The staff are amazing, from the reception, to the restaurants, around pool area, the room attendants and even the garden staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy and smiling

The management and staff are very helpful and help make it a great experience. There is a beach area available which is a short shuttle bus ride but we preferred to stay around the pool

There is an assortment of evening entertainment in the Bogie bar, which is good but very loud and sometimes hinders conversation, so we prefer a quiet drink in the reception area providing we can find some chairs

A special thank you to Ivy for her amazing massages — they were incredible. My wife and I each booked five massages during the week, and they were absolutely worth it

The Golf course is excellent, very interesting and is in great condition. There is a huge variety of challenging holes including water hazards

very nice hotel with good kitchen and very helpfull and polite staff. everything was perfect from check in to check out

The rooms are basic but clean, the cleaners work so hard. The grounds and private beach are very well maintained. In my opinion the entertainment is poor

I stayed at the golden beach resort in March last year and for a little extra money this hotel and food are far superior

The main problem is the food, I couldn't find anything to eat and when I did the meat was dry, fatty and inedible, on day 3 of my holiday I took really unwell with stomach cramps, projectile vomiting and diarrhea

It's also great that you can also use the playgrounds at Alibaba. Great rooms, good food, heated pools, and wonderful staff. A huge thank you to Guest Relation Nancy, from whom we booked the a la carte restaurant

The location is good it is a 10 minute drive to senzo mall and the aquarium and around 20/30 minutes to the marina and sheraton road. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you

However, there was one negative aspect that affected our first impression. The attitude and communication style of the reception staff were not welcoming at all

The views were stunning, overlooking the lagoon, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I booked only one night before arrival and initially received a twin bed despite requesting a double

The staff handled this quickly and professionally and accommodated a double bed without any issues. The only minor downside was that the curtains were not blackout

Expect the unexpected! I’ve long be a loyal client of this hotel! Beautifully designed rooms, soft bedding and beautiful views! The resturant although all inclusive services a stunning aray of fresh food! New addition of Mo in animation brings a new fresh energy to the hotel also! Truely a great hotel all round and an exceptional location with shops, restaurants and bars within moments from your doorstep

I had an excellent experience at Sultan Bey Hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and I was able to get freshly squeezed orange juice (for a small extra charge)

The Germans are literally up at 6am to put their towels on the beds which limits your pool area choice. The hotel overall is very good and the staff were good apart from Hanna on the pool bar

Location is near the airport, which is okay, but inside the hotel territory you can barely hear noise from the street

The **bar staff and waiters are absolute superstars**, constantly going the extra mile and making guests feel welcome. We had **all-inclusive at Panorama Restaurant**, and our experience there was very good

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper, more cheerful option. The grounds are small, and the sea is terrible. Be prepared to tip heavily; the staff is terribly greedy

I'd rather have no music during the day on the beach but this is very personal

Room was excellent! Shower pressure and temp were perfect! Food was a bit bland but there we've a lot of choices, mostly egyptian cuisine

We were initially checked into a terrible room at night, and we woke up in the morning to a zero sea view. It was on the ground floor, with people walking around and a pool, and we'd booked a sea view

Great experience! The room are big and clean. Sea view very beautiful, food is tasty! The staff very friendly and helpful! Did us earlier check in at additional small money and it was nice.

We demanded a view, contacted the operator, went to reception with our bags, stalled, and four hours later they offered us a partial sea view, a partial view of a dilapidated building

Bad things : rooms are tiny, beds sheets are dirty, mattresses are dirty and not comfortable, quilts are are dirty, room carpets are dirty, night shows are socks, food has no varieties

Booked sea view room was not available at late evening arrival so was given dirty unprepared room at back of complex, it took until 2pm the next day to be moved to a better room but still not as on booking

While on the beach, a man approached her claiming to be the hotel’s doctor and offered “free treatment covered by insurance. ” Trusting the hotel, we agreed

I have stayed here twice and i must say this is a good hotel with a very good all inclusive service but they should try incoperate a new unified outlet for all the rooms and try to rennovate all with better beds, automatic locking mechanism instead of carrying around keys and risk losing them, and actually blankets instead of thin sheets

Aziz at the reception and all the restaurant staff Animation team mainly for kids , night shows are brief and activities not for egyptian guests as one of the team told us , if you're looking for a place with many activities it won't suit you As I said overall a nice experience totally recommend ⭐️

The resort has its all beautiful beach. The buffet is various and generally fresh with good taste but the red wine and wishkey are not good at all. The swming pool is close too early, at 5:00 pm

Smiling staff and smiling faces everywhere. Rooms and other rooms were clean, constantly someone was sweeping and washing somewhere. However, food is common but inherent in Egypt

This hotel has the best beach in Hurghada. Hotel it's really far from center Hurghada, but if you want relaxation it's a good choice. Hotel has also good gym, great big aquapark and indoor pool

Update in february 2025:hotel is completely renovated,according to local workers it should be finished in 1-1,5year so like summer 2026 and it should belong under xanadu so lets see if it will be really so,the prices of xanadu are much more higher than princess Tie Heights hotel prices previously

It looked older inside the rooms and inside the hotel too,but the hotel was built many years ago and you still dont need any air conditioning in the rooms:they hold the cold naturally inside

the only disadvantage were rude and agressive russians,permanently drunk and destroying everything around. We will be looking forward to reopening

so i have just come back from Tia Heights, after visiting a few years ago pre covid and reading the reviews i was a bit hesitant, however the hotel was fine, rooms i booked the aqua room but was upgraded to the main hotel which was fabulous, yes there were a coupe of issues, but maintenance was there straight away and rectified them, certainly didnt ruin my holiday was just a couple of issues

If you are expecting a 5 star hilton experience then no it isnt that, but after travelling many places , i would say its a 3 star to 4 star equivalent uk

The hotel includes three meals, midnight snacks and drinks Absolutely fine. The balcony overlooks the Red Sea There is also a hotel-exclusive beach 🏖️ and towels for you to use It's very convenient to play in the water

Sun & see hotel - Hourgada - it is a nice and beautiful hotel there are 3 beautiful swimming pools and a very nice beach , people and workers there are very good I spent a very good holiday with my family there from 23-7-2013 up to 26-7-2013 , but the hotel need more proficient management , elevators need maintenance and repairing , air conditions and furniture need adjusting and fixing , bathrooms...

The location is convenient, a leisurely two-minute walk from the room to the sea

Everything was very good.. The employees were very good.. The reception was the best thing.... A good employee... The food was good.. The hotel was normal.

Rooms aren't the cleanest but it's okay , no WiFi as they claim , I stayed for a week last year and asked about WiFi every single day and kept getting told "the it is working on it" asked to have it any way so it starts working when they fix/charge it , no can do cus no one knows the password , last year the beach pass was good but this year the beach is more on the stony side , open buffet was okay...

No heaters .. not even a bit of warm water in the shower .. for a whole week we had to have a cold shower after the beach day .. We faced that with a 2 years old toddler who couldn't stand the water at all

Still needs a lot of improvement, staff, especially housekeeping and maintenance staff, lobby A/C is weak, the beach is far away, would be better if there's a shuttle service to the beach

Great location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar

The Marina and Downtown were a Tuk Tuk journey away. They even have free boat service to a seperate island and beach. We absolutely fell in love with this resort and cannot recommend it enough

I love Sunny Days hotel, you can really just relax and put your feet on. Great view of red sea and so easy to get to the beach. Food was nice and served all day long.

The restaurants were truly excellent; it was a pleasure to eat there. The hotel is constantly cleaned, even the exterior. Special mention to Ahmed, who took such good care of us, and Ali, who cleaned our room every day

Everything was fantastic: the good price, the breakfast buffet and drinks, the swimming pool and the scenery around the beach; the environment and the natural decoration with beautiful trees and flowers

For the price I paid, I would have preferred a better place. Drinks in the restaurant are charged

The room is acceptable, but the facilities are old, but there is air conditioning, and there is no toothbrush, no toothbrush set, no toiletry bag, nothing, and then it feels good when you come in, there are three swimming pools, and there is a beach, and the sea is pretty good

In fact, the room facilities of Egyptian hotels are generally old, but the beach water of the Red Sea is really a plus. There is a small shop 50 meters to the left of the hotel gate

Captain’s inn is perfect location. I got to also use the pool in Ali baba hotel as well as beach. Bkfst was included and it was good. The restaurant was great as well! Extremely friendly and helpful staff

I can recommend the Ocean Diva catamaran that goes out several times a day on four hour snorkel trips. Or take a private motor boat to explore the three Marinas, see the kite surfing and visit the sea eagles

A three star hotel that deserves more stars in my opinion. The location first of all is magnificent. I loved being right on the shores of the Red Sea

I can also recommend the Cleopatra Spa in Hurghada for an authentic three hour Turkish Hamaam experience. As for the room, mine was spotlessly clean and overlooked the tranquil courtyard so it was quiet too

Sara, and when I was being picked up at 4 am to go to Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, the security guard kept checking I was ok. It is a very safe location with lots to see and do

everything is good, the problem is only with the guy who works at the pool. every day he reserves sunbeds for money, so when you come at 8 he has already reserved half of them

The room is a bit old, but the beach and swimming pool are nice. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and there is no tipping.

Fortunately, there were some lovely servers, like Ahmed, who was always cheerful, and the guy at the drinks station was also a star. The beach was nice, but the pool was dirty and really needed cleaning

The sister hotel across the road has access to the beach which you can get a free shuttle bus too amd do some snorkeling

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few

The slides are great and the kids pools are heated (which was a welcome surprise as a little cold to swim otherwise)

There's a little gift shop at the back by the pools worth a visit - reasonable prices and the shop keeper used to be a tour guide so knows a lot of Egyptian history

We got treated like royalty on our birthdays so highly recommend this place if you have a birthday during the trip. Lots of little details and friendly interactions from staff was really noticeable

The food was great all week and kudos to the chap running the A La Carte restaurants - those were great. Especially the Teppanyaki experience which my 4yo still thinks was magic

The location right on the Red Sea is excellent, with a beautiful beach and great snorkeling/diving opportunities going right from the hotel. The resort is clean, well maintained, and very relaxing

They never make u feel bored or left out and give u the nicest memories to look back to. We will also definently come back again to dance with the animation team! ☺️

The breakfast is nice and lunch at the bottom restaurant is also nice. Recommend the marina and if eating out meat and wood was delicious. Weather is amazing and sea temperature warm. We did the boat trip which is good

The exterior could do with a tidy up. The evening food tin main restaurant we didnt find much we liked but could just be us. It's a shame they dont have seating at the top in the sun
