Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh. We stayed at this hotel for a week in March 2025 during our ski trip. The hotel is decent, but it’s quite dated compared to some of the newer hotels on the main street (Pirin Street). I’m sorry to have stolen the title of someone else’s review, but I couldn’t agree more with the person that wrote that this hotel was more like a Premier Inn than a Premier luxury hotel. The most wonderfull holiday we have had in Bansko till now. The kids were pretty happy with they play room, or at least we were. The wife was extremly satisfied with the spa , a trully 5 star services. The rooms need to be upgraded a bit to achieve the level of the lobby and the spa. There are two saunas in the basement, one dry and one mist, and they also have showers and an air-conditioned rest area. There is no cold bath, but there are two tile benches to cool your feet with water. There is also a changing room by the adjacent pool, so it was very comfortable.

Poor level of housekeeping, Room 404 tile damaged on washstand alongside toilet received cut on my arm as a result. Pillowcase didn't appear to have been changed from previous occupant. Had to request for additional toilet paper, tea and coffee etc not replaced. Excellent food in dining room.

I booked a 2-bed room, and they gave me a room with a double bed. I couldn't share the same bed with anyone else. They said the room was full and they couldn't provide the room I booked. Finally, they added a makeshift bed next to it. , it was super uncomfortable to sleep!

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice. The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. Park hotel Sankt Peterburg in Plovdiv is one of the best hotel in the city. Incredible hotel as regards the facilities, interior design restaurant. The attraction of the hotel is the movable roof on the facing floor at the restaurant. It is really nice to dance under the sky and starts during the early evening or daytime during the day if you join an evet. Service very good and supportive.

I loved this hotel. We stayed in March in a deluxe 2 bedroom suite which had a great view and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable too. Let's start with negatives: Room housekeeping hit and miss, can be mega late in the afternoon by which time you're busy in the room. Dinner, unlike most other hotels you can't even get water with your dinner... Less expensive hotels give free drinks, beer and wine with your dinner and water if necessary. WiFi: awful! Only like 5mbps and constantly regularly drops outs when even just on a voice call...

Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. Unfortunately food quality was disappointing in my opinion, and it gave me sickness which cut short my last ski day. However, aside from this no complaints on anything else.

The hotel is in a decent location. It's about a half mile walk to the main area of the pedestrian walk. The rooms are a bit run down, tired and not kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. The bathroom has an old-fashioned tub, so you have to be careful getting in and out. The buffet breakfast was very average. The pool was nice.

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

I stayed at Grand Primoretz and Spa hotel for vacation. The hotel is at city center. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very gentle and kind. The hotel has a big parking place. I was traveling with my electrical vehicle and the hotel has 2 EV chargers. The spa of the hotel is nice and you can use it during your stay. It is a nice hotel for family trips.

Grand stay at the Grand Hotel Primoretz! Any time we are in Burgas, this is our go-to Hotel. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the food in the restaurant is excellent and the spa amenities are all worth visiting for! I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, Marian Papakoca is the guy. Perfect teacher, even better as a buddy. He made us stand up and drive on our own in just a few hours. Absolutely great guy! The ****** here is also nice, a little bit small but cozy.

A convenient stay near the border for crossing into/out of Romania. Hotel is rather dated but basic enough for an overnight. Room was huge, the bed was not comfortable though and pillows were flat. The breakfast made it up for that. Good spread of breakfast which was tasty.

The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..

We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.
