Average hotel for the price locstion is nice. But they need to put more efforts on cleaning.
I stayed in the hotel for few nights but cleaning was so so and room get too much noise from other rooms or corridors. Breakfast was okay for the price.
Room tv wasnt working.
There were hairs on bed and toilet floor.
Ac wasnt working.
A retro hotel in the truest sense of the word! The rooms are incredibly spacious!
My stay at Retro Palace was a pleasant and memorable experience overall. The hotel offers a charming blend of classic design and modern comfort, making it a great choice for travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any requests, which immediately created a positive first impression.
The room was clean...
The front desk staff were incredibly patient, and the room was clean and tidy. It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely be back next time!
The room had incandescent lights. As always, it was clean and the front desk service was excellent.
It was convenient to have a 24-hour front desk, allowing me to rest between flights. The bed was comfortable, though some might find it a bit firm. My room had a window facing a quiet courtyard, and there are also windowless options available. The breakfast was sufficient, offering porridge, eggs, vegetable salad, and various local pastries.
On the downside, there was no water in the area, so I couldn...
This hotel is located in a residential area, so it offers great value for money. What I liked most was that the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. They even recommended a really delicious restaurant to me.
Great place—quiet, calm, clean, delicious breakfasts. My room had a balcony. I booked it for a day, as I was transiting through. It's close to the airport, 4 km. A taxi is only 150 rubles.
Great and clean place with breakfast services, its cheap also.
Rooms are ok,but no phone calls for room service and breakfast is poor too
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It’s the perfect choice for travelers who are looking for a mid-range budget without compromising on comfort and quality. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and designed to make you feel right at home.
What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything...
On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable. The room was completely soundproof, and the newcomers next door were noisy and loud in the middle of the night. Even after I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't address the issue. The staff are completely hired from outside...
Great little hotel for a couple of nights. Enjoyed use of the pool and steam room. Only thing was my room was slightly tight, and I didn’t have any water in there - but overall, great stay and lovely staff.
The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff is very attentive. Although the communication language is not fluent, they still explain it to us patiently. Thumbs up.
Excellent hotel that assisted me with sim card and also exchange currency at a decent rate when the bank was closed. Friendly, clean and located in an excellent location. Restaurants, grocery store and mall all within walking distance. Stayed for 15 days and was an excellent stay. Breakfast was prepared daily and they even stayed open beyond the 10am time for late sleepers. Will def. stay here again...
Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The staff are welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is excellent – a good variety of tasty food. My only minor complaint was that some guests from China were smoking right by the doors, and the smoke would waft inside. On the plus side, laundry and ironing are free, and there's a great little cafe about 500 meters away that serves delicious plov and shashlik.
Good place to stay. Clean rooms. Good Breakfast. Location is 👍
I booked a comfort room with one queen-size bed for 2 nights. However, I was checked into a room with two single beds next to the elevator, and they claimed there were no comfort rooms available. I asked to switch rooms to avoid the elevator noise, and they moved me. In the new room, the window facing the street wouldn't close. I stayed there for one night. The next day, I was moved to a room with...
Very good hotel, great location and great breakfast. They have many selection for the food and the room is very clean and has a lot of ammenities. The staf is very friendly and helpful in showing me the train station
The room exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with everything tasting fresh. But the best part was the hotel staff! They were incredibly helpful with everything, from printing documents to answering any questions I had, and their attitude was absolutely superb. The hotel's location is also excellent. I'm very satisfied! 👍🏽
The room is quite spacious with two large beds.
Amenities: Breakfast is provided. If the owner, Brother Jia, hasn't had too much to drink the night before, he'll personally make a Chinese breakfast, which could be noodles, congee, or stir-fried dishes – it varies. Make sure not to go later than 8 AM, or it'll all be gone, and you'll only have Western breakfast left.
Cleanliness: It's quite clean...
Excellent hotel, the owner is friendly, our room had access to the veranda, in the evening you can sit at the tables and watch the hustle and bustle of the city, everything is very decent and clean, thank you!
It's about a 10-minute walk from the exhibition hall; just around the corner.
Everything is top notch. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in all of Tashkent. 1000 out of 5 stars.
Juda yaxshi mehmon hona shaxar markazida . Honasi juda toza
Very good hotel, and not expensive. Service at the highest level. Breakfasts are edible, varied. Young people at the reception are always ready to help.......and call a taxi and suggest something. Marzhona, Akhmad.....I miss you already. I will definitely go back there
The Rasoda hotel is well located, the rooms are well equipped and clean, the laundry service is efficient. Good breakfast.
The team is very welcoming. Thanks to Jakhongir for his kindness. I recommend this hotel.
Wide rooms, quite, good breakfast and not far from the center of the city
Clean new and decent breakfast choice although some parts were old and some fruit rotten
Room was small but comfy
The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night.
The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.
Very clean, modern hotel with amazing breakfast !!
The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the best atmosphere
Very conveniently located close to airport. Very clean. Welcoming staff.
I booked this hotel for someone else. I did not stay here
Hotel with friendly staff , vending machihe available with soft drinks. Personell is helping items required. Nearby allocated restaurants. Place is silent with nice inner garden, unfortunately fountains were not working but nevertheless in evening you can sit outside and enjoy warm weather
Love this place cheap and well-kept, staying here at the moment:)
Good hotel, stayed here several times since 2010, so car, there is any claim
Comfortable situation and good place for having rest for few days
The room ewas big and very clean. The staff was good. The breakfast wasn't in our taste was more for Asian people.
soundproof needs to be improved which is a bit annoying in the morning.
Fantastic hotel! They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services. The rooms are spacious, and the owner, who is Chinese, is very accommodating. It's a great option for those looking for a comfortable rest near the airport. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very clean.
Hotel was clean and has a good location if you want a quiet area away from the hustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have vendo machines and a really good restaurant too. Wasn't able to post much photos as we were dead tired but good thing the place helped us to be well rested.
Not far from the airport or high-speed train station. You can arrange airport pick-up with the owner, and they'll send a car to pick you up after you land, which is very convenient. The hotel isn't on the main road, so it's quite quiet at night. I had an early train the next morning, so I missed breakfast. It's a shame because, from what I read in reviews, it's supposed to suit Chinese tastes.
My adult daughter and I went to Tashkent for a few days. We got the room with two single beds. We were happy to discover it had a separate living area with a sofa and TV. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. They provided transportation back to the airport at 3:30 a.m. The breakfast was also very nice. It included Chinese, Uzbek and European choices. The only thing I would...
The room was more spacious than I expected, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene details were excellent. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and quickly brought nail clippers even in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted good. I'd suggest adding a shelf in the bathroom...
Close to Tashkent Airport, a good clean and cozy hotel, with a perfectly acceptable price.
The hotel is super! We stayed for 5 days. It's located in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the airport, with all necessary amenities nearby: 15 minutes to the metro, bus stops close by, and about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff is very polite and courteous. The room was clean, tidied daily, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is very well-maintained with a pleasant interior...
All good!!! Good staff! Friendly workers!
Pleasant hotel with a light breakfast (unlikely to fill you up though). I had two issues – first, the key wouldn't open the room, but that was sorted out. Then, I found the AC wasn't working, but I was too tired to deal with it at that point.
They took quite a while to inspect the room after check-out.
Bear in mind that the price does not include the tourist tax.
The place where you want to come back again. Clean and fresh rooms. So welcoming staff. Breakfast is fresh and delicious.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for.
The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet enough to relax. Breakfast...
Its a good hotel to stay but not for those who is willing to stay at 5 stars hotel but yeah it is quite normal but you can find more good options for the price of this hotel.
Neat and clean, modern, and well designed hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Staff is prompt. Amenities are good.
Breakfast spread is lavish but lacks taste. Most of the dishes were cold items. Only porridge and fried eggs were warm.
Location is not too great - not within walking distance to the city's attractions.
Expensive for what it offers.
I was surprised by the staff's high level of Korean proficiency.
Breakfast was on par with hotel breakfasts.
It was a great experience to sample a variety of Tashkhand's famous fruits all at once.
The bathroom had strong water pressure, making for a pleasant shower.
The soundproofing in the guest room was excellent.
10 minutes by car from the airport / Friendly reception / 2 free bottles of water / Spacious room / Bright lighting / Toothpaste and toothbrush provided / Very hard bed / Rough bed linen / No personal small safe
It's nice and clean, and the breakfast is delicious.
The hotel breakfast is Korean. The rooms are very spacious and convenient to use. There is a swimming pool and gym in the hotel. It was nice that the front desk staff could speak Korean.
Opened by Koreans, the breakfast is good and suits Asian tastes
Everything was fine. We stayed there for 1 night as we had an overnight layover. It's quite decent for a one or even two-night stay.
I don't quite understand why this hotel has such a high rating.
Pros:
1. Not far from the airport.
2. Friendly staff if you ask for something.
Cons:
1. Taxi drivers often confuse it with a neighboring hotel (about 100-150 meters apart), which also has flags. I had to carry my luggage. There's no clear sign for this hotel.
2. There's an active railway line right outside the window, and the double...
Excellent breakfast. Quick and easy to get to the airport. Everything was great!
Good hotel for our one night stay in Tashkent. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Room could use a little bit of upkeep as the walls looked a bit weathered. Hotel had a water dispenser which is always appreciated. Breakfast buffet was great and hotel staff were very nice. A bit further away from main city centre but very close walking distance to South Tashkent train station which is why we book this...
Amazingly high level of customer support and care. They provided great assistance to my family (a woman and three children) during their travel to the final destination.
This was our 4th hotel during our stay in Uzbekistan.Hotel location is very good ,close to railway station , airport and also you can catch buses near the hotel ,which will take you to the city .Breakfast had good variety . The room was spacious with comfortable bed and couch , however the couch needs vacuuming around the edges .As I am having OCD I ended up cleaning it myself .housekeeping needs...
The price was about RM131 per night, including breakfast for two and free airport pick-up.
The room was clean and comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi, stable hot water, a balcony, and a decent breakfast. The staff were helpful too.
One small thing though — when I booked through Booking.com, my room was upgraded from a double bed to a triple bed, so I expected a bigger room. But I still got a double bed room
False advertisement on Booking.com App hotel listed as: Lavanda Hotel Free Airport service
The room is great and with a fluffy bed, they kindly let me check in very early but beware that there is no airport shuttle. They reluctantly booked a compact car only after I arrived to the lobby and learned there was no shuttle, no due diligence for the actual time requested to leave. I had 2 suitcases, so...
Exceptional hotel close to Tashkent International Airport with modern, stylish rooms with all amenities. Has a functional gym and small swimming pool too. Free pickup or drop-off to airport. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Also great value. Highly recommend!
Perfect choice if you need to get to the airport and don’t want to risk the traffic jams in Tashkent. Many thanks for a great service! The pool is an excellent bonus. 🏊♀️
I stayed here for one night and had such a pleasant experience. They kindly allowed me to check in early, and while I waited just about 10 minutes for the room to be ready, the staff offered me a cup of tea — such a lovely gesture!
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Obviously the room is clean! Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and I really appreciated the free access...
We arrived in Tashkent late in the evening and were waiting for a hotel transfer, but no one met us. We had to call a taxi ourselves. We were checked in right away. The sheets and towels were noticeably yellowish. The carpet was stained, the floor was peeling, and the walls were cracked in places. There was an ant in the photo.
The room description said there should be a refrigerator, but there wasn...
I missed my flight and never arrived here
Great location. The hotel is supposedly non-smoking, but for some reason the rooms smelled of cigarettes. The smell was average. The rooms were a bit bare; I'd like a little more coziness. Overall, I liked it; it's fine for a couple of nights.
Pros: Great location, easy access to taxis and public transportation. Nearby are numerous supermarkets and restaurants. Free airport transfers are available. You can order Chinese food (the food is good and the prices are reasonable, and WeChat payment is accepted). Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Rooms are clean. The staff are locals, one of whom speaks some Chinese and can communicate via WeChat...
A decent hotel, more suitable for business trips, the accommodation conditions are quite average, and breakfast is OK. I recommend staying here for business trips. The train station is not far away
The photos are outdated here. This hotel is very nice and renovated. I liked it. Recommended.
Super hotel, great room. I recommend it to everyone. Good shower, soap, shampoo, everything is there.
Reception guy with the 🤓 was out of his mind , has no idea about people in the room which he said empty, not once 6 times he misgiven the keys to us
My first room faced the street, was noisy with cars, and wasn't properly cleaned, so I asked for a change. The room after the change was very spacious. I felt that the response from hotel staff varied from person to person. People who were pleasant responded well. You can take bus number 124 from the bus stop opposite the hotel to the nearest station, Bernie.
Everything was as expected, nice. Very responsive stuff.
It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
Bathroom: a full set of towels. Clean shower stall. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. The stall has several settings, but everything worked. Dental cleaning kits are also provided.
The room includes robes, slippers, a hairdryer, a flashlight, a sponge, and a shoe brush.
Safe
There's a TV, but I didn't understand...
Overall it's ok, the location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, the boss is from Wenzhou, the service is friendly and he knows how to do business, there is also a barber shop downstairs, but the room is small and the price is not cheap
The hotel is run by Chinese people. They are very welcoming and can help solve any problems. It is very good.
Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Good
Environment: Excellent
Service: Good attitude
The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including Chinese food and ramen.
I stayed 3 times in one year.. The hotel is really pretty good...
Tashkent, Abdulla Kaxxar ko'chasi 150 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very close to the airport, clean and comfortable to stay at.
Great stay near the airport. Staff are accommodating and helpful.
If you’re transiting through Tashkent, this is the place to stay. The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. Most importantly, it’s only a 5–10 minute drive from the airport, which made my transit completely stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone with an early flight!
A chain hotel in Uzbekistan. While being a little bit dated, the rooms are spacious and the AC works well. Good for the price.
It's a functional, no-frills hotel, typical of what you'd find in a county-level city in China. While it's advertised as being close to the airport, a railway actually cuts it off, meaning you have to walk a considerable detour to reach it. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, but as I was only staying for one night, I didn't make a fuss. Additionally, Chinese credit cards weren't easily accepted.
Comparable to a domestic Home Inn Business Hotel. It's close to the airport, making it convenient for transfers, only a five-minute drive. The bathroom was clean and basic, but there was no shower curtain or partition, which meant water splashed everywhere when showering. Breakfast was included, but since I had an early morning flight, they provided a takeaway box with just a juice and two slices of...
Good Hotel near the center of the city but I faced many issues during my stay. I booked a junior suite for one of the exhibitions I was attending and although the room was exactly as shown in the pictures I found many problems. 1. The room that I was allocated had a problem in the front door locking. Although it would lock but you had to push the frame outside to do so. 2. There was a TV but no Cable...
The hotel was clean, the room was adequate, and the bathroom was small and poorly lit. Of the three reception shifts and two waiter shifts, only one person spoke English. It was fine for one or two nights. The buffet breakfasts were good.
That was awesome, we were in winter, I really loved it, everywhere is clean cosy pleasant, the staff is expreamely polite, and also the pleasant smell in the rooms just it! The breakfast was so good That I gues I will remember it for quite a long time, for breky was everything you want, and of course that is for free! I swear of I get a chance I will go there one more time! But it is little expensive...
Pros of staying here:
Friendly staff
Relatively moderate prices for the place in the city center.
Cons:
Dirt on the water. You can put a clinex on the drainage and in ten minutes it will become brown of color. No wonder bath curtains are brown there.
Poor breakfast, made, i suppose with a dirty water.
I can recommend the hotel for a stay in Tashkent. The hotel is located in a quiet side road close to the centre and less than 10min walk to Minor subway station. The hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained. Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is ok, quite typically for the region. Great to have a sauna and small pool to relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room was nice, the location was great, and it was definitely worth a visit.
The location is excellent. Even though the hotel isn't in the center, it's not a problem at all. There's a taxi and metro nearby, so getting around is easy. The hotel is excellent, and we loved everything. Special thanks to the managers; we had a late checkout. Everything was resolved quickly. A special thank you to the restaurant staff; we were late for breakfast, but the food was excellent, even...
Wonderful new hotel in Tashkent. Great staff, helpful and friendly, very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.
Three star price but 4 stars value. It is clean, like newly built , has all the facilities as stated, lift and nice tower view and sun rise if right room requested. Fantastic and delicious breakfast. Location isn't in the city centre but few supermarkets and play centre are within walking distance and isn't too far from Chorsu market by taxi. One Besh quozon pilaf restaurant is just at the tv tower...
Very quiet and clean! It's a hotel run by Uzbeks, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating; I'm especially grateful!
The receptionist speaks English and doesn't understand much Chinese, but it didn't hinder communication. They have translation software! I stayed for two days and had a good experience!
I must mention: the breakfast was very plentiful
I don't have a phone to call reception from my room. I came down from the fourth floor to ask about the internet. There's only one bottle of water in the room 😮💨 (are you drinking tea or water?). I don't want to stifle you.)) But the internet isn't working properly.
They said, "We'll call a technician, but we can't promise it will be fixed today."
I wouldn't want to come back here again. No offense...
I'm very happy with my stay. it was very spacious with a high ceiling room , a very big and comfortable bed. The staff very polite and kind, they helped me with my health issue ,as I came sick. Special appreciation to a Manager who was very helpful and professionaly handled my situation! I'm looking forward to stay there in the future.
The location is a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap so it wasn't a problem.
The room was spacious for the price, very clean, and even included breakfast. The room was cleaned every day, and water was provided daily. Toothbrushes and razors were not provided in the room, but you can get some from the front desk.
The hotel has a great service staff and cosy rooms are always ready for guests. I recommend for everyone to stay at the hotel.
everything is of high quality, I recommend it to everyone, I can definitely say that you will not regret it, it has a great service
"My stay at ABIS hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also had a modern and fresh feel, making my stay incredibly comfortable.
The breakfast served at the hotel was undoubtedly the best I've had during my travels. The variety and quality of the food were simply outstanding, providing a great start to each day.
Security measures at the hotel were impressive...
