My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests

Food was awesome! We really loved the honeymoon suite, with the jacuzzi and the heated private pool. Overall exeprience was so great, won’t be our last visit

The in-room phone wasn't working, and when I called the front desk from my mobile to report it, they didn't offer any solutions. Looking at other reviews, cold water seems to be a common issue

I was in a hurry to check out, but they insisted on a 10-minute room inspection. After the inspection, the front desk didn't bother to inform me, and their attitude was generally unhelpful

As a small suggestion, it would be great if the hotel could consider providing a shuttle bus service for guests to travel around nearby places such as Senzo Mall, which would make getting around even more convenient and comfortable

Although the price was 4 pounds, it felt much safer, clearer, and more reliable. For other travelers, we would recommend using the hotel’s taxi service for peace of mind, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area

We had a disappointing experience using Uber while trying to go to Senzo Mall, which is actually very close to the hotel. The price shown in the app was 1 pound, but the driver asked for 5 pounds instead

This made us feel uncomfortable and sadly felt like we were being taken advantage of. Because of this, we decided not to proceed and instead booked a taxi directly through the hotel

No WiFi in the bedrooms and low internet speed as well. When I asked them, one said there is no wifi in the bedroom and its only available in the lounge and the pool. Who needs wifi in the pool when we chilling

The rooftop was nice the swimming pool closes at 7pm and the beach at 6pm

The hotel is very close by walking to the beach, the staff was nice and friendly they provided a laundry service that clean my clothes in only a few hours

The recreational manager Mostsfa was great, he made sure all was happy taking the time to stop gor a few minutes to ask if all was OK. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning as?soon as we can

I recently stayed in the property for a week. Everything right after being received at the reception till the day we left was hassle free

Captain’s inn is perfect location. I got to also use the pool in Ali baba hotel as well as beach. Bkfst was included and it was good. The restaurant was great as well! Extremely friendly and helpful staff

I can recommend the Ocean Diva catamaran that goes out several times a day on four hour snorkel trips. Or take a private motor boat to explore the three Marinas, see the kite surfing and visit the sea eagles

I can also recommend the Cleopatra Spa in Hurghada for an authentic three hour Turkish Hamaam experience. As for the room, mine was spotlessly clean and overlooked the tranquil courtyard so it was quiet too

Sara, and when I was being picked up at 4 am to go to Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings, the security guard kept checking I was ok. It is a very safe location with lots to see and do

For those who like looking at boats this is the place, and the Marina is full of bars and restaurants. I loved the tranquil mornings eating the all included breakfast at the restaurant

The fact that the hotel has no interest in preventing this seems to say a lot. If you want to relax at the pool, you can listen to annoying music from morning to night

everything is good, the problem is only with the guy who works at the pool. every day he reserves sunbeds for money, so when you come at 8 he has already reserved half of them

even when you come and take a sunbed, as soon as you turn your head he takes your umbrella and transfers it to someone who paid him. very bad advertising for a hotel

The room is a bit old, but the beach and swimming pool are nice. It is worth mentioning that the hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and there is no tipping.

Fortunately, there were some lovely servers, like Ahmed, who was always cheerful, and the guy at the drinks station was also a star. The beach was nice, but the pool was dirty and really needed cleaning

The resort is very clean, and the staff are lovely overall, though there are occasionally a few moody ones. There is a shuttle bus every half hour to Titanic Royal, and you can use all their facilities and beach for free

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few

The slides are great and the kids pools are heated (which was a welcome surprise as a little cold to swim otherwise)

There's a little gift shop at the back by the pools worth a visit - reasonable prices and the shop keeper used to be a tour guide so knows a lot of Egyptian history

We got treated like royalty on our birthdays so highly recommend this place if you have a birthday during the trip. Lots of little details and friendly interactions from staff was really noticeable

The food was great all week and kudos to the chap running the A La Carte restaurants - those were great. Especially the Teppanyaki experience which my 4yo still thinks was magic

The location right on the Red Sea is excellent, with a beautiful beach and great snorkeling/diving opportunities going right from the hotel. The resort is clean, well maintained, and very relaxing

Pools could do with being heated at least the baby pool. I wouldn't want to go in height of season as I think you would struggle to find sun beds

The buffé included plenty of vegetarian alternatives, among other dishes. The only minus is that the hotel is a little bit far from Hurghada though, if you are interested in going into town

I booked a family room, and the hotel upgraded me to a family suite for free. Both rooms were spacious, with two large sunny balconies perfect for sunbathing. The rooms looked to be over 100 square meters

We didn’t realise it was 6 courses! So we had Course 1 hors d’oeuvres, Course 2 I had smoked salmon and husband had Cappuccino Soup (which was delicious), Course 3 Waldorf Salad, Course 4 a lemon sorbet soup, Course 5 I had Sea Bass and he had Beef, Course 6 I had Fruit Platter and he had Cheesecake! It was all absolutely delicious and we highly recommend booking a table

Yes, it's 40 km from Hurghada, but it's ideal if you want peace and quiet. The food was delicious; we booked the all-inclusive package. The alcohol was excellent, and there was evening entertainment

The hotel beach has a smaller capacity, which sometimes meant it was difficult to find a free sunbed. Fortunately, there was the option to use sunbeds by the two hotel pools

The pool area was another highlight — spacious, clean, and pleasantly heated, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely love to come back!

Hotel is half-pansion system means you have a good breakfast and a good dinner. Hotel has her own beach and heated pool. If you used to huge hotels this hotel is like a small nice boutique hotel

Bottled water, coffee, tea and kettle are suitable every day in the room. Flat tv, refrigirator and clima are in the room. I couldn't be able to start the clima machine for heating but there is a good machine

There was also nice night shows at the pool area which made the evenings great. It is located in the heart of the city where you can have all type of shopping and souvenirs. At the end it is good value for money
