Weird experience Extremely rude receptionist at the desk when I arrived to check in after a long day of travelling. Overall left me with a very baffled feeling, since everything else in the hotel was good or even excellent. Also amazingly good breakfast.

Great hotel that deserves 4 stars. Very friendly staff and guides. Good location and accomodation. Variety of food and enough time to eat during all shifts. Perfect for Lapland starters. Best view in syöte. We arrived to get coffee and cakes here and check out the view. It did not disappoint us. Views were spectacular. Cafe are had lots seatings with scenerys and pricing was very reasonable. 2 coffees, chocholate cake and goat cheese pie were 20€. I would visit again. Only minus was that there was no service in finnish language.

I liked the cleanliness and facilities. But human contact is not there. It’s was hard as tourists to time checking in and out with only phone instructions.

Minimal accommodations and they need to work on their communications. We never got our 3pm text for the key code. The girl that runs the attached Thai restaurant (but a separate entity) was more than helpful, and the food was good. I’d recommend the restaurant but not the lodging.

We had our dinner every night here during oir tro to Lapland. Food was very tasty, diverse and very well cooked. Everything was sanitized, very warm and cozy designed in the restaurant, peaceful atmosphere and Kind staff. I highly recommand!

The best part of this hotel is the food. Absolutely fantastic dinner with two different pan fried fish with vegetables. The breakfast was even better. So delicious you would like to spend the rest of the day there. It compensates for the humble and even little primitive room.

It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely restaurant upstairs; however, reservations are required for the upstairs dining area. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the windows offer views of the snowscape. It's a bit far from the city center.

I'm Japanese. I've also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it's truly amazing. I booked a room with a sauna, and it was amazing. The sauna was amazing, and the view from the window was so beautiful it's indescribable. All the meals were delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent. Love The hotels conveniently in the middle of the city and close to everything. Big minus is that we have to pay for parking which is not on the location. Best location in the city! Definitely worth while for a visit. Location is as central as you can get, all shops, restaurants and services nearby. But I cannot even open my suitcase without blocking the door. It was cold. The heater works, but seems not to be enough. The bed, at least for me, is not comfortable. It's a really cozy and nice place to stay. It's in the heart of the town, only few minutes away by foot from metro. It's really warm unlike the weather outside, and has the best customer service. 100% value for money!!

Excellent location, biggest shopping malls in town are right around the corner, all tourist attractions are within walking distance. No any disappointment for a boutique hotel excellent for a few days stay in town.

we have a comfortable stay. The room is spacious, including attachments private sauna room which is inside the toilet. We have to preheat the room for about 40 minutes prior to enjoy the sauna. There are some shopping center and super market near the hotel within 10 to 15 minutes walk depending your foot power.

A nice hotel with good breakfast. My family of 4 adults were enjoyed our 2N stayed there. However, there are rooms for improvement on the room door key system and the lift. They are too old and inconvenient to use in today’s environment. Even thot it is functionally working. The door is hard to open and closed with the key, where the cards system will be a better choice. The lift is too small for guest

The room was small, but the breakfast options were quite good. It's in the city center with convenient transportation, so overall it was pretty decent. Cleanliness: There was some dirt on the bed, so I had to ask the staff to change the sheets. The facilities in general were just okay.

On a hot summer day, the temperature in the room was unbearable, no air conditioning... just wanted to get out of there quickly.

Good standard Scandic hotel. Breakfast was nice, typical Scandic breakfast. The rooms were nice, typical Scandic style. But unfortunately they were very hot now during summer because there were no airconditioning. We had a room on the fourth floor with a view towards the small canal.

The Scandic brand gives you guaranteed standards wherever you go. The hotel in Rauma, well located for the old town and with free parking, is a bog-standard offering and nothing to write home about. It felt like a regional hotel trying to pretend to be something better. Rooms are identical, but paying a supplement will get you a few extras such as bathrobes, a higher floor and tea and coffee facilities...

This hotel is on the opposite side of the city center from the train station. Thus, the location might be so-so. However, other than that, I really like this hotel.

Ok for one night stay Average hotel, not very comfy or beautifully decorated room, also very hot. Ok for one night stay. As a vegan the breakfast was ok: porridge, oat milk and soygurt. Every food was well marked though. The staff was friendly. The hotel was full so there wasn't parking lots for everyone but luckily the staff told us about other spots to park our car.

It was a great property. It does not have easy access for the front desk as you can not drive up to drop off bags. But it is a great location, the staff were very friendly, and the room and beds were comfy. The hotel parking wasn’t very well organized either.
