes and perfect location. The room was spotless and comfortable. A fantastic stay that I highly recommended!
The room and staff were fantastic. Building work was happening on the 1st and 2nd floors while I was there and I wasn’t informed either before booking or on check in. This was quite disruptive since it starts quite early and goes on all day. I was also informed afterwards that this is due to go on for the rest of the year so plan accordingly. I raised this with management and their idea of rectifying...
The room was comfortable and clean and the location is great for the Shoreditch and Old Street areas. Also the ground floor lobby seemed very convenient for anyone who needs to work there on their laptop. Some details made the stay less comfortable than it could have easily been. There was no electricity plug in the bathroom, and no mini fridge, so no water in the room—had to go downstairs to get it...
Great weekend stay in a cosy double which had everything we needed and good optional extras. Great location too. Would recommend for an East London stay.
Definitely The Hoxton is one of my favourite and coolest hotels in London!!! The hotel is so chic, very convenient to access most of the spots in Shoreditch. The hotel and lounge area is absolutely stunning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay in the hotel again for my next travel in London. Strongly recommend it :)

Fabulous hotel with friendly helpful staff. Stunning interior with lovely bar.
We stayed here after our wedding over the road at Camden Town Hall. Staff were wonderful, they made up our room with a decorations and a gift, and the breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly recommend.
Beautiful restaurant reception and great access for St pancreas station. Annoyed at the charge for internet usage. The login leads you to a paid access. Designed to paying a higher rate for access. Very poor
Such a beautiful hotel and really attentive staff. Hopefully visit again soon. Really well connected for public transport and great safety on the entrance at night time.

Fabulous stay. Hotel most welcoming, spacious well appointed quiet rooms with comfortable beds and Journey well stocked bar. Excellent location only a short walk from Soho, Shaftsbury Avenue. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to London.
Excellent hotel, cool modern vibe with large comfortable rooms in an excellent position only 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden.
Excellent clean and tidy room with nearby location to major attractions
Very nice central hotel and got a free upgrade 😊 Good choice for breakfast and nice spa too.
One of the best hotels ive been to! The team were amazing!
The staff at this hotel were without exception, superb. Helpful, accommodating and friendly in all the departments. Location is excellent with a great bus service practically outside the doors or it’s a pleasant 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden, Soho, etc. Only criticisms are regarding the rooms which are a bit too warm overnight with no way of regulating the system, and have very poor lighting

We have just come home from a last minute two night stay at the Crown Plaza. There's nothing I can complain about. The staff were fantastic and helpful, my room was very clean with air conditioning and they even left a can of water in the room for me.
Great for a night at RAH. Staff either outstandingly polite and helpful, or rude and dismissive - hence the 3/5 on balance for service.
Very nice hotel in the middle of South Kensington. Only issue is the corridors are a little dark, other than that, lovely hotel
Great location near underground, restaurants, and you can walk 10mins to natural history museum ,V&A . It's a great choice to stay here for discover london museum. Room is good for solo traveller, staff is friendly and helpful. Please note, you have to deposit 50 £ before check-in.
I had a bad experience every thing was good but i had my gold rings in the room and they disappeared so don’t keep your expensive things in the room
Location was very good. Very nice location, right next to the museums. Staff service were just okay, but the breakfast was the most disappointing part. Simple, little choice and low quality.

Came to London for a last-minute business trip with a friend. The room was quite new and a decent size, but the soundproofing was a bit poor.
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-decorated, and the bathroom was also excellent. It was a very comfortable stay. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, and the supermarket is a seven-minute walk away. It's a quiet area with fewer people around.
The apartment offers good value for money, and the location is quite convenient. Although parking costs extra, there are plenty of spots available.
Almost perfect as wrote. Two problems of housekeeping to be solved: a broken tap and a “ screaming” bathroom door.
Absolutely loved this hotel, it offers fantastic value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and spent a long time playing with my child, even treating them to a chocolate goodie bag. My child now insists on staying here every time we visit London! The location is super convenient and feels very safe. Thumbs up! 🍾🍾🍾 Marriott really delivers on its promise. Highly recommend it to everyone.
The room didn't have a heater, and you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as the hotel doesn't provide them. The restaurant on the first floor served pretty tasty food. Housekeeping was also very diligent, changing the soap daily.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. It made my trip much more enjoyable.
Our stay at Apex Temple Hotel was largely excellent. A short walk to the river Thames , convent garden , soho. The underground is literally just 8 minutes away
Very good hotel in a good location. Walking distance from St.Paul’s, Tate, river and Tube. Rooms on top floor have good London views.
Would thoroughly recommend Apex Temple court - quiet location, well appointed spotlessly clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Little touches like the offer of fresh milk instead of UHT made it a very pleasurable and affordable experience.
Our stay was an excellent experience. Clean and comfortable room, Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules and water daily, polite staff, and a very good location.
Great location, close to the metro, main streets, shops, and cafes. The hotel itself is lovely with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed and mattress. Breakfast includes fruits, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, and made-to-order omelets and juices.

We were disappointed in the quality of the room. It was very small and seemed run down. It seems like it had not been updated in a while. Overall, it was not what we expected for a "4 star" hotel at that price point.

Hands down the best hotel we've stayed so far this year. Location was perfect and accessible to all places, the bars were beautiful, rooms were clean, but most importantly the staff was exceptional. Room size was reasonable, lovely comfortable bed, only complaint was that it was a little difficult to regulate the heat and the room kept getting too hot. Staff were extremely helpful, I can forgive the very slow lift!!
