Many problems inside the rooms. The general area is normal, the beach is private and the sun loungers with umbrellas are of the old format. Bed linen and towels have not been changed, probably for several years

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Excellent location - on the central Sheraton street, next to a pedestrian street. Private beach with excellent access to the sea, several swimming pools

The location is amazing, situated on Sheraton road, walking distance from Marina, Cherry street, El Mina Mosk, all the shopping area is there. Don't hesitate to loose yourself on the streets behind Sheraton road

I liked everything! The food was plentiful, lots of different dishes, everything fresh and tasty. The sea is super! The very center, there is where to walk. The embankment in the marina is 10 minutes walk away

As per hotel, is very cozy, not crowded with a small private beach. There is the posibility to book your trips directly in the hotel. I come the 5th time in this hotel

You will find a lot of shops, local restaurants with a big vatiety of local food: fish, lamb, camel, cow, froot bars, locaal icecream, and amazing sweets

It is an amazing place to stay in Hurghada, you will be well taken care of! West side bar is amazing and they have great staff specially Michael and Omar! Shout out to the animators too - Violeta, Bright and Marwan, with them you will have a great time, thank you for the trip and hope to see you soon again!

5 stars worthy hotel with no minuses. Clean, comfy, rooms are big enough, clean, smells great 😁, everything is perfect. You must ask for balcony if you smoke, cause there are rooms with no balcony

Service at the pool bar and the restaurant was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming to us. The kind man working on the grill has a special place in our hearts! We would love to visit again

They take great care of the pools and the entire hotel, everything is clean and the staff are very helpful and kind

I spent 7 wonderful days at Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada with my son, and we were very pleased with everything the hotel had to offer. We stayed in a spacious apartment-style room with a stunning sea view

The Aqua Blu is a very child friendly hotel, part of a three hotel compound. You can walk to the Aqua Vista and Aqua Park Hotels within minutes with access to their pools and restaurants

There's also an all day snack bar catering to the pool areas as well as a bakery and dessert venue with a Barista for fresh coffee drinks

I couldn’t fault the holiday we had at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the food was by far the best we have experienced in out 3 trips to Egypt so far

We had a wonderful time at the resort and the staff were super friendly and helpful which was a bonus with young kids!

While the rooms and some of the facilities are dated and in need of refurbishment, all spaces are kept immaculately clean and the staff go out of their way to make all guests but especially kids comfortable

There are three main restaurants serving three buffet meals per day with a daily changing selection and multiple bars which all offer truly outstanding service, fit for any 5* experience

Even more remarkable was the attention to detail: the thoughtful turndown service and the constant replenishment of mineral water. Upon departure, the front desk offered warm water with a smile

This place is amazing, i used to visit the resort as timeshare owner, this time I decided to try the hotel it self. The management and the staff are very cooperative and very well organized

That's not the hotel's fault, and they shouldn't carry that score. The food was delicious — genuinely better than what I've had at large resorts in Greece or elsewhere

Mahmoud and the front kitchen staff, the room cleaners, the gardeners — the staff as a whole were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming

The rest is just a building and upsell services, and those shouldn't carry the same weight as the team that actually makes your stay what it is

It's a big operation and nothing runs perfectly every moment, but the dedication here is real. Beautiful location, clean sandy beach in Sahl Hasheesh, and a team that genuinely cares

I requested a child bed and I was happy when I saw that they put a bed suitable for an adult. Pools are of various depths that fit to all ages. Aqua park is 3 medium size slides plus one toddler slide

The bathroom drain was very slow and would get clogged during peak water usage in the evening, but showering outside of peak hours was fine. The hotel has four restaurants, but only the main restaurant was open every day

Eventually, I had to wave him down and directly ask him why he couldn't see me, and only then did he quickly serve our food. The Oriental restaurant was our only somewhat negative experience; everything else felt great

The food selection was rich and tasty; the roasted camel meat was particularly delicious. The beach bar also served freshly baked pizza from a wood-fired oven every afternoon and offered daily specialty cocktails

The hotel is located in Makadi Bay, about 30 kilometers from Hurghada city center. Prima Life in Makadi Bay seems to be one of the hotels with the highest occupancy, almost always fully booked

During our two-day stay, we were the only four Chinese guests; everyone else was European or American. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach where you can swim and snorkel

no help at all! When they wanted coins changing for notes they were changed men!! Now the good. Grand Makadi has a wonderful pool area. Lots of sunbeds and helpful staff

Some staff are great, others come across as uninterested. You’ll also be regularly interrupted by spa sellers and excursion reps, even when trying to relax by the pool, which quickly gets irritating

The hotel has a laid-back feel with lots of pools and space, so it never feels too crowded. The beach bar was a highlight, a bit livelier than the lobby but still relaxed

The pool staff and lifeguards were excellent throughout, friendly, helpful and always around when needed

Beach is lovely and snorkelling from jetty amazing. needs updating but we were happy and comfortable. Nice buffet with wonderful choice. Service everywhere was friendly and helpful

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect — clean rooms, delicious food, friendly staff, and a beautiful beach. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the spa is fantastic. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Cleaning staff - the man who cleaned our room every day tidied all of our things, even organising every item. We were also surprised with different towel art every day

The check-out time would be confirmed the day before the hotel check-out, and the porter would come to pick up the luggage in advance. The only drawback was that it was far from the city center and in a resort

It may not be a fancy hotel but it is probably hard to find another hotel for this price that serves three meals a day, is close to the sea and has a pool

Almost every evening there were organized events and entertainment. A really big hotel with several pools, many restaurants and a nice beach

The location of the resort is great. Quite close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the marina. The pools and the beach area are amazing and were the highlight of our stay

The hotel is very large, with 6 or 7 restaurants. The service is very good, and they will always help with ordering drinks and changing plates. It is very suitable for a family vacation.

The resort is amazing, I have been several times but there was an issue with the booking we were unable to resolve. Staff said it was due to the booking made via *******

The seawater in front of the hotel was a bit murky, but we did see two batfish

The food variety was great, we could always book a place at one of the many lovely restaurants. We’d recommend the Turkish, Indian and Egyptian

Downstairs, by the pool, there was a free ice cream machine. Breakfast and lunch were served in the restaurant next to the lobby, which also had a coffee machine

Dinner was by the pool, and during peak hours, you might have to wait for a table. It took about ten minutes to walk to the beach

Gym was good but only opens at 8am and doesn’t have water or towels. Laundry was pricey, there are cheaper local laundry places nearby

The beach is beautiful, clean water with many marine lives, good for snorkeling. The room and food are acceptable. Many cute cats 😻. The reception and the house keeper are very helpful.

Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Children are not allowed there, which makes you feel so relaxed and enjoy your day at the lovely swimming pool as well as at the restaurant

Ice cream, snacks, pizza, and fresh drinks were available at the pool bar. The personnel will make sure that you're always happy and enjoying your stay there. Highly recommended for your honeymoon stay

The day we supposed to check out, because of the late flight, we asked the front desk if we can check out late (3pm instead of 11am), they happily helped us and reprogrammed our room cards (something impossible for most us and european countries)

We ended up extened the check-out time one more time (to 4pm) and they happily helped! That last day we had visited Hurghada downtown and had lunch at one of our favorite seafood restaurant (we have been there twice in our short stay) and got back to hotel after 3pm

We spent a wonderful time together with my husband and this was not our first stay at this hotel. The staff is truly friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options

The area is quiet, big, green and clean. Two beaches have space to everyone. Every day and evening varied entertainment for adults and children. Special heated pools and water attractions to children

This was my fourth stay in Seagull. I choose this hotel bcs of good location in the centre of Hurghada, near main street - nearby many caffees and shops- good for shopping and enjoying local food and life

He always made sure we had extra waters tea and coffee. The art he did on the beds made out of towels were incredible!! We spent a lot of time by the bikini only pool and the guys at the bar there were brilliant

A nice hotel with a beautiful view to pool workers are very helpful. The room is better clean with a big balcony. The restaurant is amazingly different verity to much fruits and Mango every diner
