Excellent location close to Rauma old town, very friendly staff at the reception, not so “customer oriented” at breakfast. Room spacious, clean, but outdated. Breakfast mediocre, but in a way has everything you need. Inexpensive overall, parking also included in price. Overall a good place to stay in Rauma.

Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good. Nice large window wall on the first floor with view of the park across the street.

A cozy hotel next to Old Rauma A nice medium class hotel almost next to the Old Rauma area and a cozy sports bar (that wasn't too noisy or crowded) with very helpful and positive waitresses and pub food downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful, including both warm and cold sorts.

Five mins walk from old town Rauma. Good breakfast, and even single rooms have wide comfy beds. Plenty of parking space.

Nice little hotel but the spa is very limited.

Only had dinner which was really nice but in the middle of it one of the worst "troubadours" in the world started playing and almost made me want to leave. Whoever chooses music at this place should get fired because when then guy was finally done with his first set (we hurried up and got out of there before he started again) it felt like a discotheque instead of a nice restaurant...

The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and nice. Food is good and the environment is beantiful. There are activities things like frisbee golf. There is a nice sauna near the water with swimming possibility. The whole aesthetics is a sight to see. There are a lot of details here and there and history.

It was one of the best relaxing days we have had. Saunas and pool are great and also the breakfast was very good. The room has a nice view to the lake and super comfortable bed. We appreciate the service as well, they were very kind. We definitely coming back!

I can definitely recommend it. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and not run down. It's a pity you cannot benefit from the fresh sea / forest air in the area, but have to rely on air conditioning instead. Hotel facilities are great and available without charge to guests, including cinema, playroom and outdoor playground for children, swimming pool and saunas. Sunday brunch was a bit of a let down...

unfortunately disappointed by the fact that the roof wasnt all clear. almost half were covered with snow and when asked, the reception said that the roof could be malfunctioning so nothing could be done. it really ruins the vibe considering the major reason we chose the place was for a clear night sky view

If you are looking for watching northern lights in glass igloo, don’t choose here. The lights around igloo are too bright and surrounded around so lowering the chances. Also the facilities and space in igloo are not good enough with its price. The normal room with sauna is good though. The breakfast is also not so good in considering its price.

The room is good but there is no elevator, we had lower floor room so it’s quite trouble for all of us to carry big luggages down to the room. Restaurant at hotel is nice but long waiting time for the orders.

I've been here for several nights. The rooms are big enough, comfortable and with sauna of course. Service is very nice, comunicative and professional. The food is very delicious and prepared with passion for cooking. Location is good if you want to hunt for polar lights, have a ride with huskies, reindeer, skiing. If you want to stay in Lapland, this is the spot.

We didn’t actually stay here (though it looked great), but were meant to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. When severe cold weather shut the airport we still had to get there to be transferred to a different airport. But without letting anyone know, the shuttle bus was cancelled. Wonderful stay at this hotel which is in a fantastic location for exploring Levi. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a split level room which was great for our 9 year old to have his own space. There is a sauna in the bathroom as well as a drying cupboard in the room so you don’t need to worry about any wet clothes. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, served in a buffet style. Thank you to K5. We stayed for 2 nights last week (18th - 20th Dec) and we are super grateful for the hotel and staff of K5. The location is perfect, with only a short walk to the centre of the town. The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and ours had a great split-level layout, which was super fun for our nine-year-old daughter. We came to feed the reindeers, but we seen the amazing deal to have some lunch (ending at 14:00). We were very late already (13:50) but the staff spoke to eachother, and told us we could go for lunch! The taste was lovely and the buffet choice was plenty. The hotel was exceptionally clean and its location was perfect, right in the city center. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was also incredibly appealing.

If you're a couple, make sure to book for two people. Otherwise, the hotel charges extra if only one person is listed. The room temperature isn't adjustable, and the pillows are just okay. The hotel breakfast is decent, but dinner really isn't suitable for a Chinese palate. Overall, the service is good; they can help book activities you're interested in.

Amazing hotel and staff. Faultless. Big kudos to the hotel concierge Habib who went above and beyond to save our itinerary because of a cancelled tour we booked ourselves. He managed to book us an aurora hunting tour and made us dinner reservations a couple of hours before the tour started and thanks to his efforts we saw the best aurora show.

We stayed in Arctic tree house hotel for 3 days. We found the experience underwhelming. For the price you pay, only breakfast is included. The room was 27 degrees celsius which was way too hot. We couldn’t adjust heat of the radiators or the air conditioner so had to open the window to cool down the room. The breakfast menu was underwhelming. The juice machine was not in use. The fruits were not fresh. The beds were comfortable and the overall comfort of the room were ok.

In this hotel, I felt like I was stepping back in time to almost a century ago. Yet, at the same time, it had modern conveniences - an updated bathroom, elevator, a sunroom and a restaurant downstairs with outdoor seating. The location could not have been better for a tourist like me and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the river and not to far from the railway station. The breakfast is OK, though you have to eat it in the gloom of a room that is inadequately lit. The hotel has 6 or 7 floors but only one tiny elevator. The room was a decent size though it had a tiny bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but noise leaked into the room through the thin walls.

Had a wonderful experience in Nova Skyland Hotel! Highly recommended at least stay for three nights because it’s not enough for two nights if you need more activities. Basically a good hotel with good breakfast and good cleaning, but the windows in our room could not be opened, so we suffered from excessive heat and the wifi coverage was very poor - even in the lobby.

I like this hotel. I've visited here several times and I liked it everytime. Their service is friendly and relaxing. Price segment of this hotel is around average which is a bit pricey for me personally. If you're planning to stay here it's superior if you fancy sports because they have a sport bar which is a great place to consume pizza and beer while watching sport related entertainment.
