Was a great hotel in a great location convenient to that Central Station and also has tram station just around the corner. Has a decent breakfast selection and also a clean and lovely room

Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

The hotel breakfast was good. There's hot water available on the first floor and in the restaurant.

Great location! It's very close to the train station, and all the shopping areas are within walking distance. The front desk service was excellent. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Everything was great, staff really nice, the towers are not too far from trams and buses and just 25-30 mins walk from the main centre. Flat contained everything. we would have appreciated some shower gel and teas for the room but there weren’t any.

I had a great stay at the Scandic Pasila. My room was comfortable and clean. The only thing it was missing was a kettle.

We spent 2 nice nights at this hotel and the experience was very good. We had a loft room for 4 persons and it was a very nice surprise how spacious it was! Reception personnel was also very helpful and service was friendly. Good breakfast, especially eggs and bacon were perfect. Gym at the hotel is very well equipped and a lot bigger than average hotel gyms.

This is my third time in the same hotel. Excellent location with Tripla Mall and railway station. Only one stop to Helsinki center. We are quite big/tall, so X-bed rooms are perfect. Good breakfast.

We stayed as a family of three, and we were able to see the fireworks from our window as they rang "Happy New Year," and the staff were quick to help when the safe wouldn't open! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Good service, but the rooms are quite basic. There is no Smart TV or fridge, and no shampoo products are provided. The walls are thin. The location was fine for us. However, the parking space is small and not included in the price (14€/day). Self check-in was available, and the doors worked fine outside of service hours.

The bed is a little softer than other hotels, and the pillows are looser. Apart from these two points, there are basically no flaws. We did not buy breakfast, which is on the second floor and cannot be seen. The front desk in the lobby helped us print our boarding passes, and there is free coffee and tea, and a microwave.

Good for one night stay. Really basic, offering only bed and breakfast. Rooms quite small, not possible to open windows. Quite expensive for such a standard. For 10€ more you can have much better stay at Sokos or Scandic.

This is a modern and comfortable hotel, where we slept peacefully and without disturbance. Restaurants and other retail facilities are not close by but the Fat Lizard brewery pub a short walk away is a big plus. The metro is anyhow not far, which of course gives you the possibility to get to Helsinki or other retail centres.

Largest bed in europe I have ever slept, best receptionists I have ever encountered in europe and great location, with free coffee and tea included in the price! Especially if you are coming with a car do not bother yourself with staying in city center, 10 minutes to the center by car and close to the nature.

The Asian lady at the front desk recommended Savotta, a restaurant serving bear meat, directly opposite Senate Square. You need to book in advance, and it was great!

Got room on what seems to be the old side, so a bit run down. Also had to use extra lift to navigate within the same floor with child cart.

We stayed here while in Joensuu for the Biathlon World Cup in nearby Kontiolahti. On some of the other reviews, there were comments about the lack of character. The hotel is centrally located near a beautiful park/playground. It was a very busy weekend and the hotel was very full. There was no onsite parking so we had to park in the city lot about a block away. The room was clean and comfortable but it would have been nice to have a fan since it was quite warm.

Service: A very poor experience. At 3 AM, someone suddenly tried to enter the room; thankfully, the door was secured with a safety latch. When I called the front desk, they said it was a routine staff check and they had opened the wrong room. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk staff apologized coldly, but I didn't feel any remorse at all. I will never choose this hotel again.

Very nice pool and sauna + steam room. While you're supposed to book times in advance, spontaneous use is also possible without restrictions. Breakfast is also very good, and the bar in the evening is highly recommended. Great hotel.

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is great, but early check-out is not possible, and there is a lack of flexibility, which leads to a lack of consideration for the customer's perspective. If the next time you stay there has a more complicated itinerary, you should choose carefully.

It's close to the train station, different metros and the bus station, there are many travel options too choose from so getting around is super easy. It's close to many malls, so restaurants and shopping are all a walking distance away.

We booked a room one day in advance for one night only and found ourselves in a room properly designed for wheelchair persons, got plenty of space but looked like a hospital. Fair enough, we are 8o++ but still play golf and did not find ”at home”.

Nice hotel inside a shopping mall. A hotel situated inside a shopping mall is a first for me. Once I had found my way around I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to various shops and cafes. Parking on first floor is limited but plenty of space on the upper floor. Room was bigger than expected with kettle and tea/coffee.

Incredible staff, right in the hearts of Tampere and within walking distance of almost everything. Public transit is extremely easy to access from here. The staff was wildly friendly and even remembered my name. I had an early flight out the next morning and they made a special breakfast box just for me. If you are traveling to Tampere...stay here. Despite being a bit far from my Helsinki business trip destination, the surrounding scenery and facilities were excellent. I had a wonderful two weeks in this well-appointed hotel. My only regret, however, was that the room temperature control instructions and controls were unclear, which made it difficult to sleep due to the cold. This is a very good place to stay. The price is very reasonable and the studio has everything you need.

Everything is good with the place, with a gym and sauna. The place is around 40 mins away from the city centre with public transport.

We visited the spa complex. Four types of saunas, a salt room, a relaxation area, a large pool, a jacuzzi, and a bar. There is a summer terrace with a lake view. I recommend this place.

Quite a lot of selection for breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is not so friendly, charged price wrongly, and still with some attitude.
