Toilets are small, all hotels facility apart from gym is sublet out to 3rd party.
I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. Staff are friendly, but just better value elsewhere.
Great location tho.
Stayed at the hotel for one night attending a conference. My room was exceptionally clean and furnishings great quality. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Wish I could have stayed longer.
I paid over 4,000 for a night, and the room was only 20 square meters, extremely small. The front desk even gave me a room that never gets any sun, while the Italians across the hall had a room with great sunlight. Plus, the air conditioning was broken. It was a terrible experience, and the front desk staff were very cold.
excellent location, can walk to most of the tourist spots, also close to the underground so travel is not a problem.
Very helpful staff, good breakfast.
This is a great hotel with an excellent location, offering top-notch service and delicious breakfasts. However, the rooms are very small for a hotel of this caliber. The room amenities, such as power outlets, charging stations, and other small details, feel outdated.
Let's start with the positives: it's close to attractions (Hyde Park), but the room doesn't have a view. The hotel service was five-star. Now for the negatives: the room facilities are old, the desk lamp was crooked; the curtains were broken and couldn't be fully closed; the cabinets were uneven; and the windows had poor soundproofing. It really felt like a 'dilapidated and small' place.

Really enjoyed our stay the staff were amazing. Couple of things the shower screen didn’t fit tight on the bath therefore water went all over the floor, no toilet brush, no water glasses only the ones in the bathroom. Other than that everything was fine. Would recommend. Had lunch it was very nice and the bar in the evening was really nice staff very welcoming. Breakfast lots to choose from.
A good business hotel with good value for money.
Thank you for every single isaw it in Hotel
Special thanks to Abdel
Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.
room service is good, the breakfast could be better.

Great location, close to the London Eye and Big Ben. There's also a small supermarket and a good Korean restaurant nearby. The hotel is generally clean and tidy, though the hallways are a bit narrow. Everything else is pretty good, and toothbrushes are provided too.
All their rooms are basically the same, very good design well thought out with the user at the heart. I would genuinely happily live in an apartment of a similiar size as the design is so clever. Really easy temperature and fan control too which can be a nightmare at other hotels. 1) didnt know how to drain the sink completely of water 2) the gym is meh but the view makes up for it! Mostly cardio-oriented...
The hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, though a bit far from the nearest tube station. The rooms are small but clean, tidy, and well-equipped. There's an underground parking garage available for £40 per day. Breakfast is a standard English breakfast.
The room was new, bright, and comfortable. The view from the window was also beautiful. I forgot to bring a charging adapter, but luckily the hotel had a vending machine where I could buy a charging cable, so I could charge my phone. That was a relief. The area around the hotel is also lovely for a walk.
The location is excellent, very quiet and safe, but transportation isn't very convenient. It's quite far from the train station, with only a bus stop nearby. There's a pier, Milebank, about a 5-minute walk away, but the RB6 service is infrequent and ends early. There's a Sainsbury's also within a 5-minute walk.
The room is a bit small but not cramped, and the design is nice; you could even call it...
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to attractions like Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. The front desk staff were very warm and provided great service. The breakfast was a typical English breakfast, and I especially enjoyed the pancakes, omelets, and oatmeal with milk 😇. Email sent to you no reply very very poor service
Very nice and comfortable stay.
Great experience from start to finish.
We had a slight issue with the smell of smoke in the room on arrival, but another room was sorted out very quickly,
Great service from the front desk, and a small cake in the room to celebrate our birthdays.
Thank you.
St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, remains one of London's most elegant retreats. The location is truly second to none—footsteps from Buckingham Palace and the serenity of St. James' Park, yet it feels tucked away from the city's frantic pace.
The hallmark of this hotel is the 'Tajness' service; the staff are consistently attentive and professional. A particular highlight is the Shakespearean Courtyard...
I went to London during the Spring Festival holiday and stayed at this hotel for 12 days. During that time, I got warm - hearted service from Mia, a girl from Hong Kong, and there was also a girl from Malaysia. Sorry, I forgot her name. They were both very attentive. Everything is perfect, looking forward back again
We had a wonderful stay at the luxurious The May Fair Hotel in London. The room service was absolutely top-notch and surprisingly at a very small service fee compared to many other hotels. We enjoyed breakfast in bed with an impressive variety of options, truly spoiled for choice. The entire experience was elegant, comfortable, and beautifully luxurious. I just had the pleasure of staying at the The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I just wanted to leave a review to say how wonderful my experience has been at Edison. The environment is very welcoming and professional, and all of the staff are extremely friendly and kind.

Great location. Found the room a little underwhelming for the price.
I had a really great experience with The Mayfair Hotel overall. I originally booked about 9 months in advance on a non-refundable rate, but due to unexpected circumstances I couldn’t travel. AMAZING STAY! WOULD BOOK AGAIN AND RECOMMEND.
Came with family for a birthday weekend trip. We were all very impressed. Location is excellent- basically in the heart of London with breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The hotel itself was outstanding - scaly considering its 4 stars. It’s more like 5 to be honest. Free water on site and in rooms, which is extremely helpful. The hotel is very...
It’s was convenient as I was on a work trip. Staff was welcoming and the whole experience was great. Room was clean which is always a plus. Definitely would recommend for a chill weekend as the spa is good and the surrounding is great
The location is great. After taking the Gatwick train into the city, it's about a 7-8 minute walk to the hotel. St. Paul's Cathedral is right outside the door, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. You can even pre-order from Five Guys and eat there. The prices fluctuate quite a bit, but if you catch a good deal, it offers decent value for money.
The location is very close to the project, and the breakfast is indeed very rich.
Just next to St. Paul Cathedral one of the landmark of London so you will always enjoying perfect views and vibrant of city, restaurants and coffee shops
Firstly the roof terrace, if you wish to use this, make sure to check it is available before you book. It was booked for private events all weekend so I was unable to enjoy the view that I originally picked the hotel with the idea of dinner over the London skyline. Excellent! Clean and tidy. Just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop 🚏. The staff are very kind, especially helpful and welcoming. For London, this hotel offers decent value for money. Recommended!
I've been staying here for years, and while the breakfast menu hasn't changed, the prices keep going up. What I've always loved about this place is that every room has a bathtub, which is perfect for a relaxing soak before bed and really helps with jet lag. I'll definitely keep coming back.
Very pleased, clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended
The front desk staff were very welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the British Museum, and public transport is convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. There are also many restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient.
The hotel's location is good, but the facilities are a bit old and not very new. Breakfast is decent, a typical English breakfast. I recommend going early for breakfast, as it can get crowded, especially if there are tour groups staying.

The location is excellent, shopping is convenient, and there are various restaurants within walking distance. The service is also very considerate, and they proactively helped with luggage. I had a very comfortable stay for three days. I recommend the afternoon tea, which is beautiful and delicious. There is a pianist, and I really like the flowers in the lobby.
The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes away from Oxford Street. It has five-star hotel standards and the service attitude is excellent. I am very satisfied overall.

The location was simply amazing. Right next to Paddington station and easy access to everywhere. I was surprised they didn’t have a fridge but they brought it to the room when I asked for it. The breakfast was same everyday but had enough variety. Chocolate Maffin was good but such high calories….
This was the first hotel I stayed at on my arrival in the UK. I checked in around 11 PM after a delayed flight, feeling incredibly tired due to jet lag and the cold weather, all while traveling with young children aged three and four. The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. I took a direct bus from the airport to the station, and it was less than a five-minute walk to the hotel. For its price point in London's West End, this hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's also very conveniently located. The biggest issue is that the beds in the twin rooms are too narrow, only 0.8m wide – if you're a bit heavier, you'd roll off just by turning over. On a positive note, the breakfast is quite plentiful.
A perfect hotel for visiting Destinations Travel Show at Olympia. Lovely room with extremely comfortable bed.
Great breakfast
Let down by overpriced restaurant . Mediocre food and ridiculous service charge plus no Guinness 🙄
Overall hotel was very good. The only downside is how long it took to get to central london via bus.

Avoid this place!!! Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2-week trip to the UK, this one had the worst service. The front desk staff was absolutely discriminatory towards Asians. The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy.
However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. It was probably just an accident, but still a bit unfortunate
Great location, right by Waterloo Station and close to the London Eye. We stayed in a room with a view, and you could see the London Eye right from the bed. The room itself was also quite spacious.

The hotel staff are professional and friendly, the location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, and the service from the bar's mixologists is nothing short of impeccable. The location is unbeatable, and the public areas are beautiful. It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. In London, location isn't really that important because the subway system is so developed. I'd advise against it, I really would.
The room was clean and tidy, the location was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's very close to the British Museum, within walking distance.
