A conceptual eco-hotel, no frills, vegetarian breakfasts, but there are several great cafes nearby with a variety of cuisines. The only downside is the poor soundproofing in the room. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hot water was unstable but very clean. The lady at the counter was very attentive.

The hotel is generally quiet and beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. I stayed there for about 10 days, which is why I have such a wonderful impression of the hotel. I didn't encounter any problems. Thank you to all the staff there.

It's quite old, the transportation is convenient, and the breakfast is simple.

The location is very downtown, and the internet celebrity shop is bon! It is in the community behind the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions and bazaars. The front desk speaks very good English. The room is relatively quiet. It is decorated in the style of Soviet veteran cadres in the 1990s. The facilities are relatively old but in good working order.

It's clean and has good air conditioning, but the gym is old.

The food is excellent. However, there are issues with the shower and heating, and the service isn't great either.

Overall stay was perfect but it's a Standard Hotel and also not have some amenities.

The facilities were excellent, and I had a very relaxing stay! The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including local traditional sweets. The complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch for travelers.

Decent hotel. However, the breakfast was meager and Wi-Fi was only available at the reception. No Wi-Fi in the room.

The room itself is quite decent. Electronic key card entry. The linens were clean and odorless, and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a kettle, soap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The value for money is excellent. The biggest issue is the almost complete lack of internet and the staff's indifference to fixing it.

Everything was clean, tidy, and the staff were very polite. I'm happy with my choice!

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel but overall nice hotel, the price is affordable no problem with hot water and the rooms are modern

Nice place, the location a little bit poor but it's surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, night clubs. The hotel is family owned and run by them. It means no proper hotel manegement. Still it's good one.

A good hotel if you need all the amenities. Location is good, breakfast too. Of the minuses, only a hair dryer in the room, which is impossible to dry your head. Everything else is on the level.

I would say it's a much better hotel than the last one. I stayed in at least the ac was cooling, and the rooms stayed cooler walking distance to Seoul Mun and other attractions

We had a room with three beds for two people, so it was quite large, with a fridge and air conditioning. The WiFi worked very well. Lake park hotel is located in a nice part of Tashkent city just 50 meters away from the a splendid city park and entertainment center. Even with a short notice hotel offered me a stay for a really nice price. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. It is very good hotel for those who like quite atmosphere and nature views. Located just near the National Park and away from city noise.

Probably the best hostel in Tashkent. The buffet breakfast is amazing. A good selection of freshly made and healthy options. The room has AC and there is a pool and good sized common area. Te hotel has a convenient and accessible location where you can reach the airport, train stations and some major attractions within 20 minutes. Breakfast is okay. We booked a large double room but turns out the hotel gave us a twin room.h

Hi guys, I stayed a couple of days in Topchan hostel. Location is very good, There are market, restaurants and cafe Servise is very good, especially Azizbek and Husan in front desk they're so friendly and helpful, rooms are so good and breakfast is Amazing and so delicious. This is my second stay here so i really recommend you guys.

Very clean, wooden floors polished to a shine. The public space is large and the breakfast is good. There is a small yard where you can get some fresh air. The location is a bit remote, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It’s particularly bad. It’s a scam. There are many better options in Tashkent.

Nice and cozy hotel in very good location, with lots of restaurants and hotels. Rooms are clean, though a bit small and a bit old. There is a swimming pool and a little garden, there's a waiting room, if you got there earlier.

It was one of my amazing trip with this hotel and personals thans SV Hotel for help. And i would like to recomend all of tourists which is visiting to Tashkent.

I am always grateful for everything being great... everything works great in the hotel without any problems... The administrator is friendly. The rooms are relatively clean. The cost of a standard double room on 15.08.2022 250,000 soums (about 11,000 tenge for two people) and a junior suite 300,000 soums (about 13,500 tenge). There is air conditioning and TV. Breakfast is not included in the price, and even worse is that there is no way to have breakfast, or at least your own dining room. There are similarities...

Amazing new hotel in Taskent from Accor group, service is very good, close to the airport, train station and city centre as well. The breakfast has plenty of options. The hotel also has 2 indoor swimming pools.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very kind. Especially Jakhongir, who was extremely friendly and made my first visit to Uzbekistan a great experience. Thanks to him, I will have very good memories of this trip. I would definitely like to visit again.

Not as expected Room smelled of cigarettes, and the washroom also had a bad odor. Listed as a double bed but was actually two single beds joined with a gap—very uncomfortable. Initially refused online payment, saying the machine wasn’t working, though it eventually went through as we were not having cash.

We just returned in April 2025 and had great experience in everything this hotel provide with very spacious rooms. One of the least expensive rooms we could find for our short stays in Tashkent, and honestly it's great value for money. It's walking distance from a nice pizzeria called Moscow Pizza, and there's a good Korzinka The room was quiet, well kept and had a nice touch of purple velvet. The room was huge and had a sitting area. There was also a balcony. The hotel provided free transport to and from the airport. A 24-hour market and a very good Turkish restaurant were half a block away. The room was very clean but not the bathroom. It seemed it was used by others. The shower and toilet shared the space. When taking a shower, water was everywhere. Also, poor drainage in the shower....

Very good guest house. It's in the central part of the city (not far from the TV tower), yet on a quiet street. The nearest metro station Bodomzor is a 15-min. walk away. The nearest supermarket is a 5-min. walk away. There are plenty of places to eat within 15 min. on foot. The room was huge and very clean.
