Very good location and posh hotel in Helsinki. Highly recommended.

Very nice pool and sauna + steam room. While you're supposed to book times in advance, spontaneous use is also possible without restrictions. Breakfast is also very good, and the bar in the evening is highly recommended. Great hotel.

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is great, but early check-out is not possible, and there is a lack of flexibility, which leads to a lack of consideration for the customer's perspective. If the next time you stay there has a more complicated itinerary, you should choose carefully.

The room is clean and tidy with a simple and stylish Nordic design style. The breakfast is rich and varied, the service is warm and moderate, the bakery downstairs is very popular, and the hotel is in a great location and you can reach everything on foot.

The rooms and the service were good, but there was a misunderstanding from the beginning. When we got our room keys there was said in the small envelope for our keys that we could sleep as long as we wanted and have breakfast any time we liked. We did not check the other information we got about the hotel, which told us that breakfast was at 8.00-10.00. We came too late for our first breakfast, but...

Warm water at spa, does need some renovation. Almost all the rooms are not at main hotel spa building. Long and cold walk to spa if you do not have room at main building. Breakfast nice and all did taste nice.

Not the quietest location with trams and buses outside. The room wasn't the cleanest, with splatter marks on the walls.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room didn't have a microwave or a kettle, but it did have a mini-fridge for drinks. The trash can was a bit small. I'd consider this hotel again for a short trip.

Amazing and affordable stay tucked in Hakaniemi. Location is good as it is close to Hakaniemi train station. There’s a McDonalds nearby and mini market. Overall cleanliness of room is excellent and the breakfast buffet is delicious too.

You don't find such a nice Courtyard very often, I was surprised on how nice this hotel was. Only drawback is that policy where they only clean rooms every third day, you expect a nice and clean room each night when staying at a hotel.

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. The facilities were modern and spotless, and the free sauna (though small) was a nice bonus. We visited the spa complex. Four types of saunas, a salt room, a relaxation area, a large pool, a jacuzzi, and a bar. There is a summer terrace with a lake view. I recommend this place.

A hotel with great design, friendly staff and great breakfast. The standard double room size is fine but the rest room is very small. Bed is comfortable. In room amenities are quite good, with a capsule coffee machine.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned already but personally I like it. They have their own character compared to many popular business hotels. But this is really matter of taste. The court yard side rooms are very quiet, which is a requirement for me, but don't expect any view. The breakfast is very good in central European standards but quite average in Finland or Sweden. Excellent location by lake Imatra with walking paths on the shore. Spa area has several pools, dressing rooms have traditional saunas and there’s one mixed steam sauna in the spa area. Imatran Kylpylä is in a perfect spot. The SPA area is fantastic and fun to visit. The recreation area, especially the bowling, is a great addition and we enjoyed it a lot. But, the rooms are a big letdown. They seem untouched since the hotel was built, with old furniture and beds that have lost their shape after 20 years. Despite being called "superior," the rooms are far from it and feel very outdated...

Got taken by some software engineers from turku when they came past Lappeenranta on an excursion. This is the first place we went to and I've got to admit quite a weird fun chill place to visit. It feels very 2008 in a nostalgic way for me. I'd recommend visiting but the only downside I can think of is that you need to mortgage your house and sell a kidney to buy more than 3 drinks

Modern, Scandinavian vibe with really helpful and warmhearted staff. We had some weird request and all were fulfilled without any hesitation. Attached pictures are from the King Suite. It had a fireplace and all. The bathroom + sauna alone were larger than a junior suite. Can't recommend enough!

Room heating control did not work. It was untolerably warm the whole four days of our stay. One should be able to stay at a temperature below 21 degrees, let alone below 22 degrees. This is a) unhealthy and b) not environmentally friendly.

There is washing machine and cooking facilities inside of the studio, which is super convenient. The heating is a bit loud and not worked very well. The temperature in the room is around 20 degree, a bit cold for me but not a problem with duvet. The lounge and sauna is great! Smooth check in and check out! Definitely recommend to stay in.

Everything was great as others have said. I wanted to comment especially on the restaurant where breakfast was served. Wonderful historic rooms overlooking the harbour. A highlight for me. Also worth knowing that although it did not have a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, the food served in the bar is actually very good.

Stayed at Hotel Haven for 3 nights during a visit to Helsinki for a conference and it was an excellent choice. Room was lovely, food was excellent and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel location was perfect for doing some sightseeing in the limited spare time I had. Would definitely recommend.

Good service, but the rooms are quite basic. There is no Smart TV or fridge, and no shampoo products are provided. The walls are thin. The location was fine for us. However, the parking space is small and not included in the price (14€/day). Self check-in was available, and the doors worked fine outside of service hours.

The bed is a little softer than other hotels, and the pillows are looser. Apart from these two points, there are basically no flaws. We did not buy breakfast, which is on the second floor and cannot be seen. The front desk in the lobby helped us print our boarding passes, and there is free coffee and tea, and a microwave.

Food is OK but service is very slow (took about an hour to receive my order). Luckily I did not have to pay because the buffet at the hotel was closed, but I would have been angry to pay those prices. The shrimp taco was ridiculously made of just 2 shrimps. This place was an extention of the other side (across the road) which had the rooms that we stayed in. This is the place where we visited for our breakfast and it was fabulous. The marmalade and the assorted Jams were worth every piece of toast that I wanted to have.

Beware apartments with hot tub. Hot tubs are prescribed to 35 Celsius temperature which is way too low, at least in winter time. There are no change to adjust temperature. Location perfect, service moderate and rooms are adequate enough. nearby construction gives early wakeup without extra cost at 7.00 am.

The noise from the adjacent hotel construction site was somewhat disturbing from 7am to 7pm, especially in the morning and evening.
