Hotel Maria in Batumi

No hangers in the closet, no chair.

I paid extra for breakfast on the booking website. Then learned that it started at 9:30AM ? Could not make it this late for catching an earlier bus, and the host said he could not do anything about it.

I could not do anything about giving one star to this hotel either.

I pay 100 lary for something I didn’t do , also The hotel owner's behavior is very bad

I was disappointed with this hotel. I booked it through a tourist agency which had it rated it as four stars but it was barely three.
It is family run but not very efficiently. The first day I stayed they gave me a small box room (not what I paid for). There was hardly anyone at reception and not even a bell to get their attention. Every hotel I have stayed at throughtout the world has had a small safe but here no. Similarly, every room with desk has had a chair but this place. Not even a telephone to call reception nor bedside lamps. Plug sockets were limited and placed in akward positions. The small bin in the bathroom was broken, similarly no paper basket in the main room. There was unfinished electrical wiring. Finally, the location was not great. I ended up getting another hotel even though I paid for this.

The breakfast are hit and miss. It was ok but the last day it was like they couldn't be bothered - I think it was because they had few guests that day, but that should be no excuse.

Attention to detail is what this hotel lacks.
I suppose I have high expectations and standards. Read the other reviews carefully which say how amazing it was.
