We have 4 beds camping summer house. Located just next to the lake. Beautiful. The house has two bunk beds. So it's really only for kids. Refrigerator, microwave and some cupboards in the house. The beds' size are smaller. One of the upstairs bed is much smaller. The house is clean. We rent the bedsheets and towels for €13 pp. There are some spots we can swim on the lake. A car can be parked easily...

The hotel restaurant has a great view, and the outdoor scenery is beautiful, overlooking a forest. The minibar is chargeable. The room has slippers and toothbrushes, but there are no USB ports; you'll need an adapter.

It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely restaurant upstairs; however, reservations are required for the upstairs dining area. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the windows offer views of the snowscape. It's a bit far from the city center.

I'm Japanese. I've also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it's truly amazing. I booked a room with a sauna, and it was amazing. The sauna was amazing, and the view from the window was so beautiful it's indescribable. All the meals were delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent. This is a delightful little gem, perfect for families. The property has a great restaurant, a wonderful buffet breakfast, and superb pool, hot tubs, and saunas. I also has wonderful entertainment possibilities, with ping pong, pool table, and even a little bowling alley.

Amazing hotel in every way! I could write a 500word story about how great this hotel is, it was the first time for me and my colleague in Jyväskylä and we could not have found a better hotel! To those who go to this hotel, I recommend you to take bus or car and not try to walk since the hotel is located above a steep hill. Don't be fooled by the outside look of the hotel. Though it might look very glim and boring on the outside, it's certainly refreshing inside. It has amazing spa at night, bowling hall, and bar is also available for the night, although it closes fairly soon.

What used to be a family home for a well renowned global manufacturer of leather apparel, now transformed to a modest family run hotel sitting on the banks of the river. The staff very friendly, an ample breakfast spread. And a desired good night sleep after much driving. What it lacks in mod cons is more than made up with tradition and interest.

Best location in the city! Definitely worth while for a visit. Location is as central as you can get, all shops, restaurants and services nearby. Rooms are good, staff is excellent and breakfast was high quality. There were many people coming in the morning just to have breakfast with friends. Breakfast room was little and crowded, but good. A Private Sauna! We booked a room with a private sauna and LOVED it! The room was large and comfortable and will be a highlight of our trip.

Very close to Jyvaskyla station, friendly service, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The gym isn't great - old equipment. But there's an awesome 24/7 gym across the street at a good price.

Good hotel location in the center of the city within a short stroll to shopping (Forum, Sokos) and restaurants. Our room though was at the other wing accessible only via a tunnel at level 'K'. Room size is standard size, not particularly large. There is an iron room to wash and dry clothes. The pool and sauna are accessed along 'K' level while the gym is at the annex we stayed at.

The location offers lovely views, but it is extremely isolated—definitely not ideal without a car. There is no access to public transport whatsoever, and the nearest shop is a 35-minute walk away, A brisk walk, bus stop is closer to 40 min through the forest. For those without a vehicle, even a short trip becomes inconvenient and expensive; a taxi into the nearest town cost nearly €30 one way. There...

We could not have had a better place for our last night in Finland before heading back home. A little remote, quiet and peaceful. Small but very clean rooms which were renovated. A good selection for the breakfast made the stay even more pleasant. We only would have wished that the restaurant would be open in winter.

For the second time we had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hotel and everything was super pleasing and we were perfectly hosted. This time with wonderful autumn sunshine. We highly recommend this hotel and it's beautifully arranged surroundings, that are close to nature, but still it is quick and easy to reach Kotka city center if needed. Many thanks.

Really nice family accomodation (room 8) with 2 separate adjoining rooms. One room has queen size double bed. Room 2 has a single 90 bed and a elevated 160cm bed at the window. Nice and calm place. Staff was helpful when we needed clean sheets, but the guy also complained about it. We where there late autumn, so it was often dark in the hours we were at the hotel, and we weren't outside much. Very beautiful nature, exept the power lines. It was a cozy room. Nice bathroom. Sadly the restaurant was closed in the evenings when we where there.

I'm Japanese. I'll describe the hotel in Japanese. I can honestly say that it was a very high-quality, excellent hotel. All the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and all the staff at the activities were very friendly, giving me a sense of security. I've stayed in many hotels, but I highly recommend this one. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent and very varied, definitely worth trying. The rooms were clean and tidy with an amazing view, especially if you plan to see the Northern Lights. The staff were very cheerful and kind, always willing to help. The hotel’s transport service was also excellent.

Superb hotel, very recent and very cumfortable. The price is also very interesting. However, it is a little bit remote from the centre, and you will also have to do with the medical atmosphere (this is not exactly a place for partying)

Stayed at Kemi for Icebreaker experience. I have chosen Scandic Kemi, furniture in the rooms are not modern, bathroom is not welcoming and I did not want to take a shower. Beds were clean, temperature of the room was not adjustable, it was enough for cold winter but I prefer if it can be increased. Breakfast was nice, there were plenty of food options.

Nice stay at Kemi Scandic in Ski week. Couldn’t use pool because of cold water(around 20 degrees) but sauna and breakfast was nice. Illumination inside rooms could be enhanced to feel more lively rest everything was fine. Reception staff were welcoming. It is located around 1 km from railway station and there are few markets/shops at walking distance. Snow castle is around 1.5 km but that’s also walkable

Time travel to the 80's All worn out, hopefully there will be courage to refurbish or rebuild. Tourism in Kemi really needs modern accommodation.

The room is simple and comfortable, the environment is clean, it is located in the city center, the surrounding is quite lively, there is a supermarket which is very convenient, the scenery outside the window is also very good, and the check-out was delayed.

It is quiet ja peacefull. No bars or nightclubs. Airconditioning was the best!

We stayed only one night but it was very pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean. I think it was a nice touch that each room was dedicated to a soldier. We particularly liked the location and it's next to a great pizza place for lunch or dinner.

This is a former Olympic training center now used by local youth as a full time training facility so there's a LOT of kids and families staying here but everyone was polite and well behaved. There was no nonsense. There are two food facilities on site - a snack bar that has sandwiches, burgers and snacks and the cafeteria used to feed the athletes and provide the free breakfast. Not for hot summers. Lack of AC made this room hot. In the rooms there is a fan and we, as many others had it in the window to push in fresh air during the night. But there was a lot of cars playing music on full volume so we woke up now and then. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice to have something cold to drink

Good value for money Last minute trip to Alands. Hotel poses good value for money compared to others on island. Some parts of hotel are in need of refurbishment. We received a free upgrade and room was nice. Did the job for a one night stay.

Overall the stay was good..the location was nice..however, the room. There were no bathroom mats provided..the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast timings for the weekends was mentioned as 7am - 10.30am across all gear communication..however, when checked they informed its until 10am on all days..

The hotel is conveniently close to Helsinki Central Station. The room only had towels, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle. I saw a review mentioning that the front desk would heat up food if you asked, as there's no microwave, so I tried, but they couldn't do it. I guess the only good thing about this place is its location.

We spent 4 days here, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. It's quite well-located, and we absolutely loved the hotel and the very attentive staff! The lady at reception was lovely and even taught us a few Finnish words. The only small drawback I'd mention is that the breakfast was a bit cold, but other than that, I'm delighted! 🥰

Great location - close to Arktikum, super friendly staff.

The location is good, very close to the city center, but the room was not cleaned and the trash wasn't emptied. The air conditioning inexplicably stopped working, which caused all the food we bought to spoil. Also, there were small cockroaches scurrying around the room, which was a bit gross. Other than that, everything else was pretty satisfactory.

While it might be due to the season, I felt the hotel's quality didn't match its price. There's no elevator, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase up. The room was small, and I could constantly hear conversations from the next room. If I stay in Rovaniemi again, I'll pay a bit more for a different hotel.

The hotel is a piece of art in itself! What an architectural gem. Restaurant is good. Not too much choice but quality is there. The parc around is super peaceful and the deck to go in the sea after Sauna is amazing. Pool and sauna have limited hours (morning and evening) so carrefour with children. Also a bit isolated. Without a car you won’t do anything around.
