This was my third time in Beijing, and I chose to stay at the Waldorf Astoria for three nights. Overall, the experience met my expectations. The location is excellent, right next to Wangfujing Street and close to the subway, making it convenient to get around. The hotel also features a small art exhibition, and the festive decorations created a cozy atmosphere. During my three-day stay, I pretty much...
This time, I booked the Waldorf Astoria Beijing for my parents and me. The service was impeccable from start to finish. From Nancy, the concierge, who assisted us before check-in, to the staff who were always responsive to our requests, and even a lovely young lady from the restaurant who personally delivered hot tea to our room because it might have been a bit slow during the breakfast rush – the...
We were upgraded to an Ambassador Suite for free, and our dedicated personal concierge, Willow, provided excellent service. We even received a New Year's gift upon checkout. A very satisfying experience.
I personally think this is a great hotel. The service and the taste of the food were excellent. The lady at the front desk even upgraded my room, and I got a lovely outdoor terrace, which was very comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and slept wonderfully every night. The cleaning staff came to tidy up daily, and it was always spotless! Definitely worth coming back to!
I was consistently impressed by the butler service throughout my stay. From Chloe's proactive communication about our itinerary and thoughtful arrangements for check-in details, to the prompt and efficient response to our needs during our stay, and her patient answers to our daily inquiries – every little detail showcased professionalism and dedication. I also want to thank Willow for helping with...
The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. We stayed for 5 nights in a suite with a small bed and bear-themed bedding, which my child absolutely loved. My favorite feature was the heated towel rack in the bathroom; clothes I washed in the evening were almost dry by morning – super convenient in winter.
The hotel's location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel, and you're right on Wangfujing...

This is my favorite hotel every time I visit Beijing. The room is very comfortable, and most importantly, it has a full-length mirror in the walk-in closet, which every girl would love for taking great photos! The guest relations managers, Nannan and Sharley, are very thoughtful; they'll contact you in advance to ask what kind of room you'd like and even offer complimentary fruit, which is a lovely...
Recommended by a friend, I personally feel this hotel offers great value for a five-star hotel in Beijing. It's quite close to Sanlitun and Guomao, and the room hygiene is also good. A big thank you to Shirley, Lynne, and Rosy from the hotel for their help, and for upgrading my room! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
Had such a comfortable stay! Rosy, our butler, was incredibly attentive and always one step ahead. The room was clean and bright with amazing views, and the bed was super comfy. Lynne, who helped with our food deliveries, was also fantastic. Overall, an amazing experience – I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
My stay at Conrad Beijing was a five-star benchmark! Its prime location on East Third Ring Road made getting around incredibly convenient. The room offered expansive views and a super comfortable bed. What truly stood out was the consistently attentive service – Shirley always anticipated my needs perfectly, and Rosy's meticulous care made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I decided to extend...
Whenever I'm in Beijing, I choose this place. The location is great, not far from Sanlitun and Guomao, and the price is quite reasonable! The most important thing is the service – the staff are very responsive. What truly stands out is their Guest Relations team. I've stayed in so many hotels across the country and never knew such a department existed! Right after booking, the butler sent a message...
The room was bright and clean. I loved Conrad's welcome gift, the little teddy bear. The location is convenient, and it's easy to hail a taxi. The butler service was very attentive. A really great experience. It's my top choice for travel.

If you are someone who doesn’t like the heat do not stay in this hotel. They say you can change the temperature of the room but you cannot, so you are stuck with high temperatures and a thick blanket that they give you. Woke up many times sweating
Beijing Yunzhen Jinling Lianhua Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station Branch)
**Dislikes:**
1. No windows. The balcony door was very difficult to open and confusing, making room ventilation a struggle.
2. Walls were quite dirty.
3. Poor soundproofing. Conversations in the hallway were very loud. On the second night, it rained, and since the balcony was on the north side, the sound of raindrops hitting...
This state-owned hotel is very well-managed and by the book! It's super close to West Station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient! The breakfast was delicious! And we even fed the koi and ducks in the water feature from our balcony.
Great location and very comfortable bedding! The park is right downstairs, but the soundproofing is excellent. In the morning, you can take the hotel's private access to stroll in Lianhua Pond Park. The service was incredibly thoughtful; they upgraded our room because ours wasn't ready yet. A big thank you to Ms. Ju Linjing for her warm service!
Great location, very convenient for Beijing West Railway Station, within walking distance. The room was quiet and clean. It's also right next to Lianhuachi Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
I chose this hotel because I had an early train to catch from West Station the next day. The location is excellent; it's less than a ten-minute walk to Beijing West Railway Station, and the subway station is right there, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is quite large, but I didn't have time to explore it. You can access the adjacent park directly from the hotel, which I'd love...

This hotel's location is the main problem. It is in the middle of nowhere.
The room was great, quite spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It was very tidy, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The front desk service was excellent. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety.
It was a very nice stay. The room is very clean and big. The breakfast is very nice, fresh and many options. Only one thing is the location is a little far from metro but it is right at winter olympic park area.

We came for the Gold Diamond Hotel and it definitely lived up to its artistic reputation. The complimentary art tour upon check-in was a feast for our eyes; each floor of the hotel has a unique design style. I’m writing this review while eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and I haven’t even checked out yet—because waiting felt impossible.
Words genuinely cannot express the level of service at Hotel Éclat. From the moment I arrived, every interaction has felt intentional, warm, and effortlessly luxurious. This is the kind of hotel where the small details matter—and they get every single one right...
Absolutely fantastic, a truly comfortable stay. Damon and Lisa provided excellent and thoughtful service. This is my second time staying at Hotel Éclat, and both the facilities and service are top-notch. Although Parkview Green isn't as bustling as it used to be, it's still beautiful. I'll definitely be back!
My stay at Hotel Eclat Beijing was absolutely amazing! The hotel is filled with art pieces, making it feel like a museum. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bed quality was superb. Rina Eric at the front desk provided attentive and thoughtful service. The location is excellent, close to Sanlitun, making it convenient for dining and getting around. Definitely a top-notch choice!
The large terrace was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the macarons at the front desk were a delightful treat.
I specifically chose the most basic room type, and it turned out to be much better than expected – really great! The staff's service was also a huge plus. This is one of the few hotels in Beijing that I'd consider rebooking for a date night.

The hotel's location is great, close to Dongzhimen subway station, making it convenient for both daily life and getting around. This time I stayed in two rooms: a standard room on the seventh floor and a family room on the fifth floor. The seventh-floor room felt like a four-star hotel, while the fifth-floor room was, at best, a budget inn. The difference was so significant that I actually wondered...
The room was spotless and seemed newly renovated. It's really clean and super close to the metro station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. They even gave us a little souvenir at check-out, which was a lovely touch! ( ゚∀ ゚)
Good location and staff service very active and kind of supportive

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. Viki was very enthusiastic and helped carry my luggage to the room. It's also very close to Universal Studios.

After camping by the Grand Canal for May Day and feeling like we hadn't quite had enough fun, we spontaneously booked a hotel for one night. Pretty good hotel, for it's price point. As a solo traveller, the room was really quiet, peaceful, in a pretty decent non touristy neighbourhood near parks and plenty of restaurants.
I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids though. Maybe solo travellers , group of guys etc etc.
It's like a good 4 star hotel you would find back in the 90s and early 2000s.
I loved it.
A fantastic stay! The hotel's overall Chinese architectural style is very appealing from the outside. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean. Definitely worth a return visit!
Booked this for a client, and they were extremely satisfied! The prime location was definitely a top choice. It's quiet, which truly deserves a five-star rating. The hotel has an antique charm and is very affordable. Given Beijing's traffic, its proximity to Line 7 is a huge plus, making it a great value for money overall.
The environment and hygiene are both quite good.
This hotel is really unique and its location is fantastic, right within Beijing's Second Ring Road, surrounded by a lively area. It's super convenient for dinner too. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable – you can definitely stay here with peace of mind!

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent. It offers fantastic value for money, and the attached cafe has a wonderful atmosphere too!
The rooms are clean and the environment is great, with excellent service from the staff. This hotel was originally built during the Republic of China era, and many historical figures have stayed here. The current high-rise building was completed in 1986, giving it a strong nostalgic feel. I really appreciate the sense of history and heritage. Despite its age, the hotel doesn't feel old or run-down...
They provided thoughtful little gifts like laundry detergent, wet wipes, two small cans of Coke, mouthwash, and a heated eye mask – a pleasant surprise! The location is convenient and the cleanliness is good. When I arrived, there was an issue with the front desk computer, so check-in was a bit slow. The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Overall, a good review.
For this price, it was unexpectedly good. The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, and it's super convenient to get to Dashilar and Qianmen by bike. The room was spotless and the front desk service was warm and welcoming. This hotel also has a lot of history and character; staying here felt like visiting a museum from the Republic of China era, which even the kids loved.

Excellent location if you plan to visit 798 art district. Hotel was great to allow us a little later. Maintenance could be better. Despite its modern decor, feels very much a typical 80s/90s hotel…which is a pity.

The front desk service was fantastic – so warm and efficient! The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and great amenities. Excellent value for money, I had a very satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it!
The hotel was very modern and the service was good. Very convenient and you can walk to Sanlitun area. Good breakfast with some western options. They leave a cute nota at your room :)
The room was a bit hot and the air conditioning wasn't working, but everything else was great.
It was near from shopping malls and other stores. Staff members were helpful
The hygiene, facilities, and service were all good. The room's carpet was very comfortable. There's still room for improvement with breakfast.

The omelet for breakfast is still delicious! Looking forward to staying again next time! 😄😄😄👍👍
Joe's service was professional and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth, and he always had a genuine smile. He patiently answered questions and proactively introduced the hotel facilities, making guests feel truly respected. Beijing Fairmont is even better because of him. Highly recommended!
Joe provided warm and thoughtful service, making both check-in and check-out efficient and professional. He proactively introduced the hotel facilities, and his smile was always genuine. Fairmont Beijing is made warmer because of you. Thumbs up for such an excellent front desk agent!
Had a wonderful stay, truly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed it. It was very quiet at night. Special thanks to the front desk staff for the room upgrade! I'll definitely be back.

The room is spacious and extremely comfortable. I do not mind taking a taxi into the city if it means getting such a large room.
However, the gym, steam room, and swimming pool seem to be managed by an outside operator rather than directly by the hotel, so that part may not be as good.
That said, the room itself is really nice. It also has a washer-dryer, and the kitchen area is fully equipped, so...
Overwhelmedand humbled with the service we received by all staff, the restaurant chef, cooks and waiters were all to friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, cereals and fruit, hot meals stews, steamed vegetables, bacon & eggs and steamed pork buns, soups, cheeses n cold meats and so much more to please all.
Our room service was always cleaned every day to a high standard...
The location is fantastic, only a 20-minute ride to Beijing South Railway Station, which is super convenient for business travelers. I used my Trip.com points to get breakfast, and the spread was great, especially the made-to-order omelets.
I usually struggle to feel comfortable in hotels because I’m very much a “homey” person, but this place truly made me feel at home. The first thing that hits you is the size – the square meters are crazy. I’ve never stayed in such a huge apartment before, and it has a real wow-effect.
The apartment has absolutely everything – dishwasher, plates, knives, bottle opener, you name it. I also really liked...
The stay was fantastic! The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very relaxing stay. A special shout-out to Bonnie, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She patiently answered all our questions and was very efficient, making sure everything was perfectly arranged throughout our stay. It really made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend...
The hotel and room size are both super large. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. There are supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, and everything else you could need nearby, so you don't have to go far.
