Exceptional Stay – Truly Inclusive Hospitality. My stay at JAZ Soma Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish

From the moment we arrived, the reception team exceeded expectations by offering early check-in, welcoming us with genuine smiles, especially Donia at the reception, whose warm attitude made us feel instantly at home

We were also kindly allowed a late checkout, which made our departure relaxed and stress-free: a gesture that truly reflects excellent hospitality

They celebrated my anneversary without notification or request but only they have it in the records when I stayed there 2 years ago

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Everything is lovely here, all the staff do so much for you, nothing is ever too much

We also enjoyed the 24-hour gym, the sauna and spa area, and the beautiful private beach just a few steps away

We stayed at the Steigenberger Golf Resort in El Gouna for 9 nights (10 days) with my wife and our little boy, Leo — and it was truly an unforgettable family vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

Their kindness made our stay even more special. The food was excellent and varied with different theme nights, and the outdoor heated pool was just perfect

A special mention to the restaurant team: Ahmed Anas, Ahmed Fawzy, Ibrahim (“Miam Miam”), Abanoub, the manager Mohamed, and of course the talented chefs. They made us feel at home every single day

Also, huge thanks to the lifeguards: Mossad, who played football with Leo; Tarek, who built pyramids in the sand with him; and Mohamed, all of them always there when we needed help

Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed, a small terrace, and an incredible view over the lagoon. Every morning felt peaceful and relaxing

Lunch is better than breakfast. I recommend visiting the bar on the B2 floor. I didn't try the pool - the sea is too gorgeous

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious

I was apprehensive about leaving bags with phones and wallets on the beach but needn't have worried - the staff are constantly around the beach and everyone else there were hotel guests

The bar and pool staff are also very attentive, along with the waiting staff and chefs who provide an enormous variety of amazing food for breakfast, lunch, tea and "midnight snacks"

Ahmed at the pool bar and Ramadan the lifeguard were always on hand offering drinks and fresh hotel towels, and always a friendly greeting

The hotel is right on the beach and we were offered a number of services on our first day, although none of the people were pushy

This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's a huge resort with a private beach, perfect for swimming and diving in the Red Sea

Environment: The common areas were nice, with Wi-Fi, two swimming pools, and a public beach. Service: Some staff showed signs of discrimination towards Asian guests

The resort is right by the sea, with its own private beach and snorkeling area, which is very convenient. However, the bedding was pilling, and I hope they can improve that.

I was supposed to pay 48 dollars at property for my child, surprisingly the reception asked me to pay some huge amount which is around 170 dollars, saying they will consider my daughter as an adult, as she is 12 years 3 months, we were tired, hungry, after travelling 5 hours by road, had to fight a lot for this, at last the manager considered and I paid the due amount only

Enormous Resort and offers all the amenities condensed in 1 Street 😆. it’s like a city community, reminiscent of a large social housing project in a Soviet Union

Barmen don’t bring you drinks, you have to go to the counter. The pools are nice and the beach is also great

We stayed in room 11011 from January 31st to February 9th. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom needed a refresh. The silicone in the shower and dark furniture throughout the room and bathroom don't give it a modern feel

But that wasn't a major issue for us since we were out of the room most of the time anyway. The room was always beautifully cleaned and smelled nice. Things that should have been in the room were replenished

I can't mention everyone by name, but it was wonderful to meet you all. We ate breakfast and lunch at the beach restaurant most of the time

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us

The beach is absolutely beautiful, suitable even for small children thanks to the gradual access to the sea

I spent 7 wonderful days at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada with my son, and we were very pleased with everything the hotel had to offer. We stayed in a spacious apartment-style room with a stunning sea view

Housekeeping was done daily, and the minibar was always restocked. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed all the facilities: the pools, the beach, the restaurants, and the entertainment area

The Aqua Blu is a very child friendly hotel, part of a three hotel compound. You can walk to the Aqua Vista and Aqua Park Hotels within minutes with access to their pools and restaurants

The rooms are varied, some are very spacious while others are more cramped. We were in building 1 on the top floor in a spacious family room with a view of the sea

There's also an all day snack bar catering to the pool areas as well as a bakery and dessert venue with a Barista for fresh coffee drinks

They also have a shared beach area across the street, which is nice but I really wouldn't recommend for families
