I specifically booked the closest one for work nearby, but taxis are generally pretty much the same. It's quite convenient for shopping; souvenir shops are all nearby. An outdated hotel, with old and defective furniture, smell of mold, walls that have mold around the corners.

Repeat stay. It's about the only hotel in Beijing that has it's own hot spring well. Get a room with a bathtub. Housekeeping do their best but the hardware is aged. WiFi in room is spotty especially in block 2

The location wasvery good. I was hoping and high wanted for Hot spring is so nice, but it seems like very bad, and dirty, uncomfortable. I don't like that. However the room was cleanable and comfortable. I was in Superior double bed room. Finally, receptionist called the taxi for us she was tell about our location with wrong. Single room is great for solo travelers. Room is old but clean. Breakfast buffet serves typical northern chinese breakfast food, not a lot of selection but delicious.

The old Harbin Office in Beijing is too old-fashioned. I don't know why its business is so good. Not far away is the Yuetan Park. If you go there at night, the moon is really right above your head. It's magical. The Forbidden City is also not far away.

There are no hotels in this area that are less than 500, so the price/performance ratio of Keihin is really high. The decoration is old, but it is very clean and spacious. Hotel is very well located near Tiananmen Square. It is about a 12 minute walk to checkpoint 7. The hutongs are very active with lots of eating and souvenir shopping. The a/c worked great. There is not lift but that is not an issue. The hotel was quiet and a has a common area that you could meet other or just relax in. Overall it is very good.
