It was nice staying at this hotel. The food was amazing. It was breakfast, lunch and dinner the view of the hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and nice people. And it was a clean area the pool and the service by the pool area. Lot of nature.

The hotel was quiet with few guests, and the scenery was beautiful, though it was very windy in winter. The service was excellent. For breakfast, there was a good variety of hot and cold options. Lunch was casual fare by the pool, and dinner offered a rich selection of both international and local dishes.

This was the most comfortable part of the entire trip, but it was also the worst part. I had left my important passport and cash in the hotel safe when I checked in. Since I hadn't accessed them during the cruise, when I checked out, I discovered several hundred dollars were missing! I contacted the front desk several times to let them know, but to no avail.

No heaters .. not even a bit of warm water in the shower .. for a whole week we had to have a cold shower after the beach day .. We faced that with a 2 years old toddler who couldn't stand the water at all

Rooms aren't the cleanest but it's okay , no WiFi as they claim , I stayed for a week last year and asked about WiFi every single day and kept getting told "the it is working on it" asked to have it any way so it starts working when they fix/charge it , no can do cus no one knows the password , last year the beach pass was good but this year the beach is more on the stony side , open buffet was okay...

The hotel is beautiful, but it needs attention in the swimming pools and the parties. There are only two poor ones, but the hotel is beautiful and the people in it have a nice spirit, but the attention to cleanliness is good, and the sandy is better than in past years. Still needs a lot of improvement, staff, especially housekeeping and maintenance staff, lobby A/C is weak, the beach is far away, would be better if there's a shuttle service to the beach
