Overall good experience, the breakfast menu could have been more diverse and different on days rather than a standard menu spread on all days.

Excellent breakfast; this the breakfast is worth staying there. No problems with the car - for downtown Erlangen a big plus! Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not work properly, could not reach comfortable temperature. Just for sleeping there ok though. In summary, perfect place to stay in Erlangen, if you want to reside downtown.

Loads to love about this place: nice rooms, really friendly and helpful stuff and then there are things you rarely find anywhere else: coffee machine usage for free all day, at breakfast there is a ginger-lemon shot as well as fresh mint, lemon and ginger tea. I also love the snacks in front if the elevator and the fact that the elevators are open and downstairs by default when not in use. And again...

Great place, clean rooms, good beds, location is super central, good parking options, friendly staff, nice bar. All in all, really good value for money. Just one critical point: 21 Euro for breakfast is a steep price... especially, as there are about 5 bakeries in walking distance, which offer all kinds of German baking & coffee, for a fraction of the price.

The room and breakfast were great, but check in was not. The check in person may have been stressed but.... We dinged the bell, could hear voices, and still had to wait till they finished their conversation. We requested 2 beds, got to the room and it had 1 bed. My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were HUGE! Toilets were HUGE! Cleanliness was up to standard. To our delight, 2 sets of toiletries were provided for each room, specifically shower caps, cotton buds, body lotion and tissues. The shower was fitted with a body cum hair shampoo. Great location! There's a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. They also have an underground parking garage. The room itself was very spacious, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. Plus, it's very close to Neuschwanstein Castle.

The hotel location is convenient, very close to the train station. The building is beautiful, and the bar/restaurant has a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary mini-bottle of wine in the room, and it also had a bathtub and slippers. Highly recommended!

This is the best hotel in Germany for a two-week trip. I want to come back because of the best mattresses compared to all other hotels, luxurious interior, outdoor interiors, and very friendly staff. Close to the main street and riverside, it's also the best location.

Great location a little loud at night but not bad. We stayed in the NEW tower it was very nice. Only issue and it was bad for such a new tower where the beds. The rooms were very cold and shower is an unusual focal point which would not be to everyones taste. I had a fault with the shower but once reported was rectified quickly.

We liked this hotel, modern, clean, large room and in this case occupied by a number of "Swifties". Whilst the shower was very good that it was entirely made of transparent glass was a little off putting. The staff were friendly and it was nice to sit in the courtyard bar in the late evening.

This was the perfect hotel for a layover with an overnight stay. It was only a few mins drive from the airport. It was very clean, the room was well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. We had a great room. For four people, there was a double bed and a pull-out couch, both equally comfortable. Everything was newly renovated, in top condition, and very clean. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. There are plenty of options for dining and shopping in the surrounding area. As a 4-star hotel, I am very disappointed that the hotel has no system and the system is messy. It was almost 12:30 in the evening when we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at Obermeier, and managed to use public transport into Munich effficiently. The breakfast was amazing, and we also made good use of the lovely reception and bar areas. Decent place to stay in Munich for a few days. The location is okay within 10 minutes by tram from the central station. There is no room cleaning services if the stay is less than a week, but it is manageable. In general, it is a recommendable place in Munich for tourists.

They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags. They must realise that everyone doesn’t drink coffee and some people would like to have tea in their rooms.

The location is just fine. Hotel room was not bad, but you cannot expect more. The lady who came from Asia, checked out my room was very kind. On the other side, the lady who checked in was very "SAD". She looks like she hates her job and the people she is talking to. By the way, you MUST check your room bill. We stayed at this hotel for one night, making a spontaneous decision to book it around 8 PM. The value for money was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was superb.
