4 star hotels in Bansko

Stayed here over New Year's. Our room was nice and clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Every day, we just told the hotel what we want to do and they made all the arrangements/bookings and provided us with a driver. The food is excellent! and breakfast is laid out till late, as is supper: so no need to get up early or rush back to the hotel. 10/10 would definitely come again.

Staff is very nice! Good location. It seems that they put effort to renovate the hotel, so we really tried to sympathise with them. The thing I find annoying is that they promote spa, when 1/3 of it is not really usable. For the other 1/3, it seems as if they don’t want to set it up, if the hotel is not busy with guests.

Very good, My and my brother stayed for one week, and had wonderful vacation. Nikolai the owner of the hotel is a vary nice and the staff will do every effort to help in any request. I We will come back next year!

This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal. The rooms have LCD TV's with cable and also Wi-Fi. The employees are okay, but not the most kind employees you can find.

Very good hotel. The stuff is amazing. They have a driver that took us every morning to the gondola and back to the hotel after the ski. There ara two saunas and hot swimming pool.

Great location if you are going for a ski vacation. It is also near the centre. There are shuttle buses every 20 minutes to take you to the gondola station. If you are not planning to eat at the restaurant then don't come here,since there is nowhere to eat at the room and even if you paid for the restaurant it's pretty expensive

Overall I can say that it was OK. The staff was very nice. The room: it was clean, spacious, and it was very warm. Also the bathroom was spacious and we had hot water at anytime of the day or night. A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. Having mentioned the restaur, the variety and quality of the served food items are well within and possibly exceeding its category. Well done!

The hotel was great, rooms were big and clean. Reception service was awesome. There was also a nice hike just 3km away to the local lake. I would only love for the spa and pool to be improved a bit.

We spent a week at the Evelina at a quiet time of the Ski season. Our room was good and clean. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had all we needed. Third time in this hotel. Excellent lokation, they have shutlle bus but you can walk to gondola in 5 minutes. Rooms, stuff, food, spa, everything was very, very good. We hope to come again next year.

Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition. This was my second visit and definitely will come back again.

Excellent value for money hotel

Overall, it was good It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. On the downside - the mattresses were not very comfort and the resturant quality was somewhat below average (maybe because we were in the offseason, but still).

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The space of the complex. It’s huge with a lot of different properties to choose from. there are a lot of green meadows. It’s perfect for people with dogs (which was the main reason for my choice). The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The SPA Center was also good.

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Great location, we had a nice appointment with a stunning view of the Pirin mountain's summit Vihren. Decent breakfast, Swedish table. Little bit slippery around the pool so watch out!

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

We had a short stay here and not during winter. But we have to admit that it is a nice and relaxing place. Room was clean, we received robe and slippers even for our 5 years old son.
