I came here off of a recommendation and this trip was horrible! When I first got to the hotel, the first room they had me in, things were missing and the racks in the closet was broken … also when I turned the water on, dirty water was coming out the sink so I asked to get my room changed. They put me in another room which was somewhat better until I went to use the restroom and dirty water came up to surface!!!! I’m like oh my god you have to be kidding me because I already unpacked. So I ended up having to change my room again, this one was an upgrade and a lot better they gave me complimentary champagne which was nice but the night before my last night housekeeping put dirty sheets on the bed!!! At this point, I was too thru and wanted this trip to be over! Then I went to checkout and they tried to change their story when they mentioned I would be getting a $200 credit for my room .. little did I know that $200 credit was for the pool only!! What am I going to buy at the pool worth $200 .. that was bull because whoever I spoke to prior didn’t mention anything about a pool! After going back and forth with the front desk and supervisor finally they had enough sense to take off the resort fees as well as the resort fees and extra charges from another room I had booked! I will never ever stay at this establishment again!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this had to have been the worst experience I ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Definitely not a 4 star hotel and their beds are super uncomfortable! I was hoping for the better but it just kept getting worse! I also emailed the front desk with these photos! They need to update their eetablishment! People are paying their hard earned money not to stay in a place that keeps falling apart!
