This is certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are amazing, always cheerful and attentive. The gardens and pools are lovely

We have travelled the world many times, and never have we experienced animation like this!!!! They are superb, outstandingly friendly, professional and sooooo good at thier jobs! Credit to the hotel, please pass on our thanks to them for making our holiday the BEST

A special highlight was the animation team – they are truly fantastic! They bring so much energy and fun to every activity, and even though Max is a little crazy, he makes everything even more entertaining in the best way

O I recently stayed at the Makadi Saraya Hotel and had an amazing experience. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options every day. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax

A perfect Stay in Amarina Abu Soma - I need to thank all the staff as they were very professional starting from Mrs Mariam and Mr Bassam on the reception as they made all things perfect and upgrade our rooms and Mrs Nermin and Mr Mohamed Atef on Guest relation as they arrange the birthday party surperise for our kid and help us on all resturants reservation and I much recommend the Italian resturant...

On our second stay we were treated with special care and we were given an upgraded room with a lovely pool and sea view

The Staff working in the hotel were amazing, But of course the brightest star in the hotel is Remon ❤️ He takes such care of the guests that I believe he is the reason why so many people return to this hotel, or like me, look for similar service in other hotels of the Amarina chain

The rooms were sparkling clean and spacious, the food so good that I we sometimes went to dinner twice The a'la carte restaurants were really good, especially the oriental one

I visited the hotel twice, in 2023 and 2024. It was my first experience in Egypt and thanks to this exceptional place, I fell in love with the country

It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm

A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun

Staff serving drinks at the beach and by the pool were very nice and friendly. The only negative thing is that mini bar is extra charge (this is not case in other all inclusive resorts)

This is an excellent stay , all the staff was helpful,the food was very good,the room was clean and I love to return again

We are a family of four and went with another couple. We had such a great time, the property is small but immaculate, everything from the rooms, the pool and the grounds were so well kept

Cons: - Entertainment/Sports are not the strongest at this resort. There were no sports games organized in the pool, no volleyball space on the beach (probably because no space)

From the moment we arrived, the reception team exceeded expectations by offering early check-in, welcoming us with genuine smiles, especially Donia at the reception, whose warm attitude made us feel instantly at home

We were also kindly allowed a late checkout, which made our departure relaxed and stress-free: a gesture that truly reflects excellent hospitality

They celebrated my anneversary without notification or request but only they have it in the records when I stayed there 2 years ago

We stayed at the Steigenberger Golf Resort in El Gouna for 9 nights (10 days) with my wife and our little boy, Leo — and it was truly an unforgettable family vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect

A special mention to the restaurant team: Ahmed Anas, Ahmed Fawzy, Ibrahim (“Miam Miam”), Abanoub, the manager Mohamed, and of course the talented chefs. They made us feel at home every single day

Also, huge thanks to the lifeguards: Mossad, who played football with Leo; Tarek, who built pyramids in the sand with him; and Mohamed, all of them always there when we needed help

Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed, a small terrace, and an incredible view over the lagoon. Every morning felt peaceful and relaxing

We got there quite late at night, but the staff still welcomed us with a smile and offered us dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey

The staff at the hotel were simply outstanding — always smiling, friendly, and genuinely caring, especially with little Leo

Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh! Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious

Ahmed at the pool bar and Ramadan the lifeguard were always on hand offering drinks and fresh hotel towels, and always a friendly greeting

The room was immaculate and cleaned and remade daily by Atallah, who couldn't do enough to help us. We tipped small amounts every day and came back to different towel sculptures and a restocked fridge without fail

The bar and pool staff are also very attentive, along with the waiting staff and chefs who provide an enormous variety of amazing food for breakfast, lunch, tea and "midnight snacks"

The hotel itself is beautiful and despite being at full capacity, did not seem overly busy - we didn't have any difficulty getting sunbeds on the beach or seats at mealtimes

Lunch is better than breakfast. I recommend visiting the bar on the B2 floor. I didn't try the pool - the sea is too gorgeous

Environment: The common areas were nice, with Wi-Fi, two swimming pools, and a public beach. Service: Some staff showed signs of discrimination towards Asian guests

Lovely weather, great animation team which keep us busy over the day , and at the evening time- every night different show. Very nice food ,every day different culture food absolutely tasty

Facilities: The room looked quite old due to the abundance of wooden furniture. Stayed for two nights, and on the second day, bath towels and water in the fridge weren't replenished in time

The views are amazing, and the service was excellent. I also really enjoyed the food. It would be even better if the WiFi was more stable.

Enormous Resort and offers all the amenities condensed in 1 Street 😆. it’s like a city community, reminiscent of a large social housing project in a Soviet Union

Caves Resort was perfect for our couples holiday in the sun. Described as quirky and fun with a Flintstones prehistoric vibe turned up to 10. The bedrooms are cave themed but with all mod cons

It’s heated, has a great swim-up bar, and even a pool table in the water! Special thanks to the pool attendant (Mohamed/Mahmoud), who was incredibly welcoming and helped us secure the best sunspots daily

The service was excellent especially the food with lots of variety and made for taste. The staff were superb and polite. Only negative was the music and entertainment

Barmen don’t bring you drinks, you have to go to the counter. The pools are nice and the beach is also great

The grounds are large and beautiful. I want to mention the best estimation of the animator Irina, very nice and friendly people. Also the lobby bar has a great bartender who makes fine cocktails

Coral beach is a beautiful holiday for anyone looking for a relaxing time with lots of selection's of food's and cakes to choose from. The staff are so lovely you just have to love them

The weather was great and the surrounding garden area's look really beautiful lots of tree's and surrounding plants that really make it look stunning. Rooms very spacious and free water delivered daily via the cleaner

It was a smooth check in although I arrived very early in the morning (5a. The staff were very attentive & welcoming. The food comes in massive varieties, fresh and delicious. We really enjoy our stay here

First, I needed to pay about GBP12 for a week's wifi access. But with routers all over the place, the signal was excellent. Second, after about 3 days, they said my room had not been paid for

Freshly squeezed orange juice cost EUR2 and was not good, like they are using the wrong type of oranges! It was my 3rd visit to Egypt and the first time I didn't get food poisoning

I booked through Love Holidays, who assured me it was fully paid. I think the Egyptian booking agent was playing games but I wasn't thrown out and I didn't have to pay anything

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and hope to return. I could have reduced my rating a bit for aspects that irritated me, but I did not because everything was OK in the end

We stayed in room 11011 from January 31st to February 9th. For a 5-star hotel, the bathroom needed a refresh. The silicone in the shower and dark furniture throughout the room and bathroom don't give it a modern feel

But that wasn't a major issue for us since we were out of the room most of the time anyway. The room was always beautifully cleaned and smelled nice. Things that should have been in the room were replenished

We also want to mention Muhammed, who carried drinks, juices, water, and other things to the beach. He was a wonderful, wonderful young man. We had the opportunity to get to know him better and grew to like him very much

We wish him and his newborn son all the best. I also have to mention the entertainment team. What a positive team! Their energy, passion, and dedication were truly inspiring. It wouldn't have been the same without them

Every evening, during showtime, we cried with laughter. If I forgot to mention anyone, I apologize in advance. There were so many of you and I didn't know everyone by name, but be proud of yourselves

The best 3 star hotel we have stayed at, everything has been perfect here, the staff, the room, the swimming pools, the grounds, the hygiene, lovely tasty food, the beach and sea is so beautiful, clean with a coral reaf with lots of fish to see

Good place near the town centre but the room is not good The furniture in the rooms is old and needs to be renewed, and the beach is not near and not suitable for swimming because there are many rocks in it

There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from, offering a wide variety of food options. These facilities were spaced out well, so you didn’t have to walk far to find a counter to order a drink

We didn’t participate much in the daily activities and spent most of our days near the beach snorkeling. The reef is healthy and very well maintained, which pleasantly surprised us

There’s a lifeguard on duty from morning to sunset, which added a great sense of comfort. Food variety and quality was great, we've never were hungry or unsatisfied with our meals

We stayed in villa 21 room 7214 From the minute we arrived we were, as always in Egypt, made to feel welcome by every single member of staff we spoke to Our favourite Khaled aka Foxy the quiet pool lifeguard an absolute diamond young man, couldn’t do enough for us n we were both so to leave him Magdi who owns the handbag, clothes n trainers shop in the reception area was a delight to speak to n shop...

The Italian is excellent and the waitress called Yasmin couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Pools are cold but refreshing. Plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas so never struggled to get one

Initially I was disappointed to be told we were staying in the villa rooms situated over the road from the main hotel, however, after seeing the immaculately kept, beautiful gardens n quiet adults only pool we were both delighted

When we arrived at the hotel with a booking that had gone wrong because of our travel agency, Ahmed Mazhar’s warm welcome and kindness saved the day! He spent a few hours helping us at the front desk, and the whole team was fantastic to us—helpful and attentive

For the third year and still an absolutely amazing vacation. I love it here! ❤️ The hotel services have improved dramatically, and I have to admit that the food is fantastic as well

The place is big and has different swimming pools and also a small water park with few slides which ok nice. The only thing I didn't like during my stay was the food

Nothing but good memories! The hotel is large, spacious, and very clean. The entire staff was friendly and very, very helpful. There is a clinic nearby in case of illness and a spa for pleasure

Several swimming pools, bath towels provided daily. Comfortable large sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea. The beach was large and clean

The hotel is child friendly, lots for them to do; Nina who is in the kids club is so good with the children and my son especially loved making his own pizza! An extra special thank you to Marco who made an effort with us every day & has been absolutely fantastic with my 4 year old - he now says that they are best friends!

Location yes it is long way from city which i dont mind as i like quiteness and what was good was your only 10 min walk to beach which was great. Personallu great value for money and lookinh to rebook come back next year

First time traveling to hurgada solo and must say hotle was brilliant had everything what i needed in room. The staff were really good and fantasic all helpful nothing was ever to much always happy to help

They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or handling requests quickly and efficiently

Also just swimming in the pool was great because of the professional lifeguards that were making us feel safe. There wasn't really much noise problems everything was neutral

Location is great, near you have shops and pharmacy. Value was equal to the experience. I'll recommend to everyone to go there

Hotel is covered by fast internet even on the beach. The only problem, for which I give 4 stars, is the early occupation of sunbeds

The choice of food is also excellent and at any time of day you always have some food or snacks, which is a very good thing if you wake up very early or arrive very late from some excursion

The staff in the restaurant are always pleasant and try to ensure that your glass is never empty. There is also a fish restaurant within the restaurant

The room I got has one bed and a balcony, overall a very nice room

If you travel solo, it is a bit far from the main attractions and there is not too much traffic and a large selection of restaurants, shops, and other things nearby, but for couples and families who want to relax it is a very nice place
