Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh. Drinks available all day and staff are friendly. Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely...
I visited this hotel in 2021 so I hope now it's different but... This hotel offered us many great activities and I'm satisfied about the hotel. Only problem was the food. Our all-inclusive was same whole week, same breakfast, lunch and dinner offer every day. I'm also not sure about the sources of food but food was just a only problem for me. It's not a little issue but everything other was great ...
A hotel with a very good central location. The renovated room was a very pleasant surprise - spacious, stylish and modern, with a lovely bathroom. The wide terrace was also furnished and overlooked the pool and the iconic Kuban Hotel. Young staff, cleaning the rooms every day, enough places to eat in the restaurant and in the garden, drinks bar, pancake bar, pizza bar, animators, music. It would be...

Bansko, Karamanitsa 11, Gramadeto Area 🧭 Map
I stayed at Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko with high expectations, given its name and rating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I can’t say it lived up to the “luxury” label. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is great — close to the mountain and the town center. The room was comfortable and clean, but the interior and amenities felt a bit dated and not quite...
The hotel is lovely, our bedroom a bit tired and dated, but large. Our 13 year old daughters bed was more like a camp bed with an uncomfortable mattress, our bed was fine. The room was very warm but we were able to turn the temperature down. The shower was excellent and hot. Nice to have the little extras, bath salts, dressing gowns and slippers. We arrived late at night, missing the dining service...
We stayed at this hotel for a week in March 2025 during our ski trip. The hotel is decent, but it’s quite dated compared to some of the newer hotels on the main street (Pirin Street). The spa is great, with a nice sauna, steam room, pool, and jacuzzi. The breakfast was average, offering a typical hot food selection and a good variety of fruits. However, the service at this hotel was the most disappointing...
I’m sorry to have stolen the title of someone else’s review, but I couldn’t agree more with the person that wrote that this hotel was more like a Premier Inn than a Premier luxury hotel. This is most certainly not a five star establishment, more like a three star. We stayed for a week towards the end of February and whilst it was half term in parts of England, the hotel was certainly not overrun...
The most wonderfull holiday we have had in Bansko till now. The kids were pretty happy with they play room, or at least we were. The wife was extremly satisfied with the spa , a trully 5 star services. The rooms need to be upgraded a bit to achieve the level of the lobby and the spa. Over all a nice family holiday we enjoyed this year in Bansko.
Good deal for half term ski. Location a little out of town- but walkable for evenings (head into old town for more local cuisine & to escape the tourist *****). The free hotel bus service was excellent and most welcomed for transfer to slopes with our ski gear. We paid extra for VIP lift passes & didnt regret it! Bit of a schlep up gondola in the am , but really no bother and just about enough piste...

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is poor. There's nothing to eat. I rate the breakfast quality as 1.
There are two saunas in the basement, one dry and one mist, and they also have showers and an air-conditioned rest area. There is no cold bath, but there are two tile benches to cool your feet with water. There is also a changing room by the adjacent pool, so it was very comfortable.
everything is perfect except guests that smoked and played loud music
The room is very big, with a sea view, 10 minutes' walk from the sea, and there is also a restaurant next to it
The room is very big, divided into two rooms, the front one is just like a standard room, with two single beds and complete facilities. The back one is a long strip, with only a single bed and a bedside table, very empty, without any facilities. To get to the bathroom, you need to walk through the long strip in the back, which is a bit far, but the bathroom is quite big and comfortable. When we booked...

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed. The biggest hit for the kids was definitely the Kids Club. It’s very well organized, clean, and full of games, crafts, and fun activities. There’s a wonderful...

From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully maintained, with stunning sea views and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub. The design is minimal yet warm, with thoughtful details that instantly help you relax. A perfect urban retreat!
Good hotel for business stay. The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. Good restaurants, and stores within 15 minutes walking distance. Free parking can be an issue though. Overall: good hotel to stay for a week i think.

Room, and the toilet, or specifically toilet seat, could be much cleaner. Toilet seat had "desinfected" label on it, but was dirty. Cups left by the kettle still had coffee on them🤢. Let's start with negatives: Room housekeeping hit and miss, can be mega late in the afternoon by which time you're busy in the room. Hotel with great location to slopes, approx. 5min walk to main lift. Lovely rooms and a really good spa as well. Boot and ski room underneath for easy storage for the next day. Unfortunately food quality was disappointing in my opinion, and it gave me sickness which cut short my last ski day. However, aside from this no complaints on anything else.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast and evening meals both had lots of choice and were of a good quality. Staff were all friendly. The spa area was of a good standard, and much needed after a day on the slopes. Which were only a 5 /6 minute walk away. Close enough to all the night life but far enough away not to hear anything and be kept awake. If we came back to Bansko would definitely stay here again

The hotel is in a decent location. It's about a half mile walk to the main area of the pedestrian walk. The rooms are a bit run down, tired and not kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. The bathroom has an old-fashioned tub, so you have to be careful getting in and out. The buffet breakfast was very average. The pool was nice.
It is my first time to go to Bulgaria and Plovdiv in a foreign country, so the first impression of the hotel may become the first impression of this new city and country, so the good impression brought by this hotel makes me have a better understanding of this country and city. Like.
Got a free upgrade from Beysim and Aysen and had a pleasant stay. The Victoria restaurant in the building is a great place to eat as well. Breakfast has a wide choice of food and drinks but some of the food is cold which is a pity. It’s a beautiful hotel but renovation is needed
The stay in Trimonzium Wyndham Plovdiv Hotel was enjoyable stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is very good. The city is wonderful. I’ be back.

Nice and polite staff. I recommend that spa hotel. Clear rooms, the food is the best and coffee also. Good please to visit around.
Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

Highly recommended. Very good. Will come again next time.
Very well located hotel, breakfasts were a bit boring and confined in small room.. small variety of bread (lack of dark bread), staff is very friendly, smily and helpful. The main problem were cockroaches in the room which were present every day - obviously hotel has issues with this insects but no one seems to do anything about it.. becasue of that, i would not return to this hotel..
We only went to the skybar and didn't stay overnight in the hotel. The view of the sea and the city is beautiful while you enjoy your cocktails.
