Excellent room in an excellent location. They gave water which is much much appreciated. Honestly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. One small thing everytime the shower was used water leaked onto the floor but that's not such A big deal. I will stay here again. Could not ask for anything else, truly an amazing experience

The rooms are big enough and it's located at alley in the street beside the metro entrance. Also, a short walk to the bund and the nanjing road shopping street. You do not have to worry about night activities or meals as there are many restaurants around the area. Also has a family mart nearby.

I would love to give 10 stars review for this hotel. The location is very convenient to the walking street, staffs are friendly although they don't speak much English. Room is nice, small but comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend my friends to come. 🥰

The location is fantastic, with a subway station right nearby and various branded commercial buildings in the vicinity, making it convenient to get anywhere. We upgraded to a balcony room and took photos both in the morning and evening.

Stayed in a family room last night, and after one night, my child woke up with bug bites that were swollen. The hygiene here is truly concerning. When I reported it to the front desk this morning, they just offered some mosquito repellent. If you know there are bugs in the beds, you should at least have some ointment available, but they didn't even have that. The service is just unbelievable. Everyone, please choose carefully! We ended up getting medicine ourselves because the bites were so swollen and itchy.

The hotel's location is unbeatable – a 3-minute walk to East Nanjing Road subway station, and 5 minutes directly to The Bund. All the shopping, dining, and entertainment you could want are right at your doorstep. Plus, you can store your luggage, which is so convenient for tourists!

Even more surprisingly, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room for free! The room was spacious and bright, with decor that blended old Shanghai charm with modern simplicity. I particularly want to praise the bathroom's wet and dry separation – a huge practical bonus! There's even an old-fashioned iron, which is a major plus for anyone needing to press clothes.

Extremely satisfied! It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, very close to the Peace Hotel and The Bund. The room layout and cleanliness were excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shanghai. It's also super close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We booked a river view room, and we could enjoy the stunning night views of the Oriental Pearl Tower and the river right from our balcony. We could also see the bustling activity on the pedestrian street. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were all very friendly. They always tried their best to accommodate our requests. Our stay was fantastic, and it offered great value for money! 👍
