Amazing super friendly owners, sparkly clean new rooms and brilliant location. All rooms have AC and TV, there's a nice shared space and balcony to have your coffee/breakfast. I could not recommend enough!

Hotel lifetime is located in the centre of Batumi, close to the Central Park and between two main streets. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful

Lots of shopping and dining areas nearby

You are pretty well located, as we did not have much trouble with outside noises, and you can go by foot to most of the Batumi's sights within 20/25 minutes. The rooms is standard, a bit small for the price

The room's door has poor insonorisation and the noises from people passing in the corridor could be heard. You may also have the discomfort of having the smoke fumes from the smokers because of that

Great hotel with spacious room and nice view at the dining area. The hotel is only 11mins walk to Batumi Boulevard and beach which makes it excellent in terms of location

I liked: Reception reacts to guests’ request extremely fast Cleaning service do their best (though u have to ask to make up your room) BUT 1) u have a kettle in the room, bit there is no tea/coffee and no cups/glasses 2) air-conditioning is very poor due to glass windows 3) it’s always wet on the bathroom even if u take a shower very accurate 4) breakfast is like u are in a charity house: boiled eggs...

5 mins walk from Black sea coastline. Tea and sugar were provided in rooms. Rooms were cleaned on request. Breakfast was ok and options were available

Many grocery shops, pharmacies, atms, shopping stores, and others are very close. Plus it is 5 minutes walking to 6 may park and very close to the beach

We stayed here in our first Batumi stay. The manager was polite and speaks great Turkish. Very central and markets nearby. Breakfast is nice.

Breakfast choices is limited but it’s understandable for a 3-star hotel

The receptionist can speak English as well as (of course) Russian, it helped a lot we didn't have any hard time to communicate with them. The rooms are well cleaned and tidy, and big enough with all what you need

A bit old fashioned hotel, but still up to "a three-star" mark; situated in a great location just 250-300 meters away from the coastline.

Finally it proved to be a nice place

Nice and helpful staff, nice room. The only minus is far from the sea, and the road to the sea is crowded, the market and construction shops, it is inconvenient with children.

Secondly, my room was clean and the wifi was very fast. Finally, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone visiting Batumi

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in several years of traveling the globe as a digital nomad. First of all, the food is excellent, both in quantity and in quality

Rooms are great, clean with lots of space. However outside not so great, no parking, need to park on street, is a busy area so good luck with that. It's 10min walk from beach, lots of supermarkets about

Good value for money. Not exquisite high-end property, but Service is good. What is most important, room was neat, reception was 24/7. Amenities were provided, that was nice addition.

Reception seemed very confused, in the 2 booking we had for 2 rooms, the prepaid one they had no record of payment, the other booking they charged us 2x the amount on confirmation

Very clean rooms and cafeteria. The most important is that there is a very warm and positive host and hostess. All meals are well prepared, with good choice, delicious sweets

The location is quite close to the beach, but a bit far from the old city and best restaurants. Breakfast was very good, based on the local food, with some very good sweets

We rested in this ABSOLUTELY wonderful hotel with a large company (6 people) in July. The hotel is beautiful, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, everything works

- The location is excellent, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside area and the European Square, but it's a 25-minute walk or about a 7-minute drive if the road is clear

Cons: - The apartment entrance is shared with the club, and the door isn't very obvious, like the first time you've been to the hotel (if you hadn't seen a picture of the door beforehand, you wouldn't have known it was the entrance)

After entering, you're surprised to find there's no reception! The reception is upstairs on the first floor inside the club! There's no sign or indication that the reception is inside the club

The best hotel we stayed at Georgia. Amazing location, big rooms and amazing service. Unlimited water and good wifi available. Very comfortable and all major attractions reachable by foot. Most recommended!

Nice big and clean room, free laundry, big bright dining room with kitchen, where you can cook or warm up your food. Big fridge is there for your needs in addition to your fridge in the room

We chosen this place for it location, but comes out it is so cozy, frienly anf "feels like a home " place

Stayed here for a night - triple room It is located right next to the city's main sights - all at a walkable distance There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby The owners are very friendly and stay in the ground floor It is a beautiful place having old world charm

The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, the staff is very sweet and very kind. I sprained my ankle and was hesitant to ask for help at first, but then I couldn't resist and asked for help and they were very helpful

Even your friend wouldn't bother themselves to find a pharmacy for you at 2 am, though. Most of the family member knows English so it's very easy to get along. Thanks for the hospitality and kindness

The owner and his family are friendly and helpful. We had booked a double room but were given a triple at no extra cost. Location is grate, you can walk to Batumi boulevard and famous attractions

Authentic style, boutique hotel. The hotel rooms are very colorful and lively, that makes you unexpected then you get used to, like it makes you cheerful

The room and corridors are well decorated and clean. Breakfast was varied and adequate. If you travel by car you can use street parking around the hotel

It may seem a bit far to the beach - but the road didn't bother me at all! There is an opportunity on the way to see what is nearby with you) I went to dinner at the Genatsvale restaurant

5 kilometers away, but I liked walking, looking at the city, people. Very friendly, hospitable, colorful nation, with delicious cuisine. Nowhere I met drunk, not adequate. I recommend visiting this part of the world

We visited the casino on our Batumi trip, it was our second time in casino and the first time was terrible in Bucharest. This time it was different - the staff was friendly and everybody smiling and welcoming

We had a small tour by the manager and they had a promotion where we could place first free bet on the roulette - my lucky brother won 100$ 👏👏 The staff was happy for our winning

We arrived at the hotel and received a warm and caring attitude and helped us with all our equipment for the rooms introduced us to the spa. And they explained to us about the room

We kept playing for the rest of the evening, slot machines are interesting and fun, there is also an automatic roulette machine which was fun for us to play together

It’s a fine budget apartment with a good location, but before you checkin, there is no hot water and there is no lifts to carry your luggage from parking.

The location is perfect — right next to a lovely park with a pond, very close to the old town, and surrounded by plenty of fruit and veggie shops, restaurants, and cafés

Nice hotel, friendly staff, responded to all our requests. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient. Central location and relatively close to everywhere. The hotel has three floors, no elevator.

I'm my opinion this place is a hidden gem the rooms where ok but not that much of a view the service was 10/10 they helped us and told us about good place to go , the location is basically in the downtown of batumi your close to a mall and you got a supermarket beside the hotel but the streets are a bit trashy

Normal hotel Clean hotel, and family یه هتل معمولی و‌خوب برای گرجستان که خانوادگی اداره میشه هتل به نسبت تمیز پر از ایرانی😄 در مرکز‌ شهر واقع شده، جاش خوبه، میتونید خیلی از ممان ها رو‌ویاده برید، نوشیدنی داخل هتل هست صبحانه میده فقط ناهار و شام ندارد، صبحانه هم فقط پنیر وکره و تخم مرغ ، میوه و یکی دو مدل غذای گرجی

Enjoyed my trip to Batumi with my friends. We booked hotel Batus and it was really nice place. Nice location on the riverside. We liked the incredible kitchen, the view is pretty good and the bedroom is clean and nice.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

After long day and journey, I can stay at hotel lounge and enjoying with coffee and sweets alone, and my family were inside rooms.

We travelled with 3 children 14-13-6 years olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks

with good dishes and professional personal team with good manager GIORGI , thanks a lot guys, I will neccesarily come again here ,on next summer

Excellent flooring store, the salespeople are helpful with selection and pricing. Very polite. Free home delivery is another plus.

The store has some cool tiles from Spain. We stopped in to take a look, they're absolutely beautiful 😍
