Hotel Boutique 18 in Miami Beach

I have mixed reviews about this hotel it’s really close to the beach restaurants and shopping the hotel itself could have been a bit cleaner it’s actually smaller than it looks in the pictures housekeeping was really nice left towels everyday Lourdes at the front desk was super nice and pleasant to talk to they charge a 250 deposit on top of a 118 resort fee so I would come prepared with funds overall a decent hotel i would stay again

We had some issues right off the bat. Coming from toronto to Miami in the evening we had to wait an hour for the concierge to come to check us in. During that time we had to sit on the staircase of the hotel with all out suitcases at 9pm in an unfamiliar area it was quite unsettling. Once we finally made it into our rooms it was NOTHING like the picture it was significantly smaller even though we chose the biggest rm during booking. Additionally the bedsheets were stained one of the lights were not working there was just one issue after another. We called the concierge who gave us so much attitude was rude and did not want to help. When he finally came to our room to see the problems we felt really uncomfortable because he was blocking the exit and we were three girls and he was speaking to us so disrespectfully. In the end we got our sheets changed and just dealt with the situation because we were only there for a few days.
