We spent a wonderful stay there, the restaurant was fine and reasonable price

It was a cold room, the heating system was really old and inefficient.

One of the ugliest hotels I’ve been to. The surrounding area is lush, however the outside of the hotel looks like a bunker. Rooms are ok, staff is friendly. Food is good.

We had an amazing trip in the hotel! The quality of food, the closest to the nature, the service are amazing. I think it is also kid friendly place, the friends who recommend us this hotel has been going back, we love our stay 🥰

The surrounding is amazing - forest and lakes behind the hotel. A lot of activities available - tracking, swimming, sauna etc.

We had a less than desirable few nights here. The room itself was normal and comfortable, and some of the staff members were very friendly. However, we felt deceived by the hotel's amenities. First, one of the reasons we booked this place was to enjoy dinner at their restaurant (no nice restaurants anywhere near the hotel). After some initial issues (restaurant and Spa opening hours changing to our disadvantage) we still decided to come which turned out to be the right choice. Apart from the view from the balcony being impacted by a construction project, the hotel was top class.

Cosy hotel with really comfortable rooms. The private spa felt luxurious, especially after a day of skiing in freezing tempetatures. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, service excellent and friendly. I will definitely be going back, all in all a very relaxing experience.

Coming from three disappointing hotels in Kajaani, hotel Aateli was a very, very positive surprise. The breakfast, the staff, the and room's facilities were just what I needed.

Mostly good – great location & friendly staff. The ventilation was very bad though – the aircon didn’t stop the room being very stuffy and smelly. If the window was openable (even by 10 or 20cm) that would make it a lot nicer, and probably wouldn’t let anyone fall out. It would also be much nicer if there was a kettle in the room, to save having to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee

The breakfast was probably the best I've had in a hotel.

Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.

We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A lovely spot to stay in Porvoo. The staff were so lovely and found a place for my bike inside the building. The breakfast was amazing and the sauna was excellent.

One day visit Quite nice and straightforward visit with all the necessities. Breakfast just fine; porridge, bread and also some vegetarian options. Didnt check gluten free options. Nice room, no disturbances and everything worked smoothly. Close to Porvoo old town, around 15min walk.

Nice and quiet area, good staff and easy to check-in and out. The building is a bit old though, but still in a decent condition generally.

I arrived early, so I just left my luggage at the hotel before my friend treated me to breakfast there. Then we went sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food, including some Finnish specialities. The location was amazing, right on Hakaniemi plaza, just in front of the market, with metro access. The room was really nice and clean, and had all the amenities

Staff were super friendly, very helpful and open to accomodating last minute changes. Tbe room was spacious and warm. Tbe location is ideal as its a stroll to the city centre and trams. Great find.

I've stayed in pretty much all the 4-5 star hotels in the area and I'd say this was the worst. My main gripes would be lack of noise cancellation (you can hear your neighbors, elevators, people in the hallways), the bizarre lack of noise cancellation in the roof (your upstairs neighbor walking sounds like elephant stomping), cheap/bad quality amenities (for example, the hooks in the bathroom are entirely...

No free parking, otherwise good breakfast but those tea bags..., water pressure in shower and specially in bidet poor. Good location, not in the noisiest area, but in walking distance from everything.

We were 2 adulta and 2 kids sleeping in a small room. The size of the room wasn't an issue but having to tolerate the heat as the AC was not working and the alternative solution would have made us all sick from draft, I cannot see myself revisiting this hotel. We did complain but the staff said they couldn't do anything to the issue. Pretty bad to advertise AC in rooms and then it is not working.....

My train arrived early, and the hotel allows early check-in for an additional fee.

The view is superb as the entire station can be seen. The toilet is very clean as well.

LOVED the deep bathtub! Excellent breakfast offerings and good quality food. So much delicious variety! Everyone is super friendly and the location is good for walking to dinner. We dined at Bella Roma nearby, which was also a very good experience.

Stayed Sat-Sun for one night. Very good breakfast although nothing remarkable. We enjoyed it a lot and ate our tummies full. It was a great property. It does not have easy access for the front desk as you can not drive up to drop off bags. But it is a great location, the staff were very friendly, and the room and beds were comfy. The hotel parking wasn’t very well organized either.

Worst hotel experience in Finland so far. The room was old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. The key card system was a constant issue; they were unable to provide us with two functioning room cards. Really nice rooms, very clean. The kids play room is a huge pluse if you are with kids.

The family room was great, with a large bedroom and a separate bunk bed. The wooden cabin was cozy. It's a five-minute walk back to the hotel after skiing, and a three-minute walk to the shopping street. A perfect choice for Levi Ski Resort.

I spent a week at Levi Hotel Spa. Overall the stay was okay, but in my opinion the hotel feels closer to a 3-star hotel than 4 stars. The renovated Scandic Kallio is the only hotel in the area that exudes the ruggedness and authenticity of the bohemian district. Nice location in the middle of Turku's shopping pedestrian street. They have parking available. Really good service and friendly staff. Breakfast was phenomenal as always with Scandic, with clearly marked vegan options. Unfortunately the room was quite small with rather uncomfortable hard beds and not great pillows.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are decent, and the breakfast is a standard European breakfast. It's right in the city center, so it's very convenient to get around. Parking costs €16 per day; remember to tell the front desk when you arrive, otherwise you'll get a parking ticket.

We stopped overnight at the Radisson Blu in Oulu during our road trip. We got a parking place for our car in front of the main door, there were also parking spaces for hotel guests in the hotel's backyard. The reception staff was most friendly. Stayed for just one night. The hotel has a good atmosphere and there are many guests. The environment is also very good. The decoration of the room is relatively old and there is a small terrace. Maybe it has been opened for a long time.

Hot day in Finland The desk hours were real variable. The blinds had been left open before we checked in and it was a hot day in Finland, The sun was shining in so the room was hot. There was one little fan, but not really enough

Breakfast was great! The hotel is situated in nature so very peaceful and perfect when travelling with a dog. The room was comfy and I slept really well.
