It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Nice hotel in the city center, close to the sea

Irakli Diana murka are fantastic staff and even though I just popped in for a quick beer their service was typically fantastic Georgian hospitality, I highly recommend this place for beer food and the hotel too

The location is relatively central, the room is large, the facilities are complete, and the air conditioning has good cooling effect. The only thing lacking is that the hotel does not have breakfast service

I was upgraded to Suite without asking which is really nice of them! Great room, great lobby with piano and great breakfast. The staff are very attentive and hospitable Highly recommended !

I recommend you to visit the cafe, the food is delicious and the employees are very friendly and positive. I share with you the delicious Acharuli Khachapuri that I tasted at the cafe

The back ones are facing the sea, you can see the sea from the rooms, but between other buildings. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed on the 4th day

The hotel was great specifically the manager, They we were really helpful. The room was spacious with high quality bedsheets and bed. We stayed 2 nights at the apart hotel and located at room 3411, with see view.

Wonderful hotel for short and long stay. Clean and neat and with very good service. It was a bit difficult to find (located at Reception B and then 33rd floor of a tower). But everything else is perfect!

Our return flight was late in the evening, we asked to leave our bags until the evening, they left them without any problems, but they don't have storage lockers, we just stood at the reception

Our bed was made every day, but I don’t think they changed it. Breakfasts are delicious, but the choice is very small. The cafe itself is also small, but cozy, also on the 33rd floor

The location is convenient and you can walk to the main attractions in Batumi. The hotel is old and the breakfast is rich. It is not convenient to park by car

Very pleasant stay Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. We had a balcony that opened up onto the Piazza square. They don't provide clothes cleaning or ironing but there's an iron available for use.

The space inside is limited and it is not easy to drive on the one-way street outside

The hotel is a bit old, the internal facilities are also old, the slippers are like paper, the room is large, the external environment is good, the breakfast variety is not many, but the transportation is very convenient

But it wasn't a big deal, and we got used to it. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. Mosquitoes sometimes fly onto the floor, so be aware. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, which is convenient

The apartments are upstairs; the family rooms have a kitchen and washing machine, which is very convenient. It's just a short walk to bus routes 1 and 10, the beach isn't far either, and there's a mall right outside

As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs

Our bathroom door also had trouble opening (it kept hitting the floor), and the sink leaked. In the shower, unless you hold the shower head in your hand, it would pour down the glass onto the edge and the floor

The room is spacious, with plenty of room to move around, as is the bathroom. The shower was on IVF, so after you'd thoroughly washed your hair, everyone else wouldn't get a chance, so we had to wait

The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door. The elevators are efficient, with three passenger elevators

It was one of the best experiences i have ever had And the people were amazing and its at very relaxing and beautiful place the waiter nika was amaizing

Only thing needing consideration is breakfast timing which starts at 8 AM. We had to catch train at 8 and missed the breakfast as timing is not suitable for early morning tourists

Finding entrance is a challenge as Reception is one for all hotels and situated at Piazza Four Colours Ground Floor. Check-in Check-out was smooth

Amazing location, near to all main attractions of the city. We got a room at 9th floor with 2 balconies opening at 2 different sides of the tower

The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center

It's in a nice quarter, the rooms are spacious, room 22 has a beautiful balcony, room 23 is beautiful, in the kitchen you'll find everything you need,you have a washing machine and a beautiful view out of the windows, the atmosphere is familiar and peaceful

Very good not expensive hostel with wonderful backyard garden, clean dorms and bathrooms. Hostel is in a good location, close to the main attractions in Batumi. They speak Russian and English well

Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available

There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down

Staff also let me keep my stroller in the vestibule on the ground floor. Not at all fancy, but extremely homey and comfortable and I highly recommend

It was our first visit to the country and I can honestly say, if you want to stay in Georgia and have what I consider a typical friendly Georgian experience then this is the place to stay

Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. However might be inconvenient for people who cannot carry luggage upstairs as there is no elevator since this is an old building

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The pros are the location of the hotel (old town, walking distance to the beach), a cozy room that fully corresponds to the description and photo; a properly working air conditioner

But the worst situation was the mold we found on the sliced bread, we drew the attention of the kitchen staff to this, but no action followed. The next day there was only more mold on the bread

Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food

The cons: the wi-fi was terrible on the 4th floor, every other day the hot water was turned off for a long time, a very meager and monotonous breakfast, even coffee only in bags

It's a typical apartment-style hotel, with a washing machine with a dryer, a kitchen, and four bottles of water in the refrigerator. The three of us booked a large suite, so big it almost scared me

Staying in an apartment hotel for a day during a trip to do laundry is quite convenient. Location-wise, it's very close to major attractions within walking distance

For those driving, it has its own underground parking garage on extremely congested roads, which is quite good. However, you have to call the front desk every time you open or close the garage

Very good. I washed all my clothes during my trip. It also has a dryer. I can cook my own food. The tableware is complete! Very good. The room is very big

Also, driving into this parking garage requires some skill, as you have to navigate very narrow lanes lined with parked cars. Batumi isn't really suitable for driving

You can go ahead without any travel plans! Rudi will organize everything worth seeing and eating in Georgia! Home atmosphere of the hotel and the possibility of ordering food on the spot at "mummy" :) 5 minutes walk to the beaches

The hostel's location is ideal—a 5-7-minute walk to the sea. I stayed in a women's dorm with four beds and a balcony (smoking allowed). I liked that each bed had a curtain

However, only the living room has air conditioning, which is sufficient at night. The owner is okay, but polite but a bit impatient. Overall, it's a good fit, and the price is good

There's a 24-hour European supermarket, a fruit store, and a bank downstairs. Buses go directly to the train station and bus station. The European Plaza is right next door

It felt like a hangout spot for European backpackers, and it was great. Everyone was free and easy. It's a mixed-gender room, so I guess some people don't like that.
