The heated pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy in February in Hurghada. There were plenty of activities at the pool too. The room was new and spacious, and the location was super convenient. Right next door there's a big mall with a Carrefour, though there wasn't much worth buying. Free parking and a great breakfast rounded out a wonderful stay.

The room was fantastic with an amazing sea view – probably the best spot along the entire coastline! You can take a boat directly from the hotel's pier, and it's super convenient to book excursions through the hotel's travel agency. Great hotel complex, with impressive size, attractive architecture, clean pools, good food, drinks, friendly staff. The rooms are of a suitable size, well-equipped, and well-kept. My stay at the Jaz Makadi Oasis was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere immediately puts you in a holiday mood. This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu. The freshly squeezed juice in the morning is delicious. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

The front desk staff were rude and tried to scam us out of 100 yuan by claiming that our online order required offline tax payment. We couldn't be bothered to pursue it, but such clumsy tactics only bring shame to your country.

Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are very old and definitely need a renovation. The beds are good btw. At the reception the girl always says, “I have e very nice room for you”, but in reality all the rooms are old and nothing special. The food is good and there is enough choice. Most of the staff is friendly. Giving some tip money helps here and there.
