The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be for a 5-star hotel; birds are flying around indoors. There is no angle in the bathtub, so the water stays in the cabin and also on the bathroom floor. We had a great stay. The room service was Amazing. We stayed in room 1251 Salem, the gentleman who cleaned our room everyday did a great job and was always there for us whenever we needed anything. Although the hotel looks like a 5 star, I think it is only like a 4 star hotel. It is a small compact hotel. The cleanliness is good. Soma Bay is a hotel district. There's a shuttle bus to the nearby commercial street, restaurants, and supermarkets, but the intervals are quite long. Several hotels are actually closest to the boardwalk, but they're not available for booking on domestic platforms. I really, really love this hotel. The only downside is how far it is from China. If it were closer and had direct flights, I wouldn't even bother going to Bali!

This is certainly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff are amazing, always cheerful and attentive. The gardens and pools are lovely. The food is fantastic and isn't just the burger and chips that you find elsewhere. The whole team should be very proud. I will definitely return.
