The best customer service. They staff really helped us out, figuring out how to get around and showing us how to find weather and traffic info. We really liked the bar, the gentleman there was excellent and the drinks were reasonably priced. The hotel had a shuttle to the Gran Valira tram, which was very useful, is a short walk to the center business district, and a 20 minute walk to the national bus terminal. L2 bus from the Gean Vailra tr drops you 5 minutes from 5he hotel if you miss.the shuttle. Great value, excellent service.

Very nice hotel near center of Andorra. Nice and kind staff. Good access to.publuc transport and pedestrian walking street. No dislikes. Like everything.

We stayed there for two nights. The first night our room was at 28 degrees and we thought we had set something wrong or something. We complained the next day and asked someone to look into it, but they didn't, so we complained again. We were then told there was no air conditioning and we just needed to turn the ventilation off, which we did, but during the night the room had heated up to 28 degrees again. We mentioned it again the next morning, but all we got was a half-hearted apology. We also wanted to charge our electric car at the hotel and were told that the parking space was reserved but then empty the whole time, or that there were motorbikes parked there. The food wasn't what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel, but we don't know if we were just unlucky because we went in the off-season or something.

Very clean and spacious room, friendly staff and easy check in. Breakfast was outstanding with a comprehensive choice of hot and cold plates available. I would definitely return and would recommend Sercotel Delfos Andorra.

The tourist attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are very clean. The soundproofing is not so good, but the mountain view from the window is beautiful. The staff's service skills vary.

We stayed last weekend and just wanted to leave a good review as me and my family had a great time. We travelled with a little one and my parents and found it one of the best hotels we've stayed at for a while.
It's right in the center of Andorra so its easy to get about. All the staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and the rooms were nice and modern. We had the breakfast and it had a good range of things as well. All in all 10/10 will be back.

Good hotel really close to anforra downtown. Good breakfast and dinner. The conditons of the hotel looks sometime outdated (i.e. the sofas in the hall)

Really nice cafe (with a Hansel and Gretel theme) with great selection of ice-creams and pastries. A small selection of savoury sandwiches too. Staff were really helpful even though they didn't speak English, and we're happy to make sure you got what you asked for.

Like reviewer below attempted to purchase wine from list and was then charged far more. This is a technique known as bait and switch. Many of the wines offered were undrinkable owing to very low levels. This was only revealed after I had paid for them. They then offered to send me a cheque for reimbursement having insisted on a bank transfer from me.
These practices are totally unethical.

Wonderful place to sample local wines and small bites. We had the best Iberico ham here of anywhere in our travels, and we've had it quite a bit. They serve hot food during certain hours, but have a couple tables open on the ground floor all the time, so if you need a light meal when everything else is closed (say, at 6 pm after skiing all day), it's the perfect place.

Apart from the ham, we had a great selection of cheese, artichoke hearts, and breads, and there were several more intriguing items on the menu as well. It's not tremendously cheap, but it's worth it, and the service was excellent as well.
