This hotel was broadly comfortable, well-located in walking distance to the Tshingua University. But it is dated, and clearly needs renovation. The restaurant had a broad menu and the dishes are tasty with ample portions, but the service was spotty. The included breakfast was decidedly mediocre.

Overall, the location is very convenient. It is one of the few solid choices for business trips in the 清华大学东门 area.

The hotel is a bit far from down town beijing . But it is near the universities like Tsinghua, Peking , BLCU and tourist spot Summer Palace. I think the hotel need to do extra cleaning on the carpets , sofas, curtain . It is very dusty and you can smell that it has not been cleaned properly. Yes they vacuum but their vacuum cleaner is old fashion. And they should put receptionist / front desk people that can speak english or at least 50 % english knowledge. The room i stayed is a bit big nice size even with 1 extra bed still comfy . The executive deluxe type . In addition, they should provide good mattress for extra bed because it is not cheap 400 yuan no breakfast / day.

The hotel is close to Tsing Hua university but far away from the city center.

The hotel was quite good. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! Special thanks to Song for their excellent service, particularly for helping us arrange a late check-out. Much appreciated!

Xiao Q at the front desk provided excellent service and was always quick to answer any questions. The room was in great condition, with everything neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I stayed at the Beijing Wenjin Hotel for my business trip. It seems to be a hotel with a bit of history. While the room's decor is a little dated, it was clean and tidy, which made for a good overall experience. XIAODONG at the front desk was very patient and professional, warmly guiding me through the check-in process.

The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean, and it was serviced daily. The location is extremely convenient; they even have a dedicated locker by the hotel entrance for food deliveries, which is super handy. The front desk staff, especially NN, was incredibly warm and attentive, patiently answering all my questions – much appreciated! Plus, there are tons of great food options around Wudaokou!

From the moment we arrived until we departed, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles and were incredibly quick to address any needs, showing exceptional attentiveness. Our stay here was truly comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was swift, room service responded promptly, and any issues were quickly and efficiently resolved. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Not only did they assist with our luggage, but they also patiently recommended enjoyable local attractions and excellent restaurants. After checking in, I realized I'd forgotten my charger. I called the front desk, and it was delivered to my room within minutes – such remarkable service efficiency!
