Convenient location in Victoria. Close to coach and underground. Close to shops and places to eat. Friendly reception staff. Lifts had secure access. You had to use your key card to get further than the reception area which is good. Spare keys offered if travelling if your party is greater than 1 person. Generous size room. Very clean. Modern convenience with power pads for lighting and heating/air...
For this price, finding a hotel with such a great location in London is excellent value for money. Plus, the room size is decent, quite large for London standards, and the restaurant and lobby are well-appointed. Highly recommend!
I loved the safety security this Hotel provides, it’s just quiet and spacious. This will be my permanent stay when I visit London.
Location is really just perfect, close to Victoria station so you can explore the whole city. Room was big, and comfy even though not fully soundproof, and lacking a mini fridge as well as some commodities they were empty and not refilled.
This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English. Check-in was smooth, and because we participated in their eco-friendly program, we received a voucher for the lobby bar. The hotel's fragrance was wonderful and instantly soothed days of fatigue. Then, the...
This is an established four-star hotel near Victoria Station. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of the station, making it easy to get around the city or catch the Gatwick Express. The facilities are a bit old, showing the hotel's age, and the carpets definitely bear the marks of time. However, it's very well-equipped with a bar, restaurant, and banquet hall. The hallways are...

We had a wonderful time staying at The Savoy. All the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Thomas, Roland, Ines and Belinder for their warmth, attention to detail and professionalism. I look forward to my next visit.
One of the best hotel stays I’ve had anywhere in the world. The service is exceptional, warm, natural and consistently at the highest level. The location is unbeatable and the river views from the suite are something special. Housekeeping was immaculate and every interaction with the team felt effortless and genuinely welcoming. A beautiful mix of heritage, atmosphere and world class hospitality. An...
Truly Excellent – Best Place for Special Events The Savoy is really and truly excellent—one of the best places for hosting or attending special events. From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, organised, and perfectly managed. The atmosphere is elegant, the décor is stunning, and every detail reflects class and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience, especially with the events...
We have recently enjoyed an overnight stay at The Savoy to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. Whilst it might be expected that a hotel of its calibre would demonstrate exemplary service in all areas, it does not always mean that it is demonstrated. We would, however, like to congratulate the hotel on exceeding our expectations in all areas. We were warmly greeted by Ayesha on our arrival...
After enjoying a wonderful night at the theatre in London, we headed to The Savoy for a drink. We arrived rather late at the American Bar and without a reservation. Peter, the host, welcomed us with remarkable warmth and offered us an excellent table. Although the kitchen had already closed, the lovely young woman who served us proved to be a true hostess. She seemed to “read” our appetite and, with...

Loved this place tho my visit was short. Staff made all the difference! Nalin, who was at the front desk when I checked in made it feel like I was visiting a relative than just staying a night in one of the busiest cities in the world. Thank you so much. Will definitely return here in future visits. Proximity to EVERYTHING was incredibly convenient as well.
Amazing location and beautiful lobby. Friendly staff and was generally very happy with our stay. They have a lounge and free tea and coffee and it was warm and comfortable. The bed was great and I want to buy the pillows. Only thing I noticed was that the person who does the maintenance shouldn’t. See for your selves but that gorgeous old building needs someone who is careful and precise. Some parts...
I stay here often for work and have also brought my family on several occasions. This has everything you want in a hotel - reasonably priced, centrally located, two great food options on site and a bar, and a lounge with coffee all day. But what keeps me coming back is the staff - they are all best-in-class. Amazingly accommodating, always attentive, friendly, patient and willing to go out of their...
My brother and I booked Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square for New Year, staying from 30th December to 2nd January. We chose this hotel mainly because of its location, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. Everything is nearby, and I genuinely believe it’s one of the best places to stay in London. The hotel looks very classy, with beautiful architecture. It’s neat, clean, and well maintained...
Excellent hotel, very central and super easy to get around from. Everything is close by, which makes sightseeing really convenient. It is a bit pricey, but honestly it makes sense because the place feels genuinely luxurious. Comfortable rooms, great atmosphere, and overall a high-quality stay. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for comfort in a prime location.
Great, good ambiance, a lot of delicious food, and a good location.

Very good hotel I will come again
The hotel is clean and in a very good location. The prices are a little high. The room phone was broken.
The scenery is also very good. Very good and very satisfied. 👍
Why give it half a star for service! It's simply outrageous! A waiter suddenly broke into the room at around 9pm local time? We two girls were lying on the bed, browsing our phones and getting ready to go to sleep, both wearing only tops. Suddenly I jumped out of bed and asked who he was and why he came in! Lovely staff and excellent services. Breakfast was amazing. My little girl enjoyed the fox trail.
I stayed for four nights during Christmas season. The breakfast buffet is good with options of hot food and salad. There is a gym and poor that I didn’t try but I always see other guest swimming. The room is modern style with deemed light. There is not much in mini bar but enough for us.
the location takes a little bit walk to the underground station. And the dust in the room is a bit annoying
Room: Double family room, very spacious and comfortable. We could easily open three suitcases. The bathroom was also very large. Cleanliness: Cleaned promptly every day. Minibar: Restocked regularly with a good variety of complimentary drinks. Breakfast: Offered Chinese options like congee and oatmeal, as well as a traditional English breakfast. The coffee was rich, and there was a great selection...
Great hotel. Brilliant location and staff
Staying at a Hilton generally doesn't disappoint. The breakfast offered a small selection of Chinese dishes, which was a nice surprise, though nothing exceptional. A real bonus was having several Chinese restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The location is also quite good, with many nearby attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away.

The welcoming from the Doug on arrival is always like your family. Checking in fast and quick with prosecco. We asked for a city view room which was dealt with our second night and the views are great. We also received a free breakfast upgrade for our hotel stay, which was another bonus to our stay. The staff were amazing as usual and the last time we stayed was 5 years ago and they remembered us....
Great location and lovely rooms, awkward having steps in the bathroom and too much additional furniture in the rooms making moving around what should be a spacious room more difficult! Lovely to get welcome drink too!
Everything was lovely. Thank you all.
We were on our honeymoon, and we sent word ahead of us that this was a special trip and the Waldorf really delivered a spectacular stay with perfect location, which included walking distance to the theatre in the evening. A very charming hotel in an excellent location, close to buses, the metro, and the train. Excellent service, a fairly large room for central London. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere. We would be happy to stay there again.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I had to carry two suitcases up and down three times before finally getting a usable room. • The first room I was assigned had the TV on, an unmade bed, and leftover food on the table. It appeared to be already occupied — possibly a double check-in. • The second room could not be opened at all. I suspect this may also have been a double check...
our trip to the gantry was amazing! first time in london and very sad to be leaving. the room was absolutely stunning looking out onto lovely skyscraper buildings. the staff were absolutely lovely and it’s very close to public transport. will definitely be back again!
The room was exceptionally good, clean, and hygienic. What truly impressed me was the provision of disposable slippers – a wonderful touch! The hotel service was also excellent, very accommodating to guests' needs. Plus, the transportation nearby is super convenient.
The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were good, bright, and new. However, the location is a bit out of the way, not ideal for those planning to visit museums. Luckily, there's a subway station right across the street (about a 5-minute walk). The first room they gave us was at the end of the hall, which felt a bit off from the start, and the toilet wasn't clean. The front desk later moved us...
This hotel was in a great location and easily accessible from Stratford International station. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard and staff are extremely helpful. I would definitely book again !
This hotel is relatively new, located right next to Stratford International station and the Westfield shopping center, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. If you walk a bit further west, there's also a green park. It's quite recommended for business travelers or tourists in London who aren't in a hurry to see all the sights.

The location couldn't be better, right next to all of London's attractions! It's a shame I couldn't fully enjoy this great location since I was there for a business trip.
My husband and I, along with our middle school-aged child, took a family trip to London as a group of three. Enjoyed our stay in London! Just wished maybe we could’ve got a window view or a window. Beside that everything else was very good
Newly renovated and very clean, definitely worth trying.
Unfortunately our room’s window was completely taped under the construction and 2 out 3 lifts were out of service… Location is good and room is cozy enough. Bed is slightly smaller for two people though.
The room was in the basement with no windows. The rooms advertised online were showed windows. This meant the room was extremely stiff and warm. We found a cockroach in the bathroom which we reported to staff, no gesture was offered, only a quick apology. The location was great, however.
Very good Location near Hyde Park and walking distance to marble arch/Oxford Street. Nice neighbourhood. Internet didn’t work in the room.
