The only drawback of the hotel was that the breakfast was a bit simple, but the service was quite enthusiastic. You can see that the owner is taking good care of it, because people who like flowers are very warm

There weren't any towels in the room, we needed to ask the receptionist to bring us. The room was all dusty, the shelfs and the floor. The water was very slow, either very hot or very cold

I was able to book tours and transportation to Orange bay and snorkeling, which reception organised for myself. If you looking for nice, quiet and true value for money, look no further

The room was really beyond imagination, very clean, and there was a small balcony. From the small balcony, you can see flowers, which smelled very good

Other guests were very nice too , mainly consisted of families. Reception was very helpful and provided me with information and anything else I needed

Rested at this hotel 3 weeks ago, the impression is positive large area, well-groomed , has its own lagoon , sandy bottom with no guard is suitable for families with children, and if bad , the food would put a 4, but perhaps this is due to changes of owners , in the evenings there is the disco and a day at the beach is aerobics on land and in water so do not give bored ,the standard rooms are no frills...

Close to Sheraton Road, Gomla market I got the same room beautifully prepared like a fee weeks ago. The staff is super friendly and respectful, kind

This is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect 5 star services, but everyone is trying their best. I got my beach towel and my favorite room, and folded heart as a welcome back

Local spirits are mediocre and the wine isn’t great. The pools and gardens are lovely, it’s great you can access the hotel across the road too. Our room was cleaned daily but the sheets and towels were pretty washed out

One of the beach employees was extremely intrusive, to the point of trying to almost pull the bag out of my hands and insisting on setting up sunbeds, clearly expecting a tip

Guests should be able to arrange their sunbeds themselves without feeling pressured or uncomfortable

The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. Close to everything - 3 minutes walk to the mosque, 5 to the fish market, 10 to the center

The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

90% of tourists are from Russia - it did not bother us - I met a lot of people from different countries (UK, Holland, Poland, Egypt, Finland, Hungary), interesting conversations

There might be other activities, but we didn't inquire. Room cleaning and towel changes are daily. We left a tip of 50 EGP or $1 on the bed, and our room was cleaned perfectly, with the bed beautifully made

They are doing the best to make sure we had a great time there. Sometimes we had to wait for a table, the breakfast was my favorite meal. Finding sunbeds can be difficult. Overall I was happy with my stay there

Nice small Hotel in the Center of Abu Tug Marina. Breakfast at (close) Hotel Captains Inn, Pool at Hotel Ali Pasha (also close) or at Hotel Fanadir, walking distance.

However, it did feel a bit overpriced for what was served. We also dealt with some noise from outside during the night, and it's worth noting that the pool and beach require a 5–7 minute walk to reach

Hotel is right by the marina and close to all restaurants and a walking distance from the marina beach. Staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast at the marina steakhouse is one of the best ever

The location altought is far from city center is better than other resorts

The room was good, the bed was confortable and they have a huge land with beach restaurant, pool restaurant… The food was not the best, they had some handmade food that was tasty, but mostly was not good Quality in our opinion

Let’s be real you can not accept “Hilton” level of details, but that is why i will always rather accept to go to Pharaoh Azur than Hilton, it’s feel more natural and friendly not fake glitter

Here you unbelievably big park full of threes, grass and even a lake in the middle. We will for sure come back again. Also a big recommendation for Farfasha Caffe and Mohamed

The lifeguards were very professional and friendly. The only challenge we had was because of the winter, the pool water was cold. That didnt deter us from the rides though

Midsummer in El Gouna is a quiet time. Hot outside, so everyone tries to go to North Coast. But if you like sun and don’t like humans, it’s a perfect time to visit El Gouna

The hotel is like a little paradise. For me it is my second home! Dawar has a nice pool with a view on the lagune. On a walking distance you find many great restaurants!

Dawar el Omda is a very nice boutique hotel. It’s have an aesthetic Design, a beautiful pool with beautiful flowers and palm trees - very nice. Service is very friendly and helpful

Adult Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful view, excellent restaurant with great service. The ION kite club very nearby and you can see the kites flying, this is beautiful and very convenient for kiters like me

We stayed for a week in January and found the Shams Prestige to be very relaxing and quiet. The staff are really attentive and friendly and genuinely want to make your stay special
