Some Facts: - The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). # I liked the place in general, comfortable bed, good wi fi. Also, the location is very near to supermarkets and restaurant

# What I wish to have? - Better communication from the owner, it's not that clear nor friendly. - The curtains don't prevent the day light completely

in the 1st floor, there is a cork cafe in the 1st floor. Courtyard by marriott is 7 minutes walk. Piazza square is 20 -25 minutes by walk

After looking at the grounds and studios, I knew it was just what I needed. The Boni market and shops are a 5-minute walk away. I checked into studio number 2. It's newly renovated, has new appliances, and has good Wi-Fi

No allergens, which is very important! We liked the staff: the manager of the guest house is polite and unobtrusive, and the woman who does the cleaning is also quite friendly and allowed us to leave a little later

Tourists from Azejvardjan, Georgia, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey, all behave decently. Never used their swimming pool, because the sea is just across the road

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp

However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean

Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs

All the points are because of location. It is really perfect - 5 min to the beach, alphabet tower, 3 min to piazza and all the restaurants. But the place itself reminds the students' dormitory
