Average hotel for the price locstion is nice. But they need to put more efforts on cleaning.

I stayed in the hotel for few nights but cleaning was so so and room get too much noise from other rooms or corridors. Breakfast was okay for the price. Room tv wasnt working. There were hairs on bed and toilet floor. Ac wasnt working.

Excellent hotel that assisted me with sim card and also exchange currency at a decent rate when the bank was closed. Friendly, clean and located in an excellent location. Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The staff are welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is excellent – a good variety of tasty food. My only minor complaint was that some guests from China were smoking right by the doors, and the smoke would waft inside. On the plus side, laundry and ironing are free, and there's a great little cafe about 500 meters away that serves delicious plov and shashlik.

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

Pleasant hotel with a light breakfast (unlikely to fill you up though). I had two issues – first, the key wouldn't open the room, but that was sorted out. Then, I found the AC wasn't working, but I was too tired to deal with it at that point. They took quite a while to inspect the room after check-out. I was surprised by the staff's high level of Korean proficiency. Breakfast was on par with hotel breakfasts. It was a great experience to sample a variety of Tashkhand's famous fruits all at once. My first room faced the street, was noisy with cars, and wasn't properly cleaned, so I asked for a change. The room after the change was very spacious. I felt that the response from hotel staff varied from person to person. People who were pleasant responded well. You can take bus number 124 from the bus stop opposite the hotel to the nearest station, Bernie.

It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom: a full set of towels. Clean shower stall. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. The stall has several settings, but everything worked. Dental cleaning kits are also provided. The room includes robes, slippers, a hairdryer, a flashlight, a sponge, and a shoe brush. Overall it's ok, the location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, the boss is from Wenzhou, the service is friendly and he knows how to do business, there is also a barber shop downstairs, but the room is small and the price is not cheap

It's a functional, no-frills hotel, typical of what you'd find in a county-level city in China. While it's advertised as being close to the airport, a railway actually cuts it off, meaning you have to walk a considerable detour to reach it. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, but as I was only staying for one night, I didn't make a fuss. Additionally, Chinese credit cards weren't easily accepted.

Pros of staying here: Friendly staff Relatively moderate prices for the place in the city center. Cons: Dirt on the water. Very quiet and clean! It's a hotel run by Uzbeks, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating; I'm especially grateful! The receptionist speaks English and doesn't understand much Chinese, but it didn't hinder communication. They have translation software! I stayed for two days and had a good experience! I don't have a phone to call reception from my room. I came down from the fourth floor to ask about the internet. There's only one bottle of water in the room 😮💨 (are you drinking tea or water?). I'm very happy with my stay. it was very spacious with a high ceiling room , a very big and comfortable bed. The staff very polite and kind,they helped me with my health issue ,as I came sick. The location is a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap so it wasn't a problem. The room was spacious for the price, very clean, and even included breakfast. The room was cleaned every day, and water was provided daily. Toothbrushes and razors were not provided in the room, but you can get some from the front desk.
