Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.

The location is great. After taking the Gatwick train into the city, it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. St. Paul's Cathedral is right outside the door, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. You can even pre-order from Five Guys and eat there. I've been staying here for years, and while the breakfast menu hasn't changed, the prices keep going up. What I've always loved about this place is that every room has a bathtub, which is perfect for a relaxing soak before bed and really helps with jet lag. I'll definitely keep coming back.

The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy. However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. This is my second stay this year at this hotel and it’s lovely however when I came in January with my husband our room was lovely it had a fridge and everything and was quite large but this time I stayed with my daughter a twin room it was much smaller and no fridge and was more Expensive I guess it’s to do with the type of traveller you are and the time of year. Room was ok, clean and bright, only downside was the bathroom, it was a tight squeeze for my daughter as she is 6 ft and it had wall that jutted out by about a foot so very tight to wash her hair in the shower.
