A hotel with very good service, clean rooms, good towels, and all the necessary accessories from slippers to toothbrushes, good bed linen! And what attracts is the large pool, spa and large fitness club in the hotel! And I want to say a special thank you! To the hotel manager Javokhir! for the prompt resolution of the problem with the room reservation! I booked and paid from the Trip.com app on December...
The only problem was that the staff initially put me in the wrong room, which caused my phone screen to crack when I was verifying the booking. Overall, though, it was the best hotel I've stayed in in Tashkent in terms of all the amenities.
The room was average, three stars plus standard. The swimming pool and sauna were very good.
The room is clean and tidy, the gym and swimming pool are professional, and the front desk service is friendly
The hotel is nice. When it was fully booked, the front desk gave me a room upgrade for free. The front desk was staffed by Chinese speakers, and there was an indoor swimming pool and restaurant. Overall, it was very convenient to stay.
The decor was luxurious, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very patient, I was very satisfied with the ceiling height, the environment was elegant, the parking lot was large, and the facilities were complete. It truly made me feel at home.

- New hotel, clean, spacious rooms - Very quiet environment, close to airport, city center, small bazaar in walking distance. - Very good breakfast - Welcoming staff - Good wifi connection in the room - Very good price in overall mentioned above
Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great experience overall.
This hotel offers good value for money and is also relatively quiet.
Nice hotel, new facilities, quiet environment and good service
The hotel is indeed very close to the airport, and the environment is nice; it's quiet and not crowded. However, the front desk staff told us upon check-in that our reservation hadn't been successful, and they couldn't find it after several attempts, which wasted some time. This could be improved.
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, but the bed was a bit narrow. The breakfast was also very good, and the lawn in the yard was very nice.

Excellent hotel! The room was quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was also quite delicious.
I wish you the best, everything is clean, close to the center, 1 km away, it's quiet. I pay too. It's been three days, it's convenient, I liked the breakfast, it's very good.
Unemotional staff, no hello, no goodbye... breakfasts are yesterday's, there is a choice, but the quality suffers
Clean and tidy hotel, decent breakfast, reasonable price.
Room is a little smaller but clean and has very comfy bed mattress. Breakfast is decent. Good location to get around the city.
All the staff were great. However, the payment process was quite inconvenient. I had already paid online, but upon arrival, I had to re-pay at the front desk and then cancel my original online payment.

Basic hotel with great spa. If you stay in this hotel, don’t forget to try the hammam, it’s really great!
Quiet and peaceful, with a great location and plenty of food options nearby.
The bathroom was quite spacious.
The staff were friendly, but they were a bit annoyed by all my questions. They simply answered all my requests verbally and didn't fulfill them. The room facilities were poorly maintained, and the shower overflowed. The spa was supposed to open at 10:00 AM, but it didn't open until check-out time, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, however, I was satisfied with my stay.
The room was large and the hotel was very satisfying overall. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was able to eat a lot, including Uzbek sweets and bread. The hotel is located in an area close to the airport, and although the road in front of the hotel is narrow, it wasn't a problem as I was able to have someone pick me up right in front of the hotel using a ride-hailing app. The Tashkent subway station...

I was passing through Tashkent and stayed one night at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was delicious, and the location was excellent! I was worried about my flight, and the reception staff helped me call the airline, kindly answered my questions, and gave me a complimentary late checkout 😍
This was my second stay at Crowne Plaza, and I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation and feedback. My *first stay of 28 days* was truly exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, and support—particularly from the F&B department—were commendable. My religious dietary requirements were fully understood and accommodated, making the experience seamless and memorable. During my...
As a frequent business traveler, this stay at [Hotel Name] completely changed my understanding of "business travel hotels"! The location is superb—a 3-minute walk to the subway station and a 5-minute walk to the office, saving me the hassle of commuting; the lobby has free high-speed WiFi and charging areas, so I can quickly process emails while waiting for clients.
Stayed there twice with my family. The experience was beyond our expectations compared to our worldwide hotel experience. Breakfast and lunch specials were excellent. Staff was great at their job.
Excellent choice in Tashkent. Nice and very helpful front desk. Stay here every time
Dear Crown Plaza Tashkent Team, I would like to sincerely thank you all for your warm hospitality and professional service during my recent stay at your hotel. The hotel is OK... very close to the airport...
A comfortable and clean hotel with a strategic location near the airport and metro at an affordable price. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant food prices are reasonable with a wide selection of menu choices… highly recommended.
The room was clean and spacious, but the shower facilities were poor. Even with the shower curtain closed, water seeped in from the walls and the edge of the bathtub, making the floor very wet.
Warm and pleasant atmosphere. People here are kind and welcoming. Design is very different from other places. Even if you sitting alone, you feel like you’re in the right place. The best person I’ve meet here is someone I’m grateful for forever.
A very nice oland cozy Hotel with 5/4 Star ranking.. A delicious buffet versatile breakfast.. Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff and housekeeping.. Sauna, spa and swimming pool, Ball room, Bar. The good: the courtyard is lovely, the hamam pool is small, but there is one. We stayed in a suite; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were poor. The balcony was nice. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the towels were yellow, not white. The outlet fell out when you pulled out the hair dryer. The breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and offered us lemonade. We...

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, as if you were on a small street in Italy. Once a violinist came out onto the balcony. It was very nice. The breakfast was good, quite decent. But we had to look for a place and sit down with other guests. We were also greeted by rather dirty rooms. There was hair everywhere. Superb room - plenty of space, big comfy bed, sofa and chairs, good shower. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen with a diverse range of foods to suit every palate. The lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very polite. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
The hotel's location is great, easy to find in the city center, and very convenient for getting around. Plus, they offer free parking. I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time.
This isn't a bad hotel for an overnight layover between flights. I had a Trip.com privilege (late check-out/early check-in) for free, and I contacted the hotel in advance through Trip.com, but received no reply. At the reception, they said they'd never heard of this privilege. It was certainly unpleasant, especially since we only arrived at 4 AM and hoped to stay longer, but it is what it is. The cleaning...
Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts have been mentioned many times before, and they truly are excellent. But I especially want to highlight the hotel staff! Everyone was friendly and hospitable: the folks at the front desk, the waiters, the housekeepers – all very pleasant and caring people. It felt genuinely heartwarming to stay at this hotel. Thank you!
hotel is in a good location and easily acessible. can improve more in upkeepment and cleanliness
The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they helped me with my luggage to my room as soon as I got out of the car and even assisted me with my taxi arrangements. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips or vacations!

It has a washing machine, that's great!
Hygiene: Daily cleaning is timely, and the room is very clean! Environment: The room has everyday appliances such as a refrigerator and washing machine, which is very convenient for business travelers! Service: The front desk staff speaks fluent English and can communicate any needs promptly and effectively.
Well equipped and clean rooms. Clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is also good. It is worth for its price
— The room was modern, everything was clean, and there was a kitchenette, refrigerator, and microwave, which was very convenient. — The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft; I slept well. — The staff was friendly and helpful—they helped us get extra towels and soap without any hassle. — Convenient location: close to Tashkentland, not too far from the city center, quiet at night.
The room was spacious, and the front desk service was good. However, there were many shortcomings. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and the bed was too soft. The breakfast was Central Asian style, which I didn't really like. I stayed for 6 nights, and the cleaning staff were very careless, often failing to change the disposable linens.

The hotel is fairly central but reasonably quiet. The rooms are huge. The bed was comfortable but with one of those strange covers that wouldn't have worked for two. Tiny inside jacuzzi pool. Breakfast was okay.
The hotel is good: clean, the room comes with toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, gel, shampoo), a tea set, and two bottles of water, replenished daily. The minibar is a paid service. The sauna is also available, but we didn't use it. The staff speaks Russian, is pleasant, and helpful. The restaurant serves porridges made to order for breakfast: rice, semolina, and oatmeal. Breakfasts are varied: pancakes...
Average) since it is a chain hotel, we expected better, expectations were not met: 1. When checking in, we were asked to pay 500 thousand more than the reservation amount. Everything were good. Reception, room, location and brreakfast.
Overall was good in term of all aspects Many thanks to the front desk staff by the name of Muhammad who helped and managed for a taxi for us.
If I recall correctly, the hotel's top floor is the fifth floor. I highly recommend booking and, in advance, contacting the hotel via email or phone to request a 'top floor, non-street-facing' room. The street-facing side can be quite noisy at night. The balcony on the top floor, non-street-facing side offers excellent views of the Grand Mosque, the Tashkent TV Tower, and on clear days, you can even...

This hotel is less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a Sichuan restaurant just over 600 meters away; you could try it. The breakfast there is also quite good.
Service was excellent, very helpful, very accommodating, very polite, well trained English speaking staff. Rooms were nice, heated floors, only small complaint was the shower had one of those that had inconsistent temperature. For a few seconds it’s cold, then overly hot. Other than that, a superb stay. Breakfast was wonderful too.

1. The MUR (Make Up Room) button in the room either didn’t work or was ignored by the staff, as the room wasn’t cleaned once during our three-day stay and the towels weren’t changed. 2. Cheap, but nothing special. We were only staying one night before a flight, and it's a good thing too, because the biggest issue with this hotel is the terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything from the next room – snoring, coughing, talking, all of it.
