A conceptual eco-hotel, no frills, vegetarian breakfasts, but there are several great cafes nearby with a variety of cuisines. The only downside is the poor soundproofing in the room. Thank you for your hospitality.
You'll have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. I book a single bedroomd on the 3rd floor, but was given a triple room on the 2nd floor. I think it was less cozy than the pictures in my booking details. There was no coat rack and shoe rack at the entrance. Got some noise from hall and cigarette smell in the bathroom. The bed and pillow are not very comfortable. The night light didn't work, and I...
The hot water was unstable but very clean. The lady at the counter was very attentive.
The hotel is generally quiet and beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. I stayed there for about 10 days, which is why I have such a wonderful impression of the hotel. I didn't encounter any problems. Thank you to all the staff there.
It's quite old, the transportation is convenient, and the breakfast is simple.
One of the best options to stay in Tashkent, great staff!
I will choose this place again next time I go to Tashkent
The location is very downtown, and the internet celebrity shop is bon! It is in the community behind the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions and bazaars. The front desk speaks very good English. The room is relatively quiet. It is decorated in the style of Soviet veteran cadres in the 1990s. The facilities are relatively old but in good working order.
It's clean and has good air conditioning, but the gym is old.
The food is excellent. However, there are issues with the shower and heating, and the service isn't great either.
Overall stay was perfect but it's a Standard Hotel and also not have some amenities.
The facilities were excellent, and I had a very relaxing stay! The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including local traditional sweets. The complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch for travelers.
Decent hotel. However, the breakfast was meager and Wi-Fi was only available at the reception. No Wi-Fi in the room.
The room itself is quite decent. Electronic key card entry. The linens were clean and odorless, and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a kettle, soap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The value for money is excellent.
The biggest issue is the almost complete lack of internet and the staff's indifference to fixing it.
Everything was clean, tidy, and the staff were very polite. I'm happy with my choice!
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel but overall nice hotel, the price is affordable no problem with hot water and the rooms are modern
Great location
Liked · It is close to the metro, and a great location in the city.
Disliked · The electrical outlet are behind the pillow. The breakfast could be improved.
It is good for turists but not for business stay. It is near to city center.. i believe it is okay for low budget..
Beautifully maintained hotel in a classic building.
We stayed our first night in Uzbekistan here and we were really impressed by the friendliness & helpfulness of all the personnel!
Fabulous property: extremely welcoming, hospitable, highly professional team and receptionists are quite fluent in English & ready to assit in any possible way; nice, spacious, soundproof room with all the amenities; supercomfy bed, quite A/C, small but very useful fridge, free bottled water changed/replenished daily; amazing bathroom: spacious and well-equipped; an excellent courtyard with roses...
We stayed at the hotel for a week and felt fantastic! A great, clean room with a balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. The room had all the amenities: toiletries, tea, instant coffee (but brewed coffee was always available in the breakfast area), a kettle, and bottled water was always provided according to the number of guests, with more provided if we needed more. Slippers and robes were...
Overall experience was very good.
Whole site from lobby over rooms, bathrooms to (even) spa was neat tidy
Employees ready to help you with any issue (speak english as well).
24/7 receptionist there for you.
Comfortable beds, big bathrooms in italian style (nice showerheads).
Beautiful front yard with traditional beds to lay on.
In the surrounding area of the hotel you can find several restaurants...
Nice place, the location a little bit poor but it's surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, night clubs. The hotel is family owned and run by them. It means no proper hotel manegement. Still it's good one.
Only the excellent staff and the nightly rate compelled me to give this hotel a 4. The staff was very competent and friendly. Very! And the price for a room with air conditioning (which works in the summer!!), a refrigerator, a shower, and a bed was 30 💶 euros. The rooms were, to put it mildly, "tired." The bathroom was also not "exciting"!!! But! I repeat! The staff was beyond praise. One employee...
A good hotel if you need all the amenities. Location is good, breakfast too. Of the minuses, only a hair dryer in the room, which is impossible to dry your head. Everything else is on the level.
All is well, but alas, the smell of cigarettes spoils everything
I would say it's a much better hotel than the last one. I stayed in at least the ac was cooling, and the rooms stayed cooler walking distance to Seoul Mun and other attractions
We had a room with three beds for two people, so it was quite large, with a fridge and air conditioning. The WiFi worked very well. The bathroom wasn't very large but very clean, with a marble and glass shower cubicle. The mattress was firm and the pillows a bit high, but we slept well and it was quite quiet. The curtains let in a bit too much light. The view wasn't, let's say, unforgettable. I can...
Lake park hotel is located in a nice part of Tashkent city just 50 meters away from the a splendid city park and entertainment center.
Even with a short notice hotel offered me a stay for a really nice price. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The room I was provided is equipped with everything a tourist requires: clean bathroom, air conditioning and good bed.
I would recommend this hotel...
Very good stay. Housekeeping crew is very charming.
Cooperating crew.
3 star good hotel, I am spending my time in this hotel
It is very good hotel for those who like quite atmosphere and nature views. Located just near the National Park and away from city noise.
Probably the best hostel in Tashkent. The buffet breakfast is amazing. A good selection of freshly made and healthy options. The room has AC and there is a pool and good sized common area. Everything was cleaned consistently and their is on-site secure parking. Staff are great too. Would recommend 110%
The staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect — close to major attractions, yet in a quiet area that allowed us to unwind peacefully.
Lovely quaint hotel around 2 1/2 miles from the railway station and 3/4 of a mile from the nearest metro. Very attentive staff, nice little breakfast and a decent room. Certainly excellent value for money.
Good location. It's in a quiet neighborhood, not close to most attractions in the city but public transport is accessible (the nearest Metro is about a 15 minute walk away). Friendly and helpful staff, the Wi-Fi works perfectly, and there are no bunk beds in the dorm rooms :) it's a really social hostel too, a lot of backpackers/ travelers stay here. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and it had a...
Clean rooms, extremely clean bathrooms, lovely lounge space and good breakfast make this a great hostel in Tashkent. Metro station is only 500 meters away and the hostel is located in a quite neighbourhood. App based cabs and food delivery is easily available and it is extremely safe at night. I was only disappointed becasue they didn't accept card. I stayed there twice in span of 10 days and both...
rooms are tiny... beds are very very firm and not that comfortable. noise can be a problem from nearby businesses. There are rooms, where your bathroom is down the hall. I had one such room. very cheap, it was clean, but, the drapes didnt cover the whole window, and you had another hotel right across the street, not 40 feet away, so privacy is an issue.
the breakfast was at least moderately decent...
it could be a great hotel , there are things unclear , I booked a large double room and I've got the smallest room available , where you could hit ceiling with your head. luckily after my complain I've got the regular room but I've lost 2 of my 4 days. location is good , breakfast unfortunately the worst I've got in my trip in Uzbekistan, hotel overall is beautiful, thsy really need to take things...
The hotel lives up to its price.
Te hotel has a convenient and accessible location where you can reach the airport, train stations and some major attractions within 20 minutes. Breakfast is okay. We booked a large double room but turns out the hotel gave us a twin room.h
Very good breakfast. Reception was very helpful and speak good English
Excellent hotel. We loved everything about it.
The only thing is the price online was different from the price on-site.
I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and fresh every morning. I’d definitely come back again!
I love the fact it’s only 2 minutes down the road from the best bar in Tashkent, (Tashkent tavern) rooms are decent, it’s a well run hostel with friendly faces. The only thing I’d improve is the common areas. There is a great common area upstairs but it always had people sleeping there so other backpackers would either just stay in their rooms or sit on the uncomfortable chairs downstairs by the front...
The room was okay and although you could not control the AC it turned off around 3am. The bathrooms were not the cleaniest and there is only a couple of showers for the whole hostel (without lights). However, our main issue came as night. There were people making loud noises, giggling and screaming up to day time, among these people there were some of the guys working at the hostel. We kindly ask him...
Hi guys, I stayed a couple of days in Topchan hostel. Location is very good, There are market, restaurants and cafe Servise is very good, especially Azizbek and Husan in front desk they're so friendly and helpful, rooms are so good and breakfast is Amazing and so delicious. This is my second stay here so i really recommend you guys.
Very clean, wooden floors polished to a shine. The public space is large and the breakfast is good. There is a small yard where you can get some fresh air. The location is a bit remote, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
It’s particularly bad. It’s a scam. There are many better options in Tashkent.
Great place with beautiful room at this cost, owner mehaboba was great also roof top bar guys book it
Rooms and service is very good price is reasonable brakefast is fabulous 👌
Mr.Rajabboy.
HUSSAIN MURAD
Nice and cozy hotel in very good location, with lots of restaurants and hotels. Rooms are clean, though a bit small and a bit old. There is a swimming pool and a little garden, there's a waiting room, if you got there earlier.
It was one of my amazing trip with this hotel and personals thans SV Hotel for help. And i would like to recomend all of tourists which is visiting to Tashkent.
3 star or below hotel. During 6 days stay there was no room service no cleaning not even change the towels.
Nice hotel. Not expensive. Staff is friendly no complaints. Kettles is not available in the room, TV set is not working properly only few channels available, can be easily improved. Location is great, lots of restaurant available around. Recommended!
Employees are really good and polite!
The rooms are clean and nice.
Special thanks to Bekzod, who guided us! Don't hesitate to stay here.
I am always grateful for everything being great... everything works great in the hotel without any problems... I had a good rest... it's a shame I settled everything and left Tashkent... next time I will only come here with my relatives... the price is ok and the service is not bad... and if anyone doesn't like it, let them rest in another more expensive hotel... respect and admiration to the owner...
Why not write if everything was good? We arrived, relaxed, and the young people who work with bags helped us to our room. They explained everything and everything, for which I am very grateful. I didn't think everything would be so good. Thank you very much for caring about your guests.
The administrator is friendly. The rooms are relatively clean. The cost of a standard double room on 15.08.2022 250,000 soums (about 11,000 tenge for two people) and a junior suite 300,000 soums (about 13,500 tenge). There is air conditioning and TV. Breakfast is not included in the price, and even worse is that there is no way to have breakfast, or at least your own dining room. There are similarities...
All facilities is good and the behavior of the whole staff is very nice.. 👍👍
Amazing new hotel in Taskent from Accor group, service is very good, close to the airport, train station and city centre as well. The breakfast has plenty of options. The hotel also has 2 indoor swimming pools.
Really good experience in this hotel with clean room and delicious breakfast. Also, very good service from the crew, especially Makhmud, helped us for double checking our train station for 20min, really enthusiastic, warm and patient!
Highly recommend this hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel! The restaurant area is beautifully decorated, making every meal feel special. I also loved the courtyard and the overall exterior of the hotel—it feels very premium and well-maintained. The staff were professional, and the location is great. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Tashkent!
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very kind.
Especially Jakhongir, who was extremely friendly and made my first visit to Uzbekistan a great experience.
Thanks to him, I will have very good memories of this trip.
I would definitely like to visit again.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was large with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast could use some improvement.
Not as expected
Room smelled of cigarettes, and the washroom also had a bad odor. Listed as a double bed but was actually two single beds joined with a gap—very uncomfortable. Initially refused online payment, saying the machine wasn’t working, though it eventually went through as we were not having cash.
We just returned in April 2025 and had great experience in everything this hotel provide with very spacious rooms. Nice ambience close to city life and Next Mall and Seoul Mun and of course Magic City for fantastic hang out. All staff especially Mohi and Elbek were very cooperative. Value for money and highly recommended. Thank you everyone. Also they provide Airport pick up service which was hassle...
One of the least expensive rooms we could find for our short stays in Tashkent, and honestly it's great value for money. It's walking distance from a nice pizzeria called Moscow Pizza, and there's a good Korzinka The room was quiet, well kept and had a nice touch of purple velvet. There was decent room heating, a hot water kettle and despite an issue with hot water in the bathroom, that got fixed...
Tashkent for a night
Staff was helpful with the shuttle. It has a hostel feel but was clean. 11th floor and the freight elevator is larger and faster than the people elevator. Good location for airport train. A bit further from downtown
My room was beautiful, with real wood floors, and a wooden chest of drawers. I had a large tiled bathroom all to myself with a walk in shower and a tub. The rest of the premises also have wood floors, parquet or panels. The kitchen had plenty of seating for the filling breakfast you could order. In addition there was a common area with a lovely large table and more wooden cabinets. The location is...
Good price but 18 min walk to Metro(subway) station.
Not easy to find. Water heater for shower should be hooked up and not left for customers to figure out how to get to work.
My stay at this new hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!
The room was huge and had a sitting area. There was also a balcony. The hotel provided free transport to and from the airport. A 24-hour market and a very good Turkish restaurant were half a block away. The room was very clean but not the bathroom. It seemed it was used by others. The shower and toilet shared the space. When taking a shower, water was everywhere. Also, poor drainage in the shower....
Very convenient ✅
Good price 💵
Nice service 🙂
Thank you, we will definitely come again 🤝
Very good guest house. It's in the central part of the city (not far from the TV tower), yet on a quiet street.
The nearest metro station Bodomzor is a 15-min. walk away. The nearest supermarket is a 5-min. walk away. There are plenty of places to eat within 15 min. on foot.
The room was huge and very clean.
Nice hotel close to the airport. The swimming pool (with separated men-women timetables) is really nice. The only thing is the exchange rate they apply on the payment. Be careful with it.
The hotel is brand new and whilst it’s mostly completed there is still work to be done. The place has potential to be good but isn’t there yet.
Positives: free airport pick up, staff were polite and tried to help when asked. The location is good being 15-20 min car drive from the centre. The gym is also large and modern. The room we had was clean.
Cons: The AC machine in our room was far too small...
Very good, clean and cozy hotel. They have delicious breakfast, and everything you need in a room.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, family with 2 kids.
Location is good, peaceful, nice sidewalks to walk, bakery across the street, big supermarket next to it.
There are fast food, pharmacy and nice Turkish restaurant around.
Room, we stayed in double standard room where 2 single beds were attached, and additional mattress was provided. Photos match reality.
Staff, speaks Russian and English....
very convenient, peaceful place, excellent service and very convenient prices 👍👍👍😎
