Very clean room with new enough looking furniture. Everything worked fine. Only the checkin with the tablets required a bit too much of typing with the screen keyboard.

The apartment location is strategic, building is visible from the train station, short walk to the apartment from train station. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to either airport or citycentre. Some cons i will comment is the room does not come with a hair dryer as described, you need to get it from a common area near to your room and there is no remark about the hair dryer...

It was very good. Although it's a bit far from Helsinki, you can get there within 30 minutes by train or bus. Considering access to the Marimekko headquarters and the airport, I think it's a good location.

We had a wonderful stay at this independent hotel. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Room was charming and spacious enough. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, that you do not get that much anymore. Also, the location could not be better - just near the Ullanlinna neighborhood, our all time favorite!

Clean hotel, requested a bath tub and was provided. Early checked in. Breakfast was good. Sauna turned out to be time and gender restricted for 2 hrs each, so plan accordingly. Good and close to shops and restaurants and railway station.

Very nice hotel, the rooms the breakfast the facilities and the service are all amazing. The only downside to this hotel is the location. It is around a 30 minute metro to Helsinki and to get into espoo you have to take a tram for 11 stops and then get on a bus for 3 which makes it quite complex to find the location on arrival. But overall very good hotel!

Great location next to campus & good spot to work from. I went for a run in the area and it was a beautiful part of the archipelago. Breakfast was wonderful as usual with made-to-order omelette and a wide selection of breakfast foods. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Quite dated hotel on walking distance from the Espoo business area. The hotel is in need of renovation, but still a fairly solid choice for the business traveller. Good selection of food in the restaurant and good service overall. Breakfast was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. Fair price, but still I would opt for something more modern given the choice.

Booked and the next day tried to shift the dates by one day. They would not allow it and showed zero empathy for the fact that the airport was closed due to war. Also sauna was closed in the early afternoon and past 10 pm which is disappointing. I am a big fan of Scandic normally but the greed and lack of empathy here just because it’s non refundable is such a big turn off. Give your money to nicer...

The hotel is very spacious and clean, and the location is excellent. It's easy to hail an Uber, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes directly to Santa Claus Village, which is super convenient. The breakfast spread is amazing; I looked forward to it every morning!

Although it is a long walk to the room, meals are included and the room is spacious, so the satisfaction level is very high.

It was during the Christmas season, so it was a bit pricey, but it was a great stay. The breakfast was delicious. The next day, when I told them I couldn't eat breakfast due to a flight, they prepared a breakfast box for me.

The room seemed to have been renovated and was relatively new. The location wasn't the best in the area, but since it was a small place, it was only about a five-minute walk to the center, even in the freezing cold. The service was adequate. The room wasn't too small if two people stayed without having to unfold the sofa bed.

Nice overnight stay for a family. Kids room was a great place to play for younger kids and the breakfast was excellent.

Overall good experience. Clean, centrally located, easy access to the parking. Breakfast buffet good. Little issue with the parking payment as I was unable to pay at check out. Now the parking company will send the bill to the car rental company, which might charge additional charges for processing the parking ticket.

Average hotel Its an ok average hotel, nothing fancy. Good price for families with small children. Bit old and worn. Medioker breakfast. Elevators is kind of a hassle.

We had a view towards wall in the third floor. Extra bed was too hard for an adult. The air conditioning was not cool enough because the blankets were very thick.

Weird experience Extremely rude receptionist at the desk when I arrived to check in after a long day of travelling. Overall left me with a very baffled feeling, since everything else in the hotel was good or even excellent. Also amazingly good breakfast.

Stayed there for one night. Standard Room With 1 King Bed. A few dusts on the bed, some dirts on the duvet cover, the curtains and sofa chairs. I think curtains hv a little bit dirts are fine, but definitely not the duvet covers.  slippers and pyjamas are not provided (perhaps because I stayed for one night idk). In the middle of Vasa and close to everything We had a great stay at this hotel. Easy to check in and special price on Cava at the roof bar. The room and bed was excellent. The breakfast was also good with a lot to choose from.

The hotel is in the center of the city. You can easily take a bus to the airport, too. Breakfast is also nice.

5 stars, great location and while rooms are small they are immensely comfortable. A special shout out to the receptionist when i arrived late on Sunday night, he was very friendly and really made me feel welcomed after a fairly arduous journey.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions and the pier. The hotel is very well designed, very unique and warm. This hotel’s style takes you back to the Finnish 1980-1990s, for better or worse. Everything works, but much of it could do with some renovation. The room we had was extremely basic, the bathroom microscopic, and the sound isolation rather poor. Overall it seems well suited for families with little children, and the staff are very friendly.

Great hotel in a lovely location but wouldn't want to be there in summer season due to theme park next door ( closed in May). Large room, better than some Scandics. Slight odour from drain in bathroom could be off-putting to some. Dinner was good although the waiter forgot my dessert. When we asked for it to be taken off bill, it suddenly appeared. Nice suite We very much liked our room, although there was a drip from the air conditioning unit that seemed to be damaging a table. We also had trouble with the suite’s sauna, but we otherwise loved the service and comfort of the hotel. Vaasa is a lovely city.

Accessible room For some reason we got an accessible room, it was big so we didn’t really mind it. However the room got quickly very hot, which can be a problem for those who actually are in need of an accessible room. Especially considering that they might not be able to move by themselves. A hotel in bad need of updating. Especially on hot summer days. Lack of air fans, when there is no air conditioning in the building makes this place a hard place to sleep in. The sofa bed was broken, and we had to get it replaced. We arrived at 10pm, and informed them in advance that we just want to go straight to bed. This didn't happen. The bath was terrible. I really liked this hotel. Don’t let its office-block exterior fool you, this is a great hotel. We had a large (and quiet) room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly. The location is about two minutes walk from the train station and maybe five minutes walk from the market square.

There is a limited choice of hotels in Lappeenranta and the Scandic Patria is showing it's age inside and out (like most Scandics). All in all though, it is a good hotel, rooms are comfortable but dated. The location is the main attraction being just 150m from the Harbour Square/Satamatori. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. There is lots of free on-street parking nearby.
