This was the scond time in the historic building of Villa Urhola. We really like the rooms that have the "villa feeling", high ceilings etc. This house is a completely different case than the main building of Kruunupuisto that is a huge rehab center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the surroundings nice and one can swim in the lake both on the beach and at the nearby ferry pier. ...

The setting was beautiful. From my balcony I looked over lawns and the lake. The grounds are large and have lake access, a pond, a sensory garden and a great little cafe serving waffles. They lead onto a trail which takes you to the lovely art centre and forest museum at Lusto. The layout of the interior shows clearly it was a former hospital, but it's given charm by the old photos, tiny lounges...

A nice experience and, above all, an elevating experience. Unique nature and an old sanatorium building, where guests were welcomed with a warm attitude even at midnight. Fresh strawberries with oatmeals.

A fine Art Nouveau villa. Part of the properties of the Spa Hotel Kruunupuisto. Truly magnificent ridge formations between Puruvesi and Pihlajavesi. The property is lined, among other things, for organizing various events.

Decent, clean hotel with mostly elderly guests but also sportspeople. Great location.

Excellent location close to Rauma old town, very friendly staff at the reception, not so “customer oriented” at breakfast. Room spacious, clean, but outdated. Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good. Nice large window wall on the first floor with view of the park across the street.

A cozy hotel next to Old Rauma A nice medium class hotel almost next to the Old Rauma area and a cozy sports bar (that wasn't too noisy or crowded) with very helpful and positive waitresses and pub food downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful, including both warm and cold sorts.

Five mins walk from old town Rauma. Good breakfast, and even single rooms have wide comfy beds. Plenty of parking space.

If i could rate above excellent, I would. The food, the room, the location, staff and parking made for an extremely memorable visit. We absolutely loved this hotel and town. They even gave us functional and festive Christmas room keys to take home.

The drying rack was very useful during the winter season. It helped dry the clothes that got wet when we played in the snow. Service staff were very friendly and nice too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The jacuzzi and sauna facilities were a great bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:) We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

The family room was very nice, but the fifth person was considered an extra bed and slept on a sofa. The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night. There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort.

Everything was absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful location, very clean but few amenities and oddly laid out: room 511 was on the second floor and took a labyrinthine path to find it. Pool hours limited and “double bed” means 2 twins jammed together. other than that, a comfortable stay in a lovely locale.

On site free parking GREAT. Everything here was very good from room to the food.

Very good hotel especially for the price that you paid

The room is clean and well-equipped with coffee, tea bags, a kettle and a microwave. The bathroom is also very nice. There is free parking not far downstairs. The front desk will send the door password, which is the same as the room password.

good place if you want a cheap night in turku. i booked a place via booking, they changed my arrival dates free of charge. impeccable cleanliness, but the interior can be refreshed. good contact with the hotel.

Huge thanks to Grace for her professionalism and enthusiasm, which made our Arctic Circle trip absolutely perfect and filled with magical memories. From the initial itinerary discussions to the flawless conclusion, every step truly demonstrated the value of a bespoke service. If you're a couple, make sure to book for two people. Otherwise, the hotel charges extra if only one person is listed. The room temperature isn't adjustable, and the pillows are just okay. The hotel breakfast is decent, but dinner really isn't suitable for a Chinese palate. Overall, the service is good; they can help book activities you're interested in.

Amazing hotel and staff. Faultless. Big kudos to the hotel concierge Habib who went above and beyond to save our itinerary because of a cancelled tour we booked ourselves. He managed to book us an aurora hunting tour and made us dinner reservations a couple of hours before the tour started and thanks to his efforts we saw the best aurora show.

We stayed in Arctic tree house hotel for 3 days. We found the experience underwhelming. For the price you pay, only breakfast is included. And for all the 3 days we stayed, breakfast was the same everyday. It was kinda surprising and disappointing for the amount we pay. Nothing is included in the price like a gym or a sauna. In this hotel, I felt like I was stepping back in time to almost a century ago. Yet, at the same time, it had modern conveniences - an updated bathroom, elevator, a sunroom and a restaurant downstairs with outdoor seating. The location could not have been better for a tourist like me and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the river and not to far from the railway station. The breakfast is OK, though you have to eat it in the gloom of a room that is inadequately lit. The hotel has 6 or 7 floors but only one tiny elevator. The room was a decent size though it had a tiny bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but noise leaked into the room through the thin walls.

Because of the reception's arrogant attitude, we are never going to stay in this hotel. Been there during my business times a lot.

This was a great option for our stay in Saariselka - very centrally located and great to have a kitchen and washing machine which saved us lots of money in eating out.

Original Sokos Hotel Royal is situated at the center of Vaasa. The downside is very limited availability of free parking (i.e. none), upside is a central location from everywhere, including the train station. I didn't know when I booked that this is exactly what I needed to restore my weary soul. A chilled dose of rural beauty near the lake with lush forest all around. And a steam sauna that's complimentary to guests. Dinner was simple but absolutely tasty. Breakfast is a grand buffet spread with many healthy options. I will return!

Short distance from Helsinki, rural, quiet and peaceful. Large room. The only remark is that you could have sanded - everything was frosty due to thawing weather and refreezing. This was my second stay and I will definitely be back next time. Pet friendly!

No AC in rooms, a bit dated but over all good experience. Spa access is included for both check in and check out days. Spa access costs 16e but they have a summer lunch combo for 25 that includes the buffet and spa access.

The hotel's public areas and breakfast room are clean and well maintained. The room is also very clean and functional. Everything you need is there and the ventilation works flawlessly. In a city where accommodation is routinely expensive, Hiisi Hotel Turku Seaport is a relief. It is able to offer the prices it does by having no staff (other than housekeeping). And even with housekeeping there is no servicing of your room during your stay. There are a couple of microwaves and a kettle in the “kitchen” which was handy.

Perfect place to crash for the night if you have a ferry to catch next morning. Place itself was lacking basic cleanliness, bathroom was stinking and we had to clean ourselves.

The hotel is fantastically placed for using Viking Line ferries. Turku Port railway station is also less than 1 minute walk away. There are no staff at the hotel. You can only gain access to the hotel and your room with a code. Before you arrive at the hotel make sure you are in possession of the code as there are no staff there the let you in it assist you
