Clean room, comfortable bed. However quite expensive for the location and the amenities (lack of). Also need to pay for parking. But was there during Oktoberfest so..

The rooms were very cold and shower is an unusual focal point which would not be to everyones taste. I had a fault with the shower but once reported was rectified quickly.

Stayed for 2 nights, hotel is clean with pleasant and helpful staff, offers a good breakfast. Will stay here again.

We liked this hotel, modern, clean, large room and in this case occupied by a number of "Swifties". Whilst the shower was very good that it was entirely made of transparent glass was a little off putting. The staff were friendly and it was nice to sit in the courtyard bar in the late evening.

Easy train to Garmisch. Quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had stamps for sale for our letters and postcards. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of foods, even an omelet/egg station. We had a great room. For four people, there was a double bed and a pull-out couch, both equally comfortable. Everything was newly renovated, in top condition, and very clean. We had a wonderful stay at Obermeier, and managed to use public transport into Munich effficiently. The breakfast was amazing, and we also made good use of the lovely reception and bar areas. Decent place to stay in Munich for a few days. The location is okay within 10 minutes by tram from the central station. There is no room cleaning services if the stay is less than a week, but it is manageable. In general, it is a recommendable place in Munich for tourists.

They have an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. To get to the hotel, you have to drive through a barrier to access the outdoor parking lot. If you do that, an additional €13 will be charged. A rip-off for an outdoor parking space!

There were no tea bags in the room and when we asked the hotel to provide they wanted to charge us for this. Providing tea and coffee in the rooms is basic for every hotel and it was quite shocking that the hotel did not want to provide tea bags.
